Wow! I went to see Vida based on a recommendation of a friend. I dont leave a lot of reviews but I have to praise these guys. After a year of seeing a pediatrist and orthopedic doctor with minimal success, I am thrilled that I decided to see Vida. I have seen significant improvement and wish I would have seen them earlier. I have worked with PTs before, but the targeted care that Vida has given me is second to none. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy, you wont be disappointed!

Absolutely a disgrace! This review is solely in response to the administration in the front office specifically the billing manager. She is incompetent, The doctors are quite good at what they do but the self righteous young lady in the front who doesn’t have the ability to interact with the public nor take responsibility for her shortcomings are why I stopped going here. She made mistakes from the moment I started with billing info, I took time out of my schedule to correct her mistakes that she could have done by calling my insurance provider and doing proper verifications prior to. You can’t be disrespectful to a client then expect them to just keep coming back for more.

From the awesome ladies that work at the front desk and assist with treatments to the patient centered, truly integrated care, you cant go wrong! It is a blessing to have a caring PT and acupuncture team available in the same place. I always feel like Im the only patient there with an entire team at my disposal...mwuahahaha! Which is amazing because its not like the office is empty, they are that good! My first visit I immediately had the sense the patients are like family. Dr. Marson takes his time and is very patient with people like me that ask a lot of questions but might have a hard time being compliant. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, down to earth yet firm in making sure youre educated on your condition and what is best for your healing/treatment. I really appreciate the opportunity to talk to Dr. Marson about being trauma informed, thank you for being curious, listening with an open mind and heart! The best part is...I no longer feel 40 years older than I actually am!

Great service! I did not had an appointment the receptionist was so nice made a space for me, I wait less than 20 minutes. Dr. Jimmy Greer has been helping me with a neck/back pain he was great explaining the treatment plan. after the first visit I was feeling much better. Definitely recommend!!

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and love it! Jimmy is my chiropractor and does a wonderful job. Not pushy at all. Gives great advice for things to do at home to help alleviate things that may be a chronic issue. I highly recommend this place. My old chiropractor left the state and Ive been having terrible luck finding a new one. A few weeks ago on a Saturday my back went out and I could barely walk, let alone take care of my toddler. After calling around to almost a dozen places who couldnt see me on a Saturday, I found Vida and they were able to see me. Each of their chiropractors are trained in several techniques, so I was very impressed that they consulted with me in depth. They were also amazing at making me feel comfortable and in control. No hard sales pitches, they just helped me. I literally hobbled in and walked out able to move again. Really awesome team!!

I have had a great experience with Vida. I have never gone to a chiropractor before and I have suffered with scoliosis my whole life. Once I started working with Dr. Marson I got relief right away. I have been going for a couple weeks now and my back feels great. I highly recommend checking Vida out. The staff are very friendly too!

When I leave Dr Greer’s office I feel 50x better because I feel great with less pain and stiffness. I run 20-25 miles weekly and my visits to VIDA are always a pro-active way to stay injury-free. I appreciate Dr. Greer’s and Dr Lamb’s holistic approach and transparency in individualizing treatment plans. Great experience from the front desk to the chiropractors with William Marson, DC. Doc Marson willing to spend time just to listen to me with my story and what my body needs and help me out to find the solution and make me feel better, he also so friendly like you hang out and chat with a friend but he is your Doc.Accupuncture with Yoona Kim,LAC. I’m afraid of needle but she eased the fear with her calmness, and knowledge my fear so she explained to me the process what she will do to me and show me the needle, and she listen to all the problem that I have. And massage with Kim, she got the magic hands.Over all nothing but great place and staff. My husband also said the same bout his experience.

Right when I walked in I was greeted with a beautiful smile from both Rocio and Ines. They are both very sweet and welcoming. I was recommended here by a friend so I thought I would check them out. So far I’ve had the best experience from everyone. My previous chiropractor was great so no complaints. After Jimmy and Diana both adjusted me I’ve realized the different but similar techniques everyone uses and it’s helped my recovery that much better. I highly recommend this place and will always talk highly about everyone there. You won’t be thinking about going anywhere else with all the services they offer.

I visited Vida Integrated Health in Everett because I was having some chronic back issues and placed under the chiropractic care of Jimmy Greer. Mr. Greer created a plan to help relieve my pain and over several visits the results have been amazing! No longer do I experience any pain and I have not had a back spasm since beginning treatment. I highly recommend!

EXCEPTIONAL!! All of the chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists and physical therapists are Exceptional, and I have been getting these type of services for over 40 years and I know the difference between quality and mediocre. I always get above-average results from body work that I get here which enables me to function as close to 100% as possible. They are a very valuable asset in the community. One day I was in severe pain and they were at the Mill Creek festival and Doctor Jimmy took me from being in severe pain to 100% pain free in just a matter of minutes at no charge, and I was doing yard work that afternoon. And whats very important is I have never had a bad adjustment from vida integrative health, but I have from other places.

