Do not use this agency. They screwed up our health insurance policy that we paid for and submitted by 120919. Now only my wife and 1 son have health insurance while myself and my other son do not. Even though the broker was advised that we had not received our Id cards. He then requested them from the wrong company. He is now on a vacation where he is unavailablefor contact. That leaves me scrambling and doing his job calling the insurance company and the Wa healthplan finder to resolve the situation. Hours on the phone. Yet he still gets his commission????
