Just as good as any of the other Zoom Cares I have visited, and I always go to Zoom for any walk-in medical stuff. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Im so glad theyre starting to open up clinics up North!

Quite easily the BEST urgent care experience. No wait, spent 40 minutes directly with the provider. She was professional, thoughtful and provided amazing care. I would recommend anyone to this place. Their business model is very patient driven. Thank you, Zoom Care.

I just got my first dose of Moderna and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. It was well organized and right on schedule from what I was expecting, and I barely even felt the needle! Im all set and already scheduled for my second dose. :) Shout-out to Amanda and Aliza for getting things done right. ❤️

Start to finish I had a great experience! They have medicine in the locations. I was in within 3 minutes of walking in. I was explained everything very well and walked out feeling a lot better about my concerns! I will 100% be going back here in the future!

I came here to get my COVID vaccine. Amanda and Aliza were both incredibly professional, comforting, and quick. I was in an out promptly and every step of the process was well explained to me.

I fell last night and the wait for the e.r. was well over 4 hours. The Everett Zoom is about 2 blocks from my house so I went there. They are wonderful and very helpful. Thought they had x-rays at this location, but unfortunately they do not. I had to go to their Edmonds location and they were also very helpful and kind. Unfortunately they are not able to prescribe pain meds and I understand the reasoning behind it, but their care and compassion will have me coming back again if I am unable to get into my primary care provider. Thank you staff at both Everett and Edmonds locations.

I was going in to get my first shot of the vaccine the guy at the front and the doctor both saw hesitation in my eyes they both talked to me for 15 mins to try and calm me down since my mom didn’t have a great time with hers. personally I’m not one for going into a Walmart or any other pharmacy to get vaccinated I’d rather a doctor do it I have anxiety problems already so when I saw they were doing the vaccine I felt a little bit calmer they both were very sweet and very patient with me didnt rush me out the door even offered to keep me longer then the 15 mins if I felt I needed it. I feel better getting my second dose now knowing they will be there.

Very friendly team, the place is clean and and fresh, and I love the simplistic design with addition of pretty murals of what looks to be the Hoh Rainforest. It was a great experience getting our Covid Vaccines here, and will be happy to return for round 2 of the shots. Quick, easy, and welcoming. Thanks a bunch! :)

Got in super fast, just hours later in the morning. My son and I were the only patients and the doctor saw me right away and was great. It was so nice to be seen because I had my three year old and was turned away from my appointment at Providence because I couldnt bring him along. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful.

They got my 68 y/o mom in earlier today with no issue. She tested positive for the flu and they sent over a prescription for her and sent us on our way with home care instructions. It took about an hour and a half beginning to end. Would recommend to anyone.

Had to pay over $500 out of pocket because I don’t have insurance for a check up. Got my results and now have to pay another $160 for a fallow up appointment just to understand my results. I would have never gone with Zoom Care if I would have known this. Totally unfair and horrible business practice.

I really liked my remote diagnosis done exclusively with my phone. The PA/doctor were very professional, and the follow up call for the prescription was prompt and easy.I would like to never go back to in-person appointments.

Honestly the most helpful and convenient dr appt I’ve ever had. They were able to get me in that day, and helped me with everything I needed and provided excellent consultation. Anna was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. If you need primary care or urgent care definitely go to zoom care in Everett!

Check in was easy. Theyre doing a good job of following COVID precautions. PA Jennifer was very professional and friendly. She even called me to notify me that they cant do imaging (xray, CT, etc) or prescribe narcotics. I received a thorough assessment, referral, and medications. They happened to have the medications I needed on-site and they were reasonably priced. Would visit again.

I’ve been to a few Zoom+Care locations over the years, and they always have great service and prices, and I never get side eye for being self-pay. I love this company, and the new Everett location is super convenient!
