I sincerely wish that I could write a positive review for this place. I have experienced healing and recovery thanks to Dr. Giles (who deserve 10 out of 5 stars) who treated me most of the time. Unfortunately, my experience was in line with so many others. I informed the clinic that I had a high deductable insurance, and would pay out of pocket. I paid for the entire service up front. I even paid for an additional series to fully recover. Still no charge to my insurance. Everyone was fully aware of my insurance parameters. Still each visit was charged to my insurance, and on my last adjustment day I was informed that they are charging me an additional. Stating that I needed to sign a form stating that my insurance will not be effective in the time I am receiving treatments. When reporting my concern for the cost, Tanya (the billing specialist) stated that the form I signed outlines additional cost to me of insurance denies coverage. You may see the cyclical issue I find myself in with this clinic. My sincere advice to everyone looking to go here is to review the most common reported issue with the clinic. And how the complaint is quite common. I would also caution anyone with health issues that may cause an immunity issue. Dr Hanson, the older blonde lady near the window, and the physician with alopecia wear shear thin masks. Be cautious and wise with your choice to go with this practice.

Cool place . Scheduled an appointment to see a doctor. Got consultation and 50 minute massage free. I did buy x rays to find out what has been bothering my back and will be coming back to review the pictures . Very friendly people here .

They truly care for your well being and concerns. Another thing is they hold you accountable for at home exercises. All the doctors and assistants keep everything open with you as well, giving you options, and they don’t hide anything; very open. Highly recommend giving them a chance, and allowing them to help you.

When I came in I could hardly even walk or roll over in bed without extreme pain. After the first visit I instantly felt a lot better and the rest of the healing took a while but Im pretty much back to normal now. I would highly recommend this place. They actually care about long term results.

I had gone so long not taking care of myself. I had others to take care of. The pain and stiffness were becoming unbearable and constant. I had a new job, medical insurance, so I decided to use my insurance for once and called to get evaluated.My biggest problems were my lower back amd my neck. Lower back was in constant pain, my neck had almost no range of motion, I had to turn my whole torso just to change lanes while driving. I didnt sleep, I couldnt get on the floor and play with my kids, or more accurately couldnt get up from the floor after playing with my kids. My life changed almost immediately.I called Hanson partially because of.the review, which were great, but mostly because they were in my system for insurance.Now. I am almost completely without pain in my lower back. I have no pain surging down my legs. I feel like I have full range of motion in my neck and back. My golf game has even improved,although there was really nowhere to go but up in that case. Lol.The doctor and staff there are amazing, both at what they do and as people in general. They want to get to know you as a person. Ill never leave this place as long as Im in the area. The prices are comparable and well worth it with the service they provide.Thank you Hanson Chiropractic for giving me my life back.

The chiropractors and massage therapists here are really awesome. However, the receptionist with the blonde hair always has an attitude and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. And their hours are ridiculous. I can’t even get an adjustment anymore because they are never open.

I liked the doctors I interacted with. May go back at some point. Dont feel comfortable with their COVID procedures now though. Went in today and it was super crowded, at least 15-20 people in the main room. Everyone was wearing masks but no social distancing. All the staffs masks were loose or falling off their faces. Cleaning procedures were way too relaxed. Doesnt seem like they are doing much to follow protocols. Just not for me at this point.

I went from specialists wanting to fuse my neck, which I refused, to being pain free, healthy and lifting weights again with no more problems thanks to Dr Hanson!

Ive been going to Hanson for four Months now and its the best chiropractic clinic in Everett From the front desk to the chiropractors, everyone is friendly, accommodating, and overall provide great service. You cant go wrong with receiving service from anyone here as they are experienced and very knowledgeable.I primarily see all the four doctors and including filling in Dr Mike who has been amazing and an absolute!! After the first two month visit of my chronic back pain, Ive seen tremendous progress and no longer have to take prescribed pain medicine thanks to Doctors!So for anyone looking, no need to second guess!!

I presented with acute pain from sciatic nerve impingement after total knee replacement. All prior approaches to resolve this were negligable. Dr. Waldrop at Hanson Chiropractic has made steady progress in resolving this problem and I am close to becoming pain free. Very much appreciate Dr. Waldrop. He is a 5 Star chiropractor.

