I made the best ever decision to see Dr Rozina and I feel grateful for that. She has supported me through my tough times and her videos on how to improve mental health inspires me all the time. She is the best psychologist you will want to meet . Dr Rozina is thoughtful, sweet, patient and down to earth. I recommend seeing her to my friends, family and everyone. 🙂 Getting appointments is also very easy and front desk is extra sweet and supportive in making the whole process convenient.

Amanda is too observed with herself, that she would rather spend more time doing her makeup and less time working with the patients.The girls in the front office are terrible and gossip about employees or customers when they walk out. This place is absolutely terrible. If you have questions, there is no one around to ask. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The most pleasant thing was the quickness of getting an appointment. Usually mental health appts. take months to schedule as a new patient.Not with Shifa. I think I was able to schedule my first appt within a week of the initial contact with the office.Had my first Zoom appointment yesterday. We had some issues with the audio portion of the visit which was a tad frustrating.Suzanne, M NP was just wonderful to talk with and I was able to obtain my prescription refills with great ease which is usually not the case with any type of psychiatric medications.

Fantastic service, you go with depression and leave with amazing relaxation. Highly recommended phycology consultancy.

I have been receiving Care at Shifa Health for 5 years. The office staff are fantastic as well as the psychiatrist Ive been seeing. I would suggest Shifa Health to anybody that is looking for mental health care. I had to come in for a more emergent appointment. I had a hard time keeping it together in the office and was crying. The office staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. But not just in that situation theyre always that way. Five stars for the entire staff.

I just want to say that I am thankful that I found Shifa Health!!I was very anxious when i walked in the door for my initial appointment. Like most people going to see a new mental health doctor. I was taking care of very well by the front desk lady. She could see that i was a mess. She offered me water while she was doing me vitals. She also talk to me and told me about the doctor I was seeing. she made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone with mental health issues. I can not thank Ashley at the front desk enough for her extra effort to make me feel comfortable

For the most part I love this place but was astounded to find out that because I made a mistake and missed an appointment that I am to be charged $75 for missing. I understand that one should not miss appointments but things do happen sometimes in life and that seems pretty extreme to me. Ironically when I first started coming here my care provider at this place had a family emergency on the day of my appointment and I was not contacted about this and only found out about it when I arrived there for my appointment which is a little bit of a drive for me as well. No one contacted me however. Unfortunately I am not able to charge $75 to them for their not contacting me. :) Fees are understandably necessary as some people indeed do not take their appointments seriously. However, for someone as myself who is normally extremely punctual a charge of $75 for a mistake seems excessive. I will bring this matter up with my provider on my next scheduled appointment in a week but I sincerely doubt it will lead to anywhere. Most likely even though otherwise I love this place and the people I will unfortunately have to consider finding treatment elsewhere.

The office staff rocks!! Always there to help and go above and beyond for their patients. Billing team always figures out any problems that my come up. I did TMS and Deb was fantastic. She was very personable to make me as comfortable and relaxed as i could be starting. I looked forward to coming in everyday to be greeted by the front desk and to spend time with Deb.I want to thank Shifa Health for giving new my life back. I enjoy my family and i go out and do things I have not done in years.

Im genuinely shocked that the therapist I saw twice has a license...Both sessions she seemed completely bored and cold. She was constantly yawning and the second session she just sat there resting her face in her hand. I didnt see her take any notes at all the second session which just proved to me that she really could care less about her clients individually.I was initially charged $150 dollars for two visits and thats with my insurance partially covering it. Then it was mysteriously raised to $256 a few days ago...Its so sad that people are going here to genuinely try to better themselves, only to get screwed over and receive completely horrible service. It makes me understand why people go to one bad therapist and never want to try again with another. Dont waste your time, avoid at all costs. There are tons of other excellent therapists out there who are much less expensive and much more rewarding.The only positive thing about this place was the receptionist. He was always really kind to me and gave great customer service.

The providers are great but the front staff never answer.....take forever to get prescriptions sent out.....and are only good about answering the phone when it’s time to collect payment.

