One of the better dental experiences Ive ever had. The dentist did a great job. Everyone was super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been to a few dentist over the years and it was hard to find one that I could trust. I grow up with the fear of any dentist. But that fear went away after I started seeing Dr. Park a few years ago, he owned a practice in Lynnwood WA (WA Dental) as well as Bellevue (He could also be seen at Everett dental care once a week). Just after the pandemic hit I waited as long as possible and finally made an appointment with the Lynnwood office (I tried Everett Dental Care first but the phone system was having issues). I was unaware Dr. Park had sold this practice. I was not told over the phone when making the appointment. It wasnt until I was seated when the new dentist/owner walked in and introduced himself. I wont get fully into the issues I have with the new dentist/owner in this review. Ill just say, I dont recommend him.Just recently I was able to get through at Everett Dental Care and found out Dr. Parks wife, Dr. Hong still owned Everett Dental Care and to my surprise Dr. Park is still there once a week. I am so thankful to be able to continue seeing Dr. Park as well as Dr. Hong.(Who is just as wonderful🙇🏻‍♀️). It would have taken years to find another dentist, if thats even possible 🤔😂.

I went here to make night guard. And the experience here is great also workers are very polite and care about the patients. Specially the front desk managers smile made my day!

Hands down, the best dentist! Joyce was really great at making me feel comfortable and listening to her if I felt pain. The dentist was so good. I think her name was Holme/Homes, if I spelt that correctly!There is no pain during my teeth cleaning, whatsoever, except when I had a couple teeth with some gum inflammation. That was already there though before the teeth cleaning. Im really grateful for such a good experience, and Im looking forward to recommending this company to everyone in the future!

Absolutely incredible experience! I never thought I would feel this happy with a dental experience but it has honestly been life changing. My teeth are now very well cared for. Every interaction from appointment making, to the actual cleaning and I in particular needed root canals and pretty serious work done. The doctor is careful, so kind, gentle and does beautiful work. Her assistant is gentle and thoughtful. Always greeted by MJ with a warm and kind welcome. I can not say enough kind words. If you need anything from a casual cleaning to deeper more intensive care (I have had it all) - I highly recommend coming here as it is hard to find such compassionate care. They make sure you are comfortable and have very healthy teeth. I was in pretty bad shape when I first came in and now my dental health is in the best shape if my life. To the beautiful women at Everett Dental - Thank you for helping me to have a new dental experience with healthy teeth and a bright smile! I am very grateful!

I had a great experience coming in here. Went to a dentist previously that was very mediocre and Dr. Hong and her associate took X-rays, cleaned my teeth thoroughly, and were very professional. I plan to be back in six months for another visit.

I went here for a dental cleaning/filling appointment, and it was a great experience. I was helped right away and felt very comfortable. The front desk employees are very sweet and helpful! The senior doctor worked on me and I didn’t feel any discomfort! I totally recommend and I know I will be coming here for long time!

Best dental experience. Went in for a deep cleaning... fast, no pain (not a lot) and wasnt anything that people would hate.Just was very professional and excellent

Staff is extremely friendly the only good Dr. Is none and youll see many!!!!!!!!. The rest like used car salesmen. Had 4 crowns down 2 still hurt and Im told thats normal! My 1st temporary crown broke first night! My first permanent crown broke second night! My new temporary crown fell off! Have never new crown that hurts every day. Julie Hong says this is normal! Everett Dental Care is top-notch! From the time I called and spoke to MJ to set up my appointment and ask some questions about insurance coverage to when I walked out after my first appointment, the care is exceptional. Dr. Hong understands the visiting the dentist is not enjoyable and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the music she put on during my procedure and the essential oils diffused throughout the office. I would highly recommend this office to friends and family.