Please if you want quality care DO NOT GO HERE (based on my experience). Ive been to many different chiropractics, physical therapists, and have not had such cold-hearted and inattentive treatment as here.1. Medical knowledge:What they kept pushing at is to fix structural issues which may not be at the root of the problem you came in for. Just be careful to get second opinions from other chiropractors from a different office. Sometimes what a person needs is a muscle release massage vs an adjustment. They did not mention the basics between the connection of diet, inflammation, and pain for chronic conditions vs spinal structural issues.2. Customer Service:If you dont agree to their recommended treatment (the many month long treatment for structural issues) they get passive aggressive. Consultation is free but then when you come they dont want to consult or do treatment until you get x-rays: x-rays that show structural issues that may have never bothered you in the first place. A lot of chiropractors dont force you to have x-rays to be able to treat you especially if a patient is explicitly telling you that they dont want extra radiation.

Hansen Chiropractic is amazing. Thanks to them, I finally know why I have been in back pain for 20 years and am starting to get some relief! The doctors are caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated to healing. They use technology-assisted treatment planning to help me reach my goals and measure my progress, which I really appreciate. They get you in the door with a Free Massage that never appears...High pressure sales team will drain your $/HSA as fast as possible; theyll schedule you for appointments even after you ask them to cancel your appointments. You never see the same doctor twice in a row. I dont recommend the open-room treatment approach unless you want to feel like youre at a busy buffet restaurant on Fathers Day weekend. They have a mandatory class I thought would teach about their process and equipment, but it was basically an AMWAY-like sales pitch to invite your friends and did NOT have any pertinent info offered. Q:What part of the body controls it? A: the Brain It was patronizing and not appropriate as a mandatory info session.PUSHY front-desk that doesnt listen and were not accurate about insurance coverage. Be cautious.

They have a wonderful, open approach to chiropractic wellness. All the doctors are knowledgeable and kind. I came in with a terrible neck injury and through treatment the pain and stiffness was received in just a few weeks.

Its personal preference. I didnt care how all the adjustment areas were all out in the open in the waiting room. Im more private than that and would hate being adjusted with onlookers. A private exam room was what I prefer and that didnt seem like an option.

Horrible customer service. Employees including doctors not wearing mask. My appointment was at 940 i sat till 950 nothing. I Called them to tell them to send me my final bill. They call me back 954 saying we are sorry we have a room ready now. The clinic is outdated and nasty. They dont care fore customers.

Best chiropractic ever. I got in an auto accident in December 2019 and because of Dr. Woodbury I felt way better. My back, my neck & my shoulder were in severe conditions. Going there three times a week till now and totally different person. My bones are getting back to the normal shape. And even when I get busy for one or two weeks they call to check back on how I’m doing. I’ve been treated at Hanson Chiropractic for about 7 years. From car accidents to sports injuries, they’ve been able to help and heal me. They are very clear and communicative about my treatment plan and what they’re doing to help me.

Way too many people in the waiting area and open Chiro area. The rooms were packed. In addition, they had me sign a release of medical info, not dated and open ended with no contact info. So it can be used whenever/by whoever? Personally uncomfortable with both their covid practice and medical release of info.

I am a chef and with my profession, which involves lots of stress, eating quickly, caffeine etc., I started experiencing extreme Acid-Reflux, and it had not gone away for the past 5 years. I have visited Hanson Chiropractic several times. Dr. Hanson worked on my stomach, spine, and ribs which helped to relieve pressure in my stomach and heal the valves. I am almost 2 weeks into treatment and even after the first treatment I noticed I have better posture, less gas in my stomach, Im breathing better, no more heartburn at night. I suffered with that disease for years and now I am very comfortable with doing heavy workouts, cardio, no hesitation to go to sleep. I would highly recommend Hanson Chiropractic for those who suffer from Acid-Reflux. Once again I am very thankful to Dr. Hanson for his professional and genuine approach for my treatment.

I was disported I got there before my appointment and I had two appointment but they called me for the first appointment 40 minutes late and didn’t talk to me much because it was time for my second appointment . By that time I was behind about 2 hrs. The massage person was a young lady very nice but she didn’t give me what I wanted she had a very soft hands it felt like my daughter was giving me the massage. Overall nothing want good that day. I most likely won’t go back. I give it * .

I am currently attending Hanson Chiropractic and injury in Everett 3 days a week along with light laser to alleviate my sciatic nerve problem. I ran into a man who told me about this place and that they had cured his problem. Ive been going there now for about 2 weeks slowly I feel that Im getting better. Ive already tried Physical Therapy & Massage Therapy before I attended after Hansens business. Ill let you know after a couple more weeks weather this has cured my problem. They certainly have some unusual ways of doing business compared to the ones Ive been to before I am very hopeful. Dr. Hansen is a very caring and delightful person. I enjoy your staff as well.