Update from 02/06/2020Adding an extra star due to a prompt response from the Director.Just want to clarify something. If I was not misinformed, we would not be here. When I called them, they quoted me +-$300 (included some x-rays etc). I told them that I did not want to have x-rays since I was never sick and had no issues with my health (played professional volleyball in Russia). The only reason why I wanted to visit the place is because of my current job where I sit all day long at the desk. They said ok and waived the x-ray. They I told them that I had been told that my insurance should cover 90% for the next 26 visits. They agreed and told me that I will be paying $15 - 20 per visit once the I meet my deductible. Since at that time I used only +-$200 towards my deductible I had to still pay extra $200 before insurance kicked it. I asked them if they had a different solution. And here is where I was misinformed. The lady said that when I meet total $400 deductible, all other visits will be $15-20. Ok. I went VIDA for 3 times and paid $50 for each visit. That got me close to my deductible ($350) and I also visit another doctor for my knee treatment where I also made some payments.Thus, I thought that I met the deductible since another doctor never charged me after I met $400 threshold. But I guess it work differently with chiropractor services. Anyway, If I was told to make $50 payments for 8 times (until i meet $400) deductible for chiropractor, I would at least know what I was signing up for. Because now I have to pay extra $255....I had the most horrible experience with this company! Make sure that they put everything in writing before you go there. Over the phone I was told that my insurance will cover 90% of the service I will end up paying only $15-20 for visit. Guess what? Not only I ended up paying $50 per visit, but 2 months later received another bill from them for $255 for evaluation! WTF is evaluation!? The dude was talking to me the whole time about his boat and how fun the island across Everett is! I wish I could put 0 stars!

I recently sought out treatment after reading the reviews here and I have to say the positive reviews didnt lie. The staff is nice, informed and easy to work with. I was treated by Dr. Marson for chiropractic treatment and after one visit he was able to get me feeling like new. After the 2nd visit I feel phenomenal and Im even switching my physical therapy over to their clinic.

If you need a chiropractor you can stop searching and just go here. Dr. Jimmy Greer is the best! He is so considerate and caring to all his patients. He really takes his time to make sure that you get all the care you need. By helping to stretch out the tight muscles or working on you tender/pain points. And he can work on all body types my husband has a really stiff mid back and Dr. Jimmy can get it to be in the correct alignment.Not to mention they also have physical therapy, massage, acupuncture and an amazing front desk staff who truly make you feel welcome and cared for. Everyone makes you want to come back and visit when you no longer need treatment at Vida.All of my experiences with the staff is amazing at Vida. Corynn, John and Chris are a blast and so funny with you are in your sessions with them. Holistically everyone at Vida wants to get you better with all the treatment they provide.

This review is for Dr. William Marson only. He is the shining star of Vida Everett and the only reason I continue to go back. I have seen several chiropractors over the years and by far I believe I get the best Chiro care with him then with any other. I have a history of 2 spinal surgeries and was in an MVA at the start of this year. The previous injuries and surgeries have complicated treatment.He listens to the patients and genuinely cares about them and their recovery. He is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The surgeon and physiatrist I work with, in conjunction with Dr. Marson have all agreed with his approach and treatment plan as well. This tells me he is very skilled and knowledgeable as well. Of course I can tell how much better I feel after adjustments with him.Vida would be losing their strongest and best asset if he were to ever leave. However, if he did leave I would definitely follow him.Great job Dr. Marson!

My experience with Vida has been awesome! The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have worked with Dr. Lam each time. She makes sure to explain the techniques she is using, and does follow up on the trouble areas we worked on at previous visits, while giving me tips to use on my own. She was even able to pinpoint an issue I have been having for years based on my very unscientific explanation of what was happening. Would recommend Dr. Lam and Vida with confidence.

If you need a chiropractor, you need to go here and see Dr. Lam...I went into Vida in terrible pain (a 10+) and Dr. Lam listened to me, treated me, and put a plan in action! She even walked me out to my car to show me how to get in and out in a way that wouldnt hurt so much! How amazing is that!?!?! After 2 visits I felt SO MUCH better! I have been slowly stretching out my visits as I continue to heal! She wont keep you coming back if its not needed...I feel so well taken care of here, and appreciate their professionalism as well as their kindness and caring hearts. Would not go anywhere else!

I’ve came to the clinic with really bad migraines, Dr Lam has used different techniques besides regular adjustments to control the pain and for the first time in a long time I’ve been able to have 3-4 weeks without a single migraine. I have been extremely apprehensive for many years to ever go and see a chiropractor. Not certain of my reasoning?? Recently I found myself in severe lower back pain. It was so painful that when I finally went to see a doctor, I had to be taken from our vehicle by wheelchair. Unfortunately it was not a chiropractor like “everyone” had advised. I was put on steroids and relaxers which seemed to be a temporary bandage for the underlying. After a month of babying the situation I finally took a recommendation and went to a chiropractor! Turns out I do not have a “torn muscle”...it is a SI issue and has caused painful misalignment. Let me tell you.....I’m ever so grateful that I finally went to see Dr. Marson. He is literally amazing! He listened, he tested, he fully analyzed until he pinpointed the cause of my pain. He didn’t just assume. After my first visit I was actually standing up straight and walking without limping or hunching! Even my co-workers commented on the difference. I went back for a second visit to Dr. Marson and I’m again already feeling a difference. Honestly I don’t know why I waited so long!! I feel better and cannot wait to see what visit three will bring!! Long story short....go see Dr. Marson!! He is absolutely awesome and very highly recommended!! I have been coming to vida since April following a car accident that injured my neck and back. Since coming here my condition has gotten so much better and I am no longer in the pain that I was before. Dr. Max is very professional and is very specific with what is wrong with you. He does a very good job at talking to patients and it is not just an adjustment without communication. The entire staff is very friendly and they give amazing service. I recommend this clinic and think very highly of it. Im even gonna have my wife come in for her back.

