The front receptionist was awesome. Listened to my plight and seemed genuinely concerned about my pain. She also took my X-rays and was very kind and gentle.Even tho I passed on getting a tooth extracted due to leaving on vacation in the morning, they prescribed antibiotics to help with the infection and swelling.I would recommend them to anyone

Well Im glad to know I need a root canal and not a filler. Mine had fallen out and thought I needed it to be refilled. Unfortunately they said they didnt have the proper tools for my situation. So they referred me to another place, in which another disappointment had occured. My insurance was not accepted. Oh well I guess, at least they saw me and diagnosed my situation. Its not there fault.

Amazing experience! I was able to been seen same day and they were so quick with taking an xray and giving me the options to fix the issue. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I ultimately decided to just have the problem tooth extracted and the Doctor did such a great job making sure I was completely numb and comfortable before beginning. The receptionist was very thorough with after care instructions on my way out. I am so happy someone else told me about this place and would highly recommend!

I have had a chip in my front tooth for quite awhile and it had gotten a little bit bigger and everytime I looked in the mirror, that is all I could see. It was bugging me so bad and was affecting my self esteem. I went on line and found Emergency Dental in Silver Lake and gave them a call. To my surprise they got me in the same day and were super friendly and very fast! My Dentist was very good at filling and filing down the the material he used for my tooth plus he matched the color perfect! If I ever have another dental emergency I will definitely be going back there because they really do care about their customers! Thank you again and keep up the superior work!

Let’s preface this review with the fact that I went in knowing there would be no frills, the dentist and office staff might be a bit odd but that I needed to get my tooth out ASAP. The office is shared with a different medical practice and there is the fish tank that is talked about it many reviews (yes it’s sad and in need of proper care and maintenance), the receptionist was nice, the assistant was fine, and the dentist seemed competent but lacked chair side manner.They roomed me quickly everything seemed to be in working order, and nothing in that room in disrepair. Dated yes but my expectations were not set too high. I paid for everything up front before the work started.The dentist made sure I was completely numb before drilling and extraction. It was weird that once my tooth was pulled the dentist just walked away without a good bye and I was quickly escorted to the front where the receptionist gave me my aftercare. Overall this visit was as expected and I’m on the road to recovery. I am glad we have some sort of emergency dentist in our area that can pull a tooth same day.

DONT GO THERE YOU WILL FEEL PAINFUL MORE AND MOREI had tooth removal there and he didnt remove the root and it cause me a lot of pain after that, i had to make another surgery to remove whatever he left. The worse part is i came back to him twice asking for help he said it is ok dont worry you will be fine. The other dentist i went after for second opinion urgently sent me to a specialist and it is where i found out i need a surgery!Do not risk your life!

I needed a tooth pulled and he wouldnt do it because he wanted to pay 3000$ to fix it. He wouldnt even listen to me. The place was absolutely disgusting everything was dirty and I mean everything equipment was so dirty Im surprised they could see anything. Dead fish in the fish tank floating. Dont even think about going there unless you want some disease or something from someone else

I had a tooth that needed to be pulled..got in and out within 2 hours (most of that time was in the waiting room) the actual extraction was maybe 45 mins…the longest part was just waiting for the numbing medicine to work… I definitely recommend for urgent dental care..

Definitely a friendly atmosphere! Would of loved to give 5 stars gladly, however, due to technical problems, I was there for 2 1/2 hours before receiving a 10minute procedure. Great staff and pain free! Thank you!

They we able to get me right in on a Saturday. Addressed the problem and I was out the door in about an hour. Emily at the front desk was super nice and quick. Everyone was nice and helped make the stress of going to the dentist so much better.So thankful they were available.

Went in because i was in extreme pain for a broken wisdom tooth. They took $95 for the xray and afterwards, said they couldnt do anything. The person they have for complex tooth extractions is only there 1 day of the week??? Probably shouldnt label yourself as “emergency” services if you cant help the people who need serious services like that.If you have something serious, im almost willing to just recommend going to the ER

Emergency Root Canal. Yep.....The swelling was pulling my gums off all my teeth, a feeling I wish upon no one. By 4pm Im starting to feel ok because of these fine folks.No they are not budget friendly, but they do good work.If you have to go to the dentist immediately and you want to go only once, I recommend them.