I was in a car accident in October 2019. I started care at Hansons chiropractic within two weeks. I received adjustments, a stretching and exercise routine as well as massage therapy and traction. They Overcharged me for care & My Massage therapist wasn’t even injury treatment focused, as I was there for a fall injury. Her approach ended up aggravating my injuries, which was disappointing, especially since I had talked about where I had issues & my pain tolerance levels. She put forth a minimal amount of effort to critically plan my treatment goal & then tried to rationalize it. This place wasted my time & was unnecessarily painful!

After going through the program, and now being on the maintenance program I have no more back pain. My appetite is back, and I sleep so much better. I really appreciate the natural approach when it comes to healthcare and it’s refreshing to be able to see a team of doctors who see things the same way. Not only do they have me leaving my appointments feeling great after being adjusted, but they are all really good at giving advice so I am set up for success at home as well, which I find to be extremely valuable.

When I first came to Hansen chiropractic, I thought the worst for myself. I wont go into that but to sum it up I thought my injury was permanent. I am almost 10 weeks into treatment and with reasonably hard work Ive been completely turned around. I am back to exercising back working and happy to be living without pain. I have my days which are very few and easily contained with ice but without Hansen it would have been doctors and pain killers. No thank you. Not only do they provide the treatment to the actual problem but they also give you insight and knowledge that is constantly overlooked. Just my few visits per week are my highlights. I was experiencing pain and numbness in my left arm and stiffness in my neck. I found Hanson Chiropractic and Injury because I preferred the activator method of chiropractic rather than the physical manipulation and they offered both.After taking some xrays, it was determined that my neck and spine were going the opposite directions from what they should have been. Dr. Hanson and his staff began using the activator on me since I had requested it. After several visits, I seemed to be getting worse. Dr. Hanson recommended an MRI and I ended up going to my GP and got the same recommendation.The MRI revealed a bulging/herniated disc in my neck. After speaking to Dr. Hanson, I agreed to try both the activator and manual manipulation. After quite a few visits, I was getting depressed because things were getting worse. The staff recommended a form of traction. If the traction didnt work, surgery would be the only way to fix my problem. The surgery had less than a 50% chance of success.After several visits, I finally began to notice relief. I can honestly say that after 3 months, I have no pain and no numbness. The entire staff has been involved in my therapy and I am extremely grateful for their concern and professionalism. The staff prevented a surgery that would have had me laid up for quite some time and the chance it would have been successful was not promising.

I had a car accident that really messing up my neck and spine pretty bad. Not only did they get everything perfectly aligned over the course of about 5 months, they also referred me to a lawyer that helped take care of everything related to the accident. The experience is a bit different from other chiropractors where you wait in an open area with the tables, but that doesnt bother me. I did get rotated through several chiropractors over the course of my adjustments, but they were all really informed of my situation and really professional. I highly recommend giving Dr. Hansons a visit!

Open and charismatic, made me feel welcome. Never had a business try to accommodate me like they did. They are very good and popular, sometimes it can feel like a cattle-call, but it looks like they are trying to combat this. Im so happy to feel better and know where to go in the future.

Dr. Hanson and his team are far and away a professional and caring staff. They are concerned with the total health of each patient and have a level of professionalism and competency that is rarely seen nowadays. I was treated for ligament damage and had all of the information I needed to help myself become healthy again. They have an amazing way with their patients and I would recommend them to anyone I know for total health recovery, not simply good posture.

Terrible clinic they just lie to your face and take your money. The Dr. In charge is an expert liar filled with greed. The only thing they care about is taking your money. There is almost no transparency with their massage service, awful service, terrible business.