I have been going to Vida for over 3 years now. I have been seen for chiropractic, naturopathic, physical therapy here. I have recommended this office to many friends and family. All the staff members are great to work with. Always welcoming and a smiling faces. The doctors are great too. Dr Culp and Dr Max always make sure that they are doing everything to improve movement and optimal health. Getting an appointment for the times I need isnt a problem. There are times of the day that are much busier than others, but always close to my appointment time. The office staff work well together and I enjoy trusting them with my care.

Words cannot explain how happy I am with Vidas treatment. In Novemeber 2018 I was in a severe roll over accident, and after I was cleared for movement I started chiropratric works at a different clinc. My pain was the same before and after treatment, with no improvement. I was still unable to sleep, do dishes, drive. My roll over accident buddy (the woman in the car with me) recomened me to Vida as she had been going to their Seattle location (reccomened to her by her mother).WOW!The fantastic front desk team of Ines & Rocio, and all the other wonderful people at the front desk help with schudealing with my crazy busy life to make sure I am always treated when I want to, not when works for them.Dr. Marison (Will) is the fantasitc chiroprator that has done amazing things with my mobility, pain, over all comfort, and most importantly he listens to me. If I say something hurts, he not only changes his method but checks in afterwards. He has made this whole process so much easier, making me feel like my pain is real, Im not crazy, and I am allowed to talk about my problems. He made me feel welcome, and made me feel valued.The PT team, Corynne and John Jackson, make me feel right at home here too! Any time I need a break, a different work out, clairfication, anything, they are right there, often showing me the work out and doing it with me, explaing how I can do it at home.When my PIP ran out I was so relieved that they gave me options to continue my treatment under my own insurance, Ariana was a huge help!Vida has changed my life for the better. My wife and I got treatment here after being rear-ended by a truck. I got chiropractic care from Dr. Max Bicoff, and I was very happy with the care he provided. Im normally a bit skeptical of chiropractors, being wary of ones who treat the practice like a cure-all for everything. But Dr. Bicoff is very informative and believes in evidence-based strategies. He worked within my comfort zone, and always talked me through everything he was doing. The whole team at Vida is empathetic and friendly, and concerned with my entire well-being. I also received massage and physical therapy, and both helped a lot.

Honestly the only reason I gave any stars was because the front desk/office manager was absolutely amazing. I would give five stars if this only related to her. I got a massage here by the only Therapist that takes Boeing BSBCIL (PPO, they consider it Regence), it was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. I have been having really bad back pain which I talked to her about and she never even once problem focused on that area. The massage itself was weak and was more just a relax massage. I have gotten many massages in my life and have never once left feeling like I didn’t get my money’s worth until then. With billing insurance for this one - insurance discounted it to a normal massage price but didn’t pay any coinsurance. Total cost was over $65 (I still have deductible for the year remaining). I’d rather have paid more for a good massage therapist.:(

Having back and shoulder ailments from my physically demanding job I came to Vida to relieve some of my pain. With massage, physical and chiropractic therapy; and RNP onsite, I’m on the road to recovery. My chiropractic doctors, Jimmy and Dr Lam are ever patient and empathetic to my total body health. Their great communication to and between the physical therapy team and therapeutic massage team are insitefull, leading to directed treatments. I always leave feeling as my individual needs to recovery have been met. Much recommendations for the Vida Integrated Health in Everett.

I had heard that there were many benefits to seeing a chiropractor and doing PT, but I had never really needed it till one day I woke up with intense pain in my low back and leg..I couldnt even tie my shoes, put my socks on..let alone get ready for the day. I came to see Dr.Culp who then referred me to PT. I began doing Chiro, PT sessions, laser therapy and home exercises. I was being seen by the whole clinic who all made me feel very comfortable and helped me get back on my feet (mind you this was all a couple of weeks before my wedding) Dr. Culp, Dr.Max, Chris Elise, everyone from walking in till I walked out helped me feel more at ease. Not only did they help end the pain, but they continued to show me excercises to help keep the pain away. Thank you all for the help!! I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic. If there are any doubts they will all help you ease any insecurities and or get you on the right track to be pain free.-Joel

It took one visit/adjustment for me to know he was the right choice. He is consistently professional, cheerful, listens to exactly what you say or need done and his techniques and adjustments are the best.