I took my two children to Everett Dental Care yesterday for a routine cleaning. When I first walked in to the office I had a feeling that I wish I would have listened to. The first thing that alerted me was the smell of the office. It was terrible and very uninviting. The receptionist did not make eye contact when she said I will be right with you and continued typing away on her computer. Eventually, she asked how she could help me and after explaining we had appointments she handed me paperwork to fill out and asked me to have a seat. Still no eye contact. There was a patient in the waiting room sleeping in the chairs provided. It was dark and extremely quiet. A lady came out and directed my oldest (11) to the back room for an X-Ray and asked if me and my youngest (8) could wait out in the waiting room. We did. Shortly after, she came out to get us and we went back with her. This is when my experience went from not- so -good to horrible! The dentist came in and began to criticize my mothering, stating that it was clear my daughter (8) had not been to the dentist in several years. Its not really important to state but we go every 6-8 months, just for the record. When I told him this he said that it was impossible and continued to demean me in front of my children and staff members. There are too many insults to state here but trust me when I say that his behavior was anything but professional and the experience was devastating. When he went in with my other daughter (11) he even went as far as to say Well your teeth are better than your sisters so your mother must take better care of you. We couldnt believe this was happening. My daughter looked at me in complete shock. The cleanings that were performed were ridiculous to put it mildly. They did zero scraping, fluoride, or education. All it consisted of was a quick polish and floss. This office is ripping off insurance companies and mistreating patients. I will NEVER return and am filing a report with the BBB, contacting my insurance company, and informing the community. PLEASE dont take your family here. In my 20 years of motherhood and my 39 years of seeing a dentist myself, I have NEVER been treated so poorly nor have I received this sloppy of service. I hope this helps someone seeking a dentist and saves them from having the experience my children and I did. I am beyond disgusted.

Dr. Hong was very professional with taking 4 of my wisdom teeth out and deep cleaning. It took about 45 minutes for deep cleaning and 30 minutes to take all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. MJ at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend visiting Dr. Hong on Thursdays.

Highly recommended. Ive always been anxious about going to the dentist, but this place had me at ease. The staffs were super friendly, and the dentist made sure that I was comfortable with the fillings that I got. Im pleased with my visits here and less anxious about coming in to have my teeth checked!

My son had a terrible experience. He said the waiting area was hot and humid, long wait time, and staff made him feel more anxious as they were speaking in a different language when he was seated which made him think something was wrong with his teeth. Will never come back.

I was so nervous coming in getting my Crack wisdom tooth looked at. I was in so much pain they took x-rays and the pulled my tooth right away. The whole experience was amazing being my first time getting a tooth pulled I was surprised. I recently got a lot of work done at Everett dental clinic from 16 fillings, cleaning, x-rays, and wisdom teeth extraction. The staff is very friendly and Dr.Sharma is just amazing. She really takes her time to make sure you are feeling comfortable. Dr.Sharma also goes out of her way just to make sure everything is done perfectly and you can totally tell she knows what shes doing when it comes to dentistry. Definitely would recommend everyone to go there for any dental work.. I wish I had more dental work needed just so I can go there :)

I went in to get my teeth cleaned and to have a sore tooth looked at. I arrived on time at 830 am was taken back at 849 am. The assistant took x rays and Julie Hong came in to clean my teeth. She told me I needed a deep cleaning which I usually get and she wanted to give me shots to numb up my gums. I told her I never get the shots and to go ahead without. She went to get some numbing gel and put it all over my gums and put a paper towel in my mouth. Doris the receptionist comes in with a additional bill for almost 80 dollars she wanted me to pay then. I told her I didnt have the money and wanted to leave. She asked me how much I could pay I told her 25 dollars if that would help. Mind you x rays have been taken and I have goo in my mouth. My insurance usually covers it all which is well over 450 dollars. She informs me they will bill me the rest. Julie comes back in and cleans my teeth and leaves the polishing and flossing for the assistant. I once again ask about the sore tooth she tells me that Julie didnt mention it and maybe it would get better with the cleaning. Well guess what it didnt I went back in to talk to Julie about my service and she just stared at me didnt say one word. I ended up leaving with my x rays and a bill for 549 dollars of which almost 80 will come out of my pocket. I will never return and think I should have been quoted a price before they started.

I have been going to this dental office for years now. I love it. I have always had a good experience. Dr. Hong is quick and efficient. The front office staff is kind and helpful and the dental assistants are great at making you feel comfortable and at ease.

I have been afraid of the dentist for quite some time which left me putting my dental care off. I was nervous at first but when she started working on my teeth the tension left and realized that I was in good care. I couldnt be more happy with my new smile. Ive had my 5th visit with Everett Dental and Im still very satisfied with their service. Ive had a couple of fillings and cleanings done. Ive had three crowns installedbbecause my teeth are old and Ive not always taken perfect care of my teeth. The assistant and doctor make sure to make you feel comfortable and theirs music to distract you a bit. They make sure to stop or slow down if you appear to have any pain which Ive seldom had. The front desk receptionists are friendly and efficient and Ive never had a problem with them billing my insurance company. They alsoooffer teeth whitening. Id highly recommend Everett Dental to anyone who needs work done on their teeth.I actually called Everett Dental because I had already read positive reviews. Even though I was new they made me feel welcome and not as nervous as I usually am at the dentist. I liked that they had excellent equipment which made my check up interesting because they showed me the scans of my teeth right away and explained what they saw. Im going to have some work on my teeth at what seems to be a fair cost.

