My family and I have been seeing these guys for over 18 years! The front office and back office staff are always so kind and understanding. Both Dentists Charles and Young Kim are super experienced and great with kids! Theyre always so very friendly and I get such a good vibe from everyone. I recently had a little dental emergency and they were able to get me in and out, with no hassle! I highly recommend these guys!

This is the best place ever. They treat my kids as if they were there own. I bring my 4 kids every 6 mos. And they love it. Thank you for being the best dentist place I have ever been too. The receptionist is pleasant and very respectful.

Fantastic people... My kids where afraid of dentists till they started coming here. They remembered our names after the first visit and are great at making sure the kids know and understand what they are having done. Highly recommend coming here...

I dont like going to dentists so I find it hard to believe Im even writing this. Ive gone to Dr Charles for a few times now and its evident that he cares about his patients. He is very personable, willing to take the time to talk about your what he proposes to do and to answer your questions. He is very conscious of making you comfortable as he is working on you. Its clear that he takes pride in his work and is interested in the health of his patients. I dont dread going in to get work done and feel relaxed when Im there.

My 4 year old had an excellent experience. The dental hygienist was great with her. My daughter had 2 cavities filled and did not even cry. The front desk staff is so nice and friendly. I would recommend Gentle Smile to anyone with kids.

I have all sorts of problems with my teeth and gum. Very gentle with any type of treatment. Im most afraid of getting numbed. Dr. Charles takes it slowly and gently. He helped me overcome my fear. I love walking into the office and they already know who I am and after only 1 appointment. Everyone there is so nice and caring. The Dr gives you recommendations and listens to you and what you want. They explain the procedures and make you comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had the most positive experience at Gentle Smile Dental. My daughter had her first cavity and was very anxious about having it filled. Dr. Charles Kim went above and beyond to not only fill the cavity well but he calmed my daughter by taking extra time for her and explaining what he was going to do. He has eased her anxiety and I am so grateful for him and all the office staff. I highly recommend this dental office.

I have always hated the dentist. Cliché I know. I wanted to make sure my daughter did not grow up feeling the same way. I am so glad we found Gentle Smile; they are by far the best. My daughter (currently 8 years old) never gives me any grief when I tell her it is time for her regular visit. She is excited to see them, really. For the first time in my life, I am keeping my regular dental appointments. I highly recommend Gentle Smile Dental to everyone.

My husband, son, and I all go to see the husband and wife dentist team, Dr. Charles and Dr. Young Kim. We think they are great people and great dentists, and we love Kristyn, too, the kindest, gentlest dental hygienist around. We feel they genuinely care about us and our health (of our teeth and otherwise). Highly recommended.

Staff is very friendly, dentist are both professional and non pressure for cosmetic things that may need to be done. You can schedule at your pleasure as you can pay. I have had several crowns done and they look and feel great! My wife and I enjoy our visits.

My experience with the front desk was horrid. Weve been receiving bills for my stepdaughter who is over the age of 18. The bills were confusing and we werent being billed probably. 1 month the bill was received and my husband was listed as the patient.2 month the bill had both my stepdaughter and husband listed as the patient.I called to have them make the correct changes since my husband had never been seen at this facility. I was told she wasnt able to make the correct corrections to this statement. Now the person has spoken to others about our phone cconversation and referee to me as being a b.Highly unprofessional

Young Kim was in a rush or she was mad that I did not buy their fancy x-ray or fluoridation treatment. She was using a ultra sonic type of cleaning instrument and was moving it so rapidly that it was hitting my teeth sending shock waves to my jaw bone. She obviously did not want me to be a repeat customer.

Dr. Young Kim Is absolutely horrible! she Preformed a root canal procedure on me and did not complete it correctly. There was still infection in my root and she did not even prescribe me any anti-antibiotics. so for the next few days I was extremely sick with a 102 degree fever. I went back early monday morning and she had the audacity to say you act like you dont trust me The whole experience was awful.

Dr. Charles is caring, has excellent bedside (chairside) manner, and all the modern technology to back up his diagnoses. I also appreciate his warm staff and felt totally comfortable in the entire experience.

I love working for Dr.s Kim. Of course I think Im like a lot of people, I have high anxiety about dental work, Dr. Charles is so gentle that I dont even know he is getting me numb! I love working for Dentists who offer high QUALITY dental work with COMPASSION for my anxiety and with much INTEGRITY.