A week ago I began having horrible pain from a partially erupted wisdom tooth. Within a couple days, the lymph node in my neck was the size of a ping pong ball. I called the clinic and they were able to get me in same day. Upon evaluation, Dr. Bagdasarov confirmed my wisdom tooth infection and recommended an immediate extraction. I have dental anxiety, so naturally I was extremely nervous. He took his time and reassured me throughout the entire procedure. It is now a week later and I feel so much better. I would recommend this facility to anyone experiencing a dental emergency.

Over the last 2 months i have had to visit the office 3 times. During those visits I had 4 teeth extracted without issue.. The staff and doctor are amazing. I was able to get a same day appointment for all my visits and the location was convenient and easy to find.

Found this office online last night, took my hubby here this morning. He gets anxiety about going to the dentist... they took great care of him. Everything was simple. From scheduling to him going in there being seen getting the work done that he needed to recovering at home. If we ever have another dental emergency this is where we will go. I came in today with three rotten teeth and i had been in pain for over a week the kind and caring staff at this wonderful business immediately greeted me in a friendly manner and got me in for a exam within 10 mins of entering the building they were professional,kind, and quick everything you could ask for when you are on edge and in pain. They politely walked me through my options and within a hour of walking in the door i was walking out 3 teeth lighter and with MUCH less pain. Best Dentist ive ever had.

The staff were not wearing masks even though it is MANDATED and the place was unbelievably dirty. Like I mean disgusting! The ceiling tiles were all messed up, the carpet was coming up, piles of dirt in the corner and even the fish tank was dirty (poor fish)… I would strongly urge you to go somewhere else. Rude and a total waste of time, just find somewhere else because this place is sketchy

Amazing people! I am usually very nervous going to a dentist. I dont handle pain well AT ALL. The dentist I saw (I think his name was Bagdacarov) was amazing. I barely felt the numbing injections and felt absolutely nothing while he was pulling my tooth. He talked to me and helped me stay calm.

Wow. Didnt know what to do when my root canal was infected on a Friday. They helped me out and got me all fixed up. Cant thank everyone there enough. Drove 1.5hrs each way to get there and well worth it.

5 stars PLUS!!! I just got home after having to make a last minute emergency appointment with them and driving 30 minutes to get there. They were the highest rated, closest place to me that I could go to for help. I had a temporary crown that was put on 2.5 days ago that randomly popped off earlier today. I have not had a root canal for this tooth so the exposed nerves were excruciatingly painful when I tried to open my mouth. I had a hard time opening my mouth just to get a numbing injection. It hurt so bad I said the F word out loud in front of the dentist. I dont normally cuss in front of other people, especially ones I dont know. Once they were able to numb the area they were able to fix my temporary crown. Thankfully I brought the temporary crown that had come off and they were able to put it back on, saving me a significant amount of money. Both the dentist and Vanessa were fantastic! I spent more time with Vanessa and she was kind, professional, clean, patient and effective. I strongly recommend coming here if you have an urgent dental issue. The building was easy to find, the lobby was clean, they followed COVIID rules, and the receptionist was friendly, knowledgable, and supportive.

Having recently lost my dental coverage, I was looking for an affordable dentist. I hit the jackpot here. The dentist was compassionate and gentle, the procedure, an extraction, was pain free and quick. The cost was about the same as I’d have paid out of pocket with my insurance. Despite having been afraid of the dentist for most of my life, I’d have no problems going back here again. Really great staff and outstanding prices.

Don’t waste your time or money. I broke a crown that I just wanted to see if I could get re-glued back on for a temporary fix. I was told I would need to have X-Rays done first. Which I paid $95 cash out of pocket for. The dentist walks in looks and says yeah I would need to replace everything nothing I can do for you. If that was the case they should of looked at my mouth first!! I could of been told that instead of paying and being subjected to unnecessary radiation. They basically took my money for nothing!! DONT COME HERE!!! What a rip off!!

The absolute worst experience at a dental office Ive ever had! Had to have an emergency extraction of 2 teeth last week. The dentist, I dont remember his name. He was in such a rush, didnt even wait for the numbing to start working on my teeth. Hurt me twice thruout the procedure with complete disregard to my comfort or anything else. 0/10, DO NOT RECOMMEND. oh and they charged me 50$ for x-rays I didnt need. Obviously I know which 2 teeth are hurting. Then 600$ to torture me while they poorly attempted to pull my teeth out. Worst experience of my life.