Im actually giving ZERO stars!!! But couldnt leave a review w/o giving at least one. This was the most horrible place Ive ever been. I will be contacting whoever it is I need to contact about their practice here. I was told by the main dentist that I needed bone put into my mouth. I just came from a second opinion and the dentist held hands fingers up telling me they just wanted money! Thats incredibly huge..if I had stayed I would have under gone surgery for absolutely nothing! Not to mention they were rude, unprofessional, treated me like I was a drug addict and basically in softer words told me so. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I have used Dr. Hong for many years and have always been satisfied. The office staff is also congenial and efficient.

They tryed to screw me out of $500.00 for a crown that I did not need. I went to another dentist and they could not find any tooth that needed a crown. Typical dentist trying to take money for something that does not need to be done. Word of advice do not see this dentist. If they will try and put a crown on a tooth that is just fine so they can milk you out of some money I wonder what else they will do and how many people have fallen for this scam.

Dr. Hong has been my best always, but I tried this new dentist Dr. Joo. He was more than great! Very kind and thorough with my consultation and procedure! Thank you team!!

My dentist Sharma saved my life. My teeth hurt very much and she helped get rid of the pain. It makes me happy to not feel the pain, i really am grateful for it. Also the Ashley at the desk gave me a lot of good information and am looking forward to going to the dentist again soon.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! If you care about your oral and/or overall health, I advise you to stay away! I visited for a routine visit and was charged for work that was not done! BE SMART! Just like you wouldn’t pay a car dealership to scam you out of hundreds and thousands of dollars for repair work, you also wouldn’t want to pay for procedures that are not done correctly on your TEETH! I visited Everett Dental Care for a routine appointment and was told I needed 4 fillings and a deep clean. On the day of my appointment I had a piece of inflamed gum and it caused me extreme pain. Dr. Ching did the fillings and deep clean and when I asked about the inflamed gum he said it was “just a trauma ulcer” and that it would go away with warm salt water rinses. I owed $714.21 in total and was able to split it into 3 payments as long as I opted for automatic payment withdrawal. About a week later the “trauma ulcer” got worse despite doctor’s orders of warm salt water rinses and my mouth was also in extreme pain where one of the fillings had been done. I was unable to eat or drink or open my mouth at all without wincing. He had also left some excess composite in between my teeth making it impossible to floss as well as some of the composite was clumped together on the side of my tooth causing it to rub against my tongue and cause lesions. I knew something was definitely wrong and decided to go to another dentist for a second opinion. They did all new x-rays to compare the work and progress of the healing of my teeth. Turns out, I still had moderate calculus build up, the filling causing me pain was placed incorrectly in my mouth and was not properly shaped to my tooth, and the “trauma ulcer” was actually an abscessed tooth that needed the proper care to prevent my tooth from falling out. Thanks, Dr. Ching. Anyway, I went to Everett Dental Care to ask for a refund, with my verified proof in hand (old and new x-rays) and was met with much resistance. They refused to acknowledge they were wrong in any of this and now I am out over $1000 because I had to pay them in full and continue paying out of pocket for the work on my mouth to be re-done by my new and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY dentist. Seriously, stay away. Unless you have endless amounts of cash and still want to lose your teeth.

If I could give her zero stars I would. This dentist was horrible!! I had to have my teeth extracted for dentures. I have a fear of dentists, so I paid to have nitrous oxide (which is the only thing they offered) while she extracted 16 teeth at one time. Im disabled and have been on pain medication for 14 years and have a very high tolerance to medication. I was aware of and feeling everything she did and I asked the assistant to turn the nitrous up a notch and Dr. Hong told her not to. She also did extract the teeth correctly (youre supposed to break up the tooth thats left in the socket and irrigate it, which she didnt do) and I was left with bone and tooth cutting through my gums for almost a year, with areas of exposed bone. No denturist would even agree to see me for more than six months. I went back to her because an oral surgeon told me she needed to fix it and she told me that I needed an alveoplasty which would cost upwards of $5,000.00. I was crying and saying that I couldnt afford it as she refused to even look in my mouth, said, Well you have to come up with it, and walked out. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!

