My siblings and I were dependent on Alpha for hospice while our Mom was going through the death cycle. They were there for us daily, helping us through the process and letting us know what to expect. The experience was made easier with the care they gave the family. Always responded to our calls for advise and help. Very calming staff.

Quality, caring staff. If they dont have the answer they will find the answer for you. Its not about quantity its about quality and respect . Some times we dont know where to turn for those difficult decisions, Alpha HHH is that alternative.

Some of them might reply your texts inquiry or phone calls after hours. But they are not professionals you can count on. It was way better off if they told you to find another doctor or just call 911 for you. Apparently they didn’t know what’s the right thing to do. They don’t act on patient’s interests. Every visit was just their careless streamlined routine. The RN ignored all signs of patient distress and disregarded many of patient’s medical emergency. In the last visit, She changed doctor’s O2 prescription to 5 liters. When the doctor finally called me back his response was “oh no! That disabled patient’s lung!” Yes she did! It was too late. Her reckless, careless, unsafe and negligent practice caused the patient rapidly decline and she pushed it all the way to death. The SP took her mask off when she was alone in the room speaking with the elderly patient and it was caught on the security camera. The sp also admitted that she had COVID patient in the near past. So reckless and careless! The PT recorded false wheelchair fact because the wheelchair guy was his buddy. The PT recommended air mattress without knowing how to use it and caused patient severe skin trauma overnight. The RN touched patient’s IV arm, skin, face, mouth, nose and breathing O2 tube without hand wash and gloves. The RN brought over non steroid dressing in a used plastic bag for the use on the patient’s open wound. Those people have no skills and souls.Their practice and behavior were not safe, competent, ethical and in compliance with applicable laws and rules. Letting them in the house was a tragedy! A lifetime trauma!