I love how friendly the staff is there. My therapist is awesome!

Dr Suzy is THE best!!!!! I have suffered from severe depression and suicidal thoughts and she refused to give up on me even though most common meds were having weird side effects. She finally found me correct meds just in time before I lose my medical insurance. I very quickly felt welcomed into their office by the front desk team, they are equally as awesome and very personable which is great for people who always feel messed up in the head and awkward

I called today to try to make an appointment with some psychiatrists that were recommended by my insurance. The guy asked me what I was being seen for and if I had been hospitalized in the past. I answered his questions, and it went from, yeah, lets get you scheduled! to well, we arent accepting new patients. When I told him my insurance said they were, he went back and said they were, but it was a case-by-case basis and they were hesitant to take on somebody who needed more constant care, because their psychiatrists only work part-time. I explained I just needed medication management and would need to see somebody once every few months for a check-in, and he just said yeah, well, its kinda weird how we do it here. I would assume you would need to see medical records before you judged the severity and care needs of a strangers illness, but I digress. This was one of the weirdest calls Ive ever had with any kind of business, ever.

Thought I was the only one, but after reading these reviews, Im indeed not. This place totally blows. Run as fast as you can to avoid this dump. I was in crisis and was completely ignored. Answer your phone!! Return calls!! Nope! Ended up in the hospital because of these bozos. Under zero stars if I were able.

The bad reviews are unfortunately very true. It took this place 3 1/2 weeks to answer a simple question. Only their time is valuable. Really unprofessional office staff. Avoid this place if you want customer service.

No follow up for actually getting mental health help. Clearly theyre too busy to care to even get back to people.

The Staff at Shifa Health in Silver Lake rock.... billing on the other hand will give you no breaks even for an honest mistake involving both sides. Their website says that you MAY be charged for a missed appt, but trust me you WILL be charged and given a lecture as well. Billing seems to not care much for people but like money a lot. Go somewhere else.

Let me tell you how AWFUL this business is!!! Theyre supposed to be HELPING people with their mental health, but believe me when I say they will only exasperate your condition! Specifically theres the Office Manager. Shes a completely two-faced individual who will lie her way out of doing ANYTHING required of her, and still make it look like shes doing her job. She doesnt care what the policies are, or what the clients might receive as backlash, she will only do what SHE wants to do. Its insanity in that place! If you want ACTUAL mental health care, go to an ACTUAL mental health facility. Im pretty sure this one is, in fact, a side show of the circus.

You could NOT run away from this place fast enough! If you need real help, this is not the place! Unreachable in times of emergency, unreliable doctors, unprofessional and dishonest staff, (the OFFICE MANAGER herself will flat-out lie to your face!) and NO ONE there cares if what theyre doing is affecting your life! The turnover for the staff is unreal! Run away, run far far away!

I didnt make it past the scheduling point due to the rude, short, and unprofessional demeanor of both the receptionist and the scheduling coordinator. When I learned that lady was going to be working with me, I immediately called another clinic in Bellevue where I was treated like an actual person and not cattle. No Thank you.

Dr. Nancy Turner is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. She listens and really knows how to help.

Avoid coming here at all costs!!!! This place is not worth your money their staff is just interested in over charging you for their less than mediocre service

I cancelled one appointment and left a message over the weekend to cancel. Come Monday I asked for a new appointment, they said they would not see my anymore for a No call no show. Ignored the fact I left a message then they slapped on a $75 fine. Never ever go to this place.

Called to make an appointment as a new patient, seeking help. Person I spoke with on the phone was not the most pleasant. I ended the phone call and will look for a different provider. Not the type of service I expected from a place for mental health.

Cant return calls or emails and when I finally get a hold of them they arent accepting new patients and dont want to tell anyone when they will be

The worst clinic ever I was a patient in this clinic and at a certain time I couldnt pay for my visits so I stopped going there when I tried to go back there and seen by the sake council they refused to see me because I didnt have the money for two months and note that I dont owe them a penny.