It was hard 4 me 2 find a dentist 4 yrs due 2 my ins but my brother is the 1 who recommended me 2 this dental office. I started going there about a yr ago and had great care but then my ins stopped again. But about 4 mths ago i was told i had dental ins again and youd thout id won the lottery, lol. I so desperately needed 2 teeth pulled ASAP and when i called 2 make an appt i got in the very next day np. Front counter lady was over the top nice and so funny. Then i had Dr. Yeh and Dr. Eunice who took care of me and did my extractions. I believe it took more time just 2 numb me up then to pull both my teeth and thats no joke. I was in such shock that when she started she had them both pulled out in 2min or less, and when she said she was done i remb looking at her in shock but also just what a fast and great job she did and both the dr.s are so nice and care about your level of comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Yeh if u are looking 4 a good dentist. You wont be sorry. Ty 2 everyone whos helped me over the past month taking care of me and keeping my pain down and trying 2 get better. Sonali Sharma and Karen are wonderful to the patients who come in on pins & needles. The service was quick and through from cleaning to fillings. I will go back and they will welcome you like a family member.

I have the same and more issues than James Paulsen. My crown broke off within 3 hours, NOW IM INFECTED WITH NOWHERE TO GO BECAUSE ITS THE 4TH OF JULY. This place is a fraud. They go out of their way to do everything WRONG and HURT YOU with THEIR TOOLS, SUBSQUENTLY BLAMING YOU FOR IT. Now I have to wait to get a stop payment AND EMERGENCY EXTRACTION. FRAUD!! Already contacting health department.

So I had 2 cavities eating away into the middle of my 2 front teeth, that Julie drilled into, cleaned out, & filled, which for the most part she did a good job on. But the rest of her work I feel was horrible & on the verge of malpractice.. When she was finish cleaning my teeth, there were drill scratches all over them (that were clearly visible), & the back sides of multiple teeth had Deep Drill Marks (aka almost holes) that were DEFINITELY NEVER THERE BEFORE, that I feel were intentionally put there to create future holes, & in turn bring me back for future business, considering they were the ONLY dentist around for miles that took my insurance, & they knew it.It felt a lot like when u take your car to a shady mechanic to have something minor fixed, only to be back in a few months with more extensive repairs needed & new parts replaced. BE CAUTIOUS GOING HERE! And be sure to take your own before & after home pictures of your teeth. As u may need them in court, if they do to u what they did to me.P.s. I would NOT RECOMMEND their practices, & I will never in my life trust anyone who works there with any matter EVER AGAIN! Shady, unprofessional, & untrustworthy! So to all willing to risk the current condition of all other healthy teeth in their mouth, GOODLUCK!!!

Dr park seems pretty professional, and he is super friendly. His advice is always useful. Im pretty sure that I will keep visiting here.

Super friendly staff and dr. Paid attention to my needs and wants as far as my dental care goes. And she when one of my precscriptions conflicted with a medication I was already on, they wrote me a different one to help with my pain until I could get teeth extracted.

I had a very good experience with Dr. sharma and the staff. it was easy for me to schedule an appointment in the clinic, and the staff were helpful when I asked them for my x Ray copy. dr sharma she is a professional and friendly. I was glad when I asked her to do my teeth simultaneously at the same appointment and she didnt mind. now all my family go there. Went to have a rear top tooth pulled because the old crown had come off. I was taken to the room and the dentist came in, numbed my tooth and pulled it out. I do not like needles in my mouth and he took care while doing the numbing. Even got the root of the tooth he pulled. Very good Dental Store... 🙆🙆🙆

My first visit was ok. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back and then another 20 minutes before the dentist came to see me. After we got things rolling it was easy and informative. I came in to get my fillings and cleaning done about two weeks later. The dentist was willing to take a full 2 hours on my appointment but the work was a bit lacking. Now i am in more pain than before the fillings. I went back in today to figure out what was wrong. The dentist had more than one person scheduled in my appointment time so she was jumping between rooms. They informed me that i need a root canal done and that it would cost me $1990 because my insurance wont cover it. I asked why i wasnt informed of this the last time i was in and the nurse kept telling me that i had been told about this and i was wrong because they tell everyone if there is something that needs to be watched. I was told, at my last visit, that i was good for another year, not that i would need to watch my pain levels. Without using the exact word i was called a lier. They didnt address the tooth that has the pain, the filling that sits wrong, or the teeth that they ground down during my cleaning. They only wanted to talk about the root canal and the cost. I will never go back to this dentist and am now going to the ER as my doctor is worried that my pain is actually coming from a fractured jaw. I wouldnt be surprised if it was broken with how mean they were while doing my fillings. My favorite quote of the day No one goes online to give you a GOOD review well they would if you were actually good at what you do.