I’m not from the area, they got me in with in an hour from calling them. Doc, identified an issue, placed me on antibiotics before just pulling a tooth, I like that their being conservative before marking a permanent change.

Easy and fast. Walked in with a shattered tooth. Had my expectations set each step of the way. Insurance was a mild issue but not on their end, mine. Had to pay upfront and get reimbursed later. Very affordable even if it had to be out of pocket. Done in under an hour from signing papers

Front desk women is very great at her job. Med assistant dental was also great. If you have dental insurance state medical they dont take state medical. You must pay. They are willing to work with you but the cost is somewhat outrageous. You could almost buy a car...6,000 to 8,000 for 1 tooth root canal x-ray etv but only 1 tooth. The dentist himself was nice but it really sucks when you cant see their smile. Dental pain is the worst so I am grateful for this place as I was able to get antibiotics because it was a holiday and nothing was open.

Great Dental experience. I had a broken tooth and a large àbscess which was very painful. It was Saturday afternoon. Not only was Emergency Dental open, they were happy to help. Kind and very professional. Had me fixed up and ready to go in no time. If you are hurting, call these folks. They wont disappoint you.

I came into their office in extreme pain. Dr. Suman Chintala and staff went above and beyond. I had a broken tooth that had fused to my jaw bone. They listened to my concerns and got me in that day. I have Leukemia so Dr. Suman took extra special care to make sure I did not get an infection and had me go to the pharmacy and get a prescription for both my pain and antibiotics before my procedure. I was in so much pain I was nearly vomiting. During the extraction, it was discovered that the root had fused to my jaw bone. The staff spent a lot longer working on me. They took x-rays several times to make sure every piece was gone. I will be sore but thanks to them, I will heal and be able to live pain free. Thanks so much. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very nice Doctor and staff. The Doctor was quick to figure out I had an infection (post impacted wisdom tooth extraction) and I was sent on my way with antibiotics and great recommendations. My mouth is healing just fine and I will be following up with my surgeon per the doctors orders 🙂

If you can, just go to the ER, youll get better care. I drove over an hour to get there for an abscessed tooth. Paid them $95 dollars to have them do nothing for me. The dentist came looked for 2 min and walked out. I left after having nothing done to help ease my pain and discomfort, only to go to another dentist who took great care of my issue.

Extremely upset with Emergency Dental Care! I told the front desk I did not want to get the X-ray done if they couldn’t remove my wisdom tooth. She ensures me they could do it. I went along just to have the dentist look in my mouth for less then 10 seconds to say he couldn’t remove it. His inspection was not remotely close to other dental places I’ve been too. The X-ray and exam was not worth the 115$. Would not recommend Emergency Dental Care!

Well it was no fault of theirs I guess but went in for a broken tooth/torn jaw bone(hammer to the face accident), the internet went down they said and had to wait and then they said they couldnt operate the x-ray machine without internet? Where is the radiologist? I got sketchy vibes. The receptionist though was really nice and did well.

After having a filling fall out entirely they were able to work me in the same day, check out the tooth, do a root canal and fill, and get me a temporary crown. It was a quick and relatively painless trip to the dentist.

I went to Emergency Dental after experiencing horrible tooth and jaw pain after my normal dentists hours. The staff there are so wonderful and caring. Gayle at the front desk was amazing, the dental assistant who had to take my difficult x-rays was patient and funny, and Dr. Pacey was friendly, kind, and let me know my treatment options. Their prices are surprisingly reasonable. Emergency Dental provides a much needed service in the health care industry. I highly recommend them if you need emergency dental care.

They were not very informative an it seemed to me like it was all about the money they dont care about actually taking care of patient needs they dont take state insurance which is okay I understand that but instead of still giving me the treatment I desperately need they wanted payment first no exceptions 95 dollars guys instead of just billing me because I didnt have it on hand they turned me away also I called first to confirm that this wasnt going to be a problem so they wasted my time and Im still in pain and I couldnt go to another office because they changed my 2:30 to a 4 and at that point no offices were open anymore and the best they could tell me is to come back when I get the money or go to a different office that they referred me to on Tuesday ...