I have being going to Hanson Chiropractic for almost 19 years. I lead a very life active life and they help keep me that way. I was definitely thinking I was just getting old when I first started but I found out it did not have to be that way! The aches and stiffness I had were getting in my way. Over the initial course of treatment I started feeling and moving much better, the freedom returned and so did athletic performance. I ride and train horses so movement is very important. I consider Hanson Chiropractic to be a Primary Care Practitioner for me because they can fix anything I happen to do to myself. They have put my parts back together more than once. 2-plus months ago I made the best decision ever--to start the Ideal Protein program at Hanson Chiropractic. It has been easier than I first thought and very rewarding . My husband and I have both been patients with Dr. Hanson’s clinic for 3 yrs. We met Dr. Hanson at the Evergreen Fair, where he had a booth. I had always been skeptical of chiropractors but we decided to give it a try. My husband had chronic lower back pain for over 20 years, and within 3 treatments, had relief. I had constant neck/shoulder pain and numbness in both hands, and I could barely turn my head. My issues took some time to work through but I have no pain now, have mobility with my neck and I can sleep without my hands constantly waking me up. With Dr. Woodbury’s recommendation, I also had K-Laser therapy, which dramatically improved my condition. I believe in Dr. Hanson’s practice because he does not promote medications or surgery to take care of a symptom and tries first to deal with it naturally. All of his staff is extremely professional and friendly. We have never felt like a “patient” at Hanson Chiropractic, but part of a caring “family”.

Hanson Chiropractic has taken care of me from head to toe after several rear-end car accidents. They truly care about their patients getting better. I have gained knowledge and freedom of movement by making minor adjustments to daily choices from posture, exercise and food intake. I am moving better and am pain free most of the time now thanks to this clinic. Take advantage of the massage department if possible, they are wonderful as well. Absolutely amazing doctors!!! I was scheduled to do a Spartan race, and TWO DAYS before the race, I hurt my back dead-lifting. I was so bummed! Ive trained for this race for months, and couldnt believe this happened. I was on the floor and couldnt get up from my living room floor. Literally. Called Dr. Waldrop (my personal miracle worker), He worked on me extensively, both days before the race, and got me back to near normal! I was able to do the race with no problems! SO happy Hanson Chiropractic exists! Adjustments, graston therapy, laser therapy, massages, theyve got it all! (And Ive done them all!)

Ive experienced backaches, neck pain, and headaches daily for about 12 years, since a two-story fall from a house fire when I was 13. Ive seen several doctors, massage therapists, physical therapists, etc. in the past decade, and finally decided to try chiropractic care. I have gotten a lot of good health care from the Drs here at Hanson and all the staff members are super nice and accomodating. Been coming here for a few years now and hardly ever get sick. I truly believe its due to maintaining a healthy spine. No more lower back or neck pain. Plus they fixed my arm. It used to hurt so bad to lift my arm. After a series of treatments it was pretty much back to normal again. Still need a couple more treatments. I referred my mother and bf. Both have gotten pain relief and a better quality of life. Dr Peter Hanson and his highly trained staff have always done an amazing job of educating me and my family so we can not only get better, but live a better quality of life. Yet, they balance this with large doses of compassion and understanding. When youre in pain and not feeling well they have a way of reducing the stress and anxiety that we have not seen anywhere else. This is the reason as my children are now young adults they still choose to drive back down south to come to this office. After having been in multiple car accidents and just normal life accidents from being active, Dr Hansons team has allowed us to keep active and not lose anymore of our lives due to recovery than necessary. My daughter was on a community transit bus and it was involved in an accident and her back and shoulder were injured. She was in a lot of pain but after going to Dr. Hansen and staff for a few months, she was pain free and feeling better than before the accident happened. Hanson Chiropractic is the best chiropractors office I have ever experienced! Not only do the methods of adjustment and the exercises they provide for their patients to use help any sort of issue you might have, but the staff and doctors are all so incredibly helpful and friendly. Additionally, all of the doctors work together wonderfully to determine what is best for you and help you feel very taken care of. I have been going to Hansons for about 2 years now and completed the program they suggested for me, which took away headaches I would get and overall improved my quality of life. In the last few months Ive been relying more heavily on my trips to the chiropractor due to being pregnant and experiencing a lot of common back pains associated with that. It is truly amazing what proper alignment of your spine can do for everything else in your body and I recommend Hanson Chiropractic 100%!

Im 61 years old, and have had problems with my back since I was a teenager. I have seen many Chiropractors. Since coming here I found out my left leg is 9mm shorter than my right. After 3 months of adjustments, I can stand all day at work, and not hurt. I also noticed that I have a greater range of motion, than Ive had in the past. I have to say that the staff and chiropractors are very friendly and a joy to work with. If you have a back problem I highly recommend Hanson Chiropractic.

Someone recommended me to Hanson Chiropractic, and I couldnt be more grateful. The entire staff is so welcoming, and everything was explained to me in detail. I understood my treatment and felt comfortable with the course taken in order to fix the problem--not just use pain medication or muscle relaxers to mask it. I feel nearly 100% better and am thankful to be able to resume all of my normal activities!