I went to Everet Dental Clinic to find out that they have a super good staff I went in last Friday 23rd February and even that they were so busy they made feel so comfortable they are super friendly. I got cleaning I got filings I need to say that they very profesional they made me feel that I was in high and good care. It looks that Dr Sharma enjoy what she is doing you can easily feel her amazing way of work with DA Eunice who is super efficient friendly and amazing too they both are a very good team and the whole staff totally involved in made you feel super good . This place really is fantastic! I hadnt been to the dentist in several years, therefore I had developed all sorts of dental issues that need attention. Dr. Sonali Sharma did an unbelievable job on my fillings. The end result was a work of art really, considering the difficult task that lied ahead of her. Karen was assisting and was just as sweet, bubbly, and personable as she could possibly be. They were both very kind and professional, and made me feel at ease right away. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, and they were so gentle gracious, and sincerely cared about making sure I was doing ok. Dr. Sharma took before and after pics on my phone so I could see the comparison after she was finished, and I was absolutely amazed at the miracle she worked! Absolutely floored! Beautiful work Mrs. Sharma and a big Bravo to both you ladies! This was my third visit, and every time go there, the receptionist is so super nice and welcoming, and she always remembers my name. She was also extremely helpful in explaining the breakdown of all the work I needed done, exactly what it would all cost, and which services were covered by my insurance. Fees for procedures not covered havent even been brought up to me again, since they automatically started doing just the things that are covered 100% by my insurance. Ive read all the other reviews and many people have mentioned feeling that these people were all about getting your money, and telling you you needed certain things that werent necessary just so they could get more money out of you. Also I read that someone felt they were doing bad work simply because it was all just insurance work. I was never made to feel that way at all whatsoever. Not one bit. I cant say enough nice things about all these sweet ladies in this office. They really are pretty great! Would recommend this place to ANYBODY anytime. I needed a cleaning I had not had one for 3 years. Dr. Hong said I had pocket cavities all over top and bottom. First time in xrays. Second time in I was loaded with nova cane on bottom drilled to death and filled my mouth has never hurt so bad for weeks my mouth hurt . When he said I had cavities I wondered because nothing hurt cold hot biting it was all good. Didnt think much went back like he said 2 weeks later same done to top of mouth same pain then he cleaned super quick with drill! He hurt my mouth so bad and read g the reviews here is same experience I had my bottom tooth now hurts Its exposed I can eat on that said hot and cold now hurt. I will never go back and now need to look eles where. I believe he is scamming ppl and I feel stupid for not taking more time to find a dentist. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TEETH DONT GO HERE

My doctor was great!!! I felt comfortable the whole time and they did a great job!

My dentists did a okay job helping with my anxiety before getting the novicane since I am afraid of injections for getting the left side of my mouths cavities filled (2 on bottom 3 on top) which I had got done the anathesia happen to wear off during the second half of procedure and after telling me if I needed a break from pain I could take one when I started saying ow they did not stop to re numb my mouth or give me the topical numb gel and continued procedure telling me to stop talking. The main reason I started going here was to get a wisdom tooth referral in which I was on hold with a woman from u dub for 25 minutes only to find out Julie Hong put the wrong number on referral and she had a week to get the correct one. This place is a joke!! Thank god it was free off my insurance hopefully

I have read all the other reviews, are they kidding? This place, Everett Dental Care, has been nothing but kind, professional and very helpful to me in my dental needs. They took me in when Dr Linh D. Nguyen was very unprofessional to me and i ended up leaving almost in tears! He is not a nice person and treats his patients as less than because they have state aid! Shame on Him!!! shame! Dr Julie Hongs office has always been nice to me, and are professional..I would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist...The girls in the office are sweet, and are also funny and make you feel at ease!!! Same for the dentist!!! Never will i go back to Dr Nguygen, he is in my opinion the one ripping off the insurance companies, and its like a meat market in there, and its very dirty. I just love Dr. Hongs office!

Please dont go there. I cant even post what a horrible thing choosing this place was. Very traumatic.

After xrays I was told that I need 7 touchups, 5 fillings and possibley a root canal. And it took the dentist hardly 2 minutes to do that. How is it possible. Then I went back for deep cleaning becaused dentist said I have too. And It took them hardly 10 minutes to do it and It wasent even deep cleaning. They tell you all that coz they want to charge insurance for all that but they dont do anything. This is a insurance fraud....

I have not been to the dentist since i was a kid, All the staff at Everett Dental Care were very nice and very informative, They worked with my insurance and I was able to get in for an appointment with in a short time, The dentist Dr, Hong did a great job and very nice. This will be my regular dentist!

DO NOT go to Everett Dental Care! They tell your care will be one price and then when you go to pay your bill the price sky rockets!! Office staff is very rude and the dentist is just as rude! Not a place you want to take your kids either, half naked girls in the parking lot serving coffee.... gross! The whole experience was AWFUL!!!