I made a very big mistake coming here. Receptionists are very friendly, Emily is great. But the dentist was horrible. He is around 6 days of the week, i would say he is the worst dentist I have ever met. I came in with a broken tooth, came out with more pain the ever after thr filling. Then he managed to convince me to do 3 more cavities. The right side of my mouth was fine before the fillings he did, now i ended up with teeth that is so sensitive that I could feel the sharp pain everytime I chew on food, even soft food. I hate coming back here again and again, but I had to come back for 3 times and problems arent fixed. Money is taken in exchange for the bigger problem. I mean if this office wants customer, please consider hiring more experienced and moral dentists.

In an emergency, they went through the basics without much thought for my comfort or concerns. They were supposed to call my husband back for consult and they didn’t. One tooth was chipped and he said they were not chipped.

I just came to this place last night and had the worst experience of my life. I chipped and cracked two different teeth and came in two hours before they closed, sobbing, in the worst pain I’ve ever felt. They proceeded to charge me nearly $200 for an exam and 2 xrays just for the dentist to come in, look at me for 30 seconds after they took the xrays, and tell me that nothing is wrong and there is nothing for him to fix. Dismissed me with advice for sensodyne and ibuprofen. Currently at my other dentist where they’re telling me that there most definitely is a lot wrong with my teeth. I’m going to be calling about getting my money back.

I am so grateful for Everett Emergency Dental. With their fast service and care, I was able to figure out my toothache and next steps for recovery.

Waited over 2 hours for an appointment that was made days in advance. Customer service was horrible. Patients driving from out of area just to be turned down because they we misinformed. The call center is out of state and giving wrong info to clients causing outrages in the waiting room. The little old lady is very nice though and doing her best.

This business isnt horrible. Their goal is to get you in whether the accept your insurance or not. They are told not to discuss it with you over the phone. They will guess how much to charge you based on their fees, which they charge you upfront. Some people have been waiting a year for their refunds from this business. Also did a working interview there and didnt get paid. So just be aware.

I took my father in law here when he had a toothache on Sunday. The weekend and extended hours (open until 9pm) were great, which meant dealing with the problem right away and not having to take off from work.The staff at Emergency Dental were friendly and helpful. An X-ray showed a large cavity on the back of my father in laws wisdom tooth and we needed to extract it. (Another dentist had recommended pulling the tooth in the past, but my father in law had declined.)They were able to extract the tooth on the initial visit, and my father in law was very happy with the results. It went much easier than he had experienced elsewhere in the past. The next day he is doing great and couldn’t be happier.We paid out of pocket since he’s here from overseas and does not have dental coverage here. I found the prices very reasonable - better than one might expect for emergency care. Overall a great experience.

Went there to have a broken tooth pulled. Dentist came in ten minutes before he was leaving for the day and wanted to do a crown. I said no just pull it then he walks out of the room. Fifteen minutes later the receptionist comes in and tells me Im done. Meanwhile I still had on the apron and sunglasses and no tooth pulled. He feels it needs surgically removed. The receptionist text a different dentist that works there and she says she will pull it but they are going to charge me the surgical fee even though its just getting pulled. Next day the tooth breaks off again and now I probably will have to have it surgically removed. I will not go back to this place.

Fortunately I was planning to cancel the appointment, but their desk staff is totally incompetent. After making an appointment online I received an email saying I should expect a confirmation phone call from them. I did call, and leave a voicemail (unrelated to appointment confirmation), but received no call back.Once deciding to cancel, I phoned them again and spoke with a representative. I was then told that there was no appointment, and that after making an appointment online I was to have called them to confirm. Im sure you see the issue here.Inconsistent expectations, and extremely poor communication.

Came in with a tooth split right down the middle. While the wait was a bit long the dentist and his staff were an absolute joy. The procedure to remove the tooth was absolutely painless save for a brief seconds of sharp pain. I honestly expected this to be a far worse experience but it wasnt. I recommend this place to anyone that needs work done. Also, that receptionist is so caring with everyone, shes like a mom.

First time I have been to the dentist, in years. Because they scare the S out of me! So I waited tell the miss made me go at 730 at night. They were right in the middle of working on some one wen I got their, but still made feel like I mattered. They got me in and found 2bad wisdom s and a bad tooth so 3 in all need pulled, and were infected. They got them out fast and with vary little pain! Then set me up and explained vary well how to care for them and some antibiotics. Big thank you! To there late night staff!

Starting with the Receptionist Gail...an extremely pleasant and knowledable Lady! She helps to alleviate fear and works with getting you ready for the Dentist quickly. The dental staff and Dentist were very skilled and easy going. Explaining the procedure and discussing options. Giving time for the local to take full effect. ( extraction). I would highly recommend coming here for any dental help you need. As a medical professional i was impressed.

This place is amazing.I woke up with a broken wisdom tooth. In extreme pain and swelling. No one would see me same day.Luckily i found emergency dental in google. I called them at 3pm, they had an opening at 5pm so i scheduled.The staff and doctors here are very good and friendly. I walked in at 5 with a half broken wisdom tooth, and walked out at 5:30 tooth extracted and all. Truely an emergency solved.

Had a molar that got infected and cracked at 1pm pain wasnt that bad by 3pm I was bad and come loose. At 5pm it was excruciating left work went home hoping it would calm down till next day. Nope. By 745pm I had called every dentist office from Marysville to Shoreline everybody was closed or not willing out of COVID-19 fear. Called these guys my mom recommended them open untill 9pm told me to come in got there 815pm very nice and friendly got paperwork done 830pm got me x-ray and had tooth pulled out the door by 9pm!!!! No pain no sore face doctor was amazing. Next day didnt need any pain meds seriously great dentist I would highly recommend them to anybody. Last minute walk in tooth pulled pain gone all in a matter of 30 minutes cant ask for better

I called in after breaking my tooth trying to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. I didn’t expect to get an appointment for the same evening within minutes! Traveling across the country, a large piece of one of my teeth fell off. Emergency Dental Care got me in the same day and repaired it beautifully. The dentist explained just what she would do for the repair and did a superb job for the repair itself. The staff was was also very friendly and helpful. They also provided me with the X-ray pictures and contact information for my regular dentist. I am so thankful that such a place was here when I needed it. I would highly recommend this place for anyone having a dental problem while away from home.

I was experiencing extreme pain and a super swollen face so I searched online for ANYWHERE that I could go in same day, that also did in house financing. I called Emergency Dental USA and Gayle (SP?) was extremely helpful and got me an appointment for a few hours later. I was extremely nervous and when I got there Gayle made me feel extremely comfortable and helped me figure out how I could be seen. The dental hygienist and dentist were awesome and made me feel even less nervous, talking to me like Ive been a patient forever. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I went in for an appointment at 9am. I had been in severe pain for 4 days. I was seen by Dr. Wan. He assessed what I needed done and scheduled me to come back 4 hours later to do procedure! The whole office was very kind and caring and talked me through the whole surgery. The Dr literally took great care too make sure to take care of me and genuinely get me out of pain. Thank you!! I will definitely recommend this endodontist office to everyone!!!

Very comfortable. Doctor was very quick and efficient. She removed my infected wisdom tooth with ease. I would be very happy returning for other my other wisdom teeth extractions.

My experience with this business was not as a patient but as a potential future employee. First of all, I was asked to come in for 2 days. The 1st day to be paid for a working interview and the 2nd day to fill in for the office Manager while she was on vacation. I was told that I would receive only $16 an hour for the 1st day (the so-called working interview) but I was not actually going to receive a job offer since they decided not to open the 2nd location afterall. The 2nd day I was told I would make $25 an hour and I would be on my own and filling in for the office manager while she was on vacation. I reluctantly agreed to this odd request because I needed the extra cash. The decision to pay me two different wages was so strange. When I got to work on the 2nd day which was a Sunday by the way, the doctor was a no show! Talk about wasting my time!! I immediately submitted my hours to the corporate office before leaving that very day. That was .at the start of Febrary!! I have emailed 3 people in regards to this paycheck. Nobody has bothered to to respond. Its been over a month!!

Everyone was really friendly. I was offered a same day appointment which was nice. Procedure was fast and painless. Happy I found them.

I would give zero stars if possible. Went if for an emergency. Havent slept or ate since Friday.. left with zero help and still in Terrible pain.

I went in with a broken tooth, for which I ended up needing to see an oral surgeon... but Emergency Dental Care was super nice and helpful. Gail at reception made multiple calls on my behalf to find an oral surgeon who could see me asap because of the pain I was in. Highly recommend this clinic for emergency care!!

Wonderful place and amazing that they got me in so quickly! Very professional and the novocaine shot didnt even hurt! Please dont talk about other employees or applicants in front of patients, please. That was not cool. Otherwise, terrific place for emergencies!
