They are very clean, and polite. Tools were sterilized. Pedicure was great.Manicure was done by a very inexperienced person. They are unevenly shaped, and the length on the left hand do not match the length of nails on the right. I came into their salon in old clothing so perhaps they didnt think I would care how my nails turned out? Ill have to get my nails fixed sometime this week at another salon.
The nail techs here wear masks but they don’t require their customers to do so. The place was basically empty when I was here for a pedicure and instead of seating an unmasked customer farther away, they seated her next to me. This used to be my favorite place for a pedicure. I won’t be back.
I’ve been coming here for years! I had my nails done while I was out of town, and it was terrible! Came to VJ nails and Had John do my nails! Usually I have Lyly do them this time John did it, he was able to fix my nails! He did an Amazing Job! I’ll commute to have John do my nails!!!! Thank you John! Your Awsome! LOVE LOVE THIS SALON!
The lady who did my pedicure was sweet but the acrylic nails were wayy over priced & she didn’t ask me if I wanted gel she just put it on.. my nails were coffin so I understand they are more but they were super short it shouldn’t be 55.. and that was without a tip.. she also was being very rude pulling my friends hands and i . The other lady doing acrylics was also pushing her hands back to go under the light. very disappointed.

I would never recommend this place. I walked in to do a full gel set and as soon as I set down oldest woman that works there kept running her mouth to me. She complained about my nails not being long. Even though they were, then she kept yanking my arm and I had to snatch my hand away several times. She told me I couldnt do french tip and then had another person finish my nails. Not even a week latery nails broke. They are so rude and you dont get to decide what you want.

This place was a recommendation from a friend. I went in expecting okay work, since I have horrible luck, but I was pleasantly surprised. I went in just for a pedicure but the service was so wonderful that I got a lot of other services while I was there. The price is on point and I will be going back! I dont pamper myself as often as I should, now that I found a wonderful place to go to I may do it more often. Thank you!

Rough techinitions, friend said her water was cold and asked for some hot water, the girl sprayed her legs and said is this hot enough! Not a place I would recommend!!!!!!
The entire time she was pulling my hands and fingers saying I need to relax... and then swatting my hands away. She then said my nails are too short to do coffin. I see medium length coffin shape everywhere.. then when I go to pay they charged $50 not including tip. Overpriced. This is why the nail business is going under. No one wants to pay that much when they can do it at home exactly the way they want for cheaper.
I just took my daughter here today so she could use her Christmas money from her dad to get her nails done. The sign said 35 dollars for the type she wanted. Due to COVID I was made to leave only the person getting the service was allowed which at first was fine i was just out in the car. It took and hour and a half for them to do it and when she came out and we got home i asked her how much they charged her i expected like 40 or 45 because she got an Ombre design. No they charged her 55 for her nails i called and asked why they charged her so much and apparently they charge 10 for Ombre ( even thought your using LESS nail polish than the whole nail) and 10 for Gel top coat. I asked my daughter and she said she didnt ask for Gel top coat that the lady just put it on there. They took advantage of her being only 13 years old. I do not recommend this place at all. I have gone to other places and got the same thing done for 35$ they over charged her and took advantage of the fact i couldnt be in there to say something. I wont be going back EVER and i will tell all my friends not to go there too and i have some who actually use this place. Sad

So glad we took a chance checking out this place. They were friendly from the moment i stepped in. Prices were reasonable and my nails were on point for a first time french manicure. I will continue going every time i visit my daughter out here & one more time before i go back to NY.
The woman that sits to the far left of the salon has ALWAYS made my nails look incredible. I have bigger hands and she understands the correct shape and thickness of nails that i need to make my hands look as lady like and dainty as possible. Im always happy when i leave. I highly reccomended her work specifically. The shop manager also has a really great eye for shape and thickness as well.
Ive been going here 20 years. Ive watched this business grow and the employees come and go. So went in yesterday for a pedicure and was HIGHLY disappointed for the THIRD time in a row. I sat down in my chair about 20 minutes after the lady next to me. I got the silver package and so did the lady next to me. Only thing is, while she was still being pampered I was getting my nails painted. My hot rock rub consisted of the tech taking the rocks and rubbing up and down my legs like 4 times and no foot massage at all just a quick rub. Seriously? I can pay 0 for a hot water soak and color change at home. ALL clients should have the same experience. This tech was clearly more interested in moving onto the next person instead of my satisfaction. Ive complained about her before and no improvement in 2 years! Apparently Im not getting my moneys worth here anymore.
Made an appointment for gel nail paint (on clean nails, so isnt much work). Waited 50 minutes, and they accepted walk ins in between the time my apt was and when I left. So did not stay to wait any longer. Wont be going back. Bad way to conduct business. I understand Saturday is a busy nail day but they should not have agreed to an appointment if they dont honor them. I have stuff to do too, total disrespect of my time. I respected theirs by being a few minutes early also. Taking my business elsewhere.
I had a wonderful experience here! I got a gel manicure and my tech was very gentle and did a really good job. I liked her manicure so I asked if she could do something similar, she was happy to do so! We talked about her history and family, it was a good time. The manicure lasted almost 3 weeks which is awesome! Will definitely be returning.
One of the best jobs I’ve had in a long time! I wanted something natural, but sparkly, and I wanted dip powder but I wanted it very thin and natural looking (pretty tall order) and she nailed it! Great prices too. Will definitely be going here from now on.
Two years ago I had cancer., my nails are very thin. I am very very picky customer. I found them last summer. I’ve tried them , and very satisfied with their service . Always offering something to drink., very delicate with my nails. Always positive, and always do what I asking them to do. Great atmosphere here.

Too rushed to have even a few words said during entire time. They have no issues talking to each other just no customer. Last time I come here 😢
I was going there for 4 months no problem than the last 2 times I have gone in there to get a fill on my nails I was told that they were to busy come back tomorrow. I go back and was told it would be a 30 min wait and I said fine than another lady said no that it will be over an hr wait or just come back tomorrow. I said thats what you told me yesterday and they were like than maybe you should try making an appointment and they turned away from me. Im not going back, very unhappy.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any place of business. Not even worthy of noting if they did a good job on my nails at all. I will NEVER return here & I HIGHLY do not recommend this nail salon to any of my friends, family, or anyone else for that matter.
Went in 2 weeks ago and I was happy so I went back and I am so oo mad they did a horrible job my nails were bumpy and wavy it look terrible oh forgot to mention that I also took my granddaughter with and hers chip the very first day washing dishes, she was very upset. So we both went back the very next day and they fixed hers hopefully and redid mine and they are worse than before needless to say I was so upset that I got up and left before I left the lady who was the manager says what do you want me to do , I said do a good job that is it and obviously that is not possible. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go or you will be just wasting your time and money. I am so mad how can they do this to paying customers. How is this legal? they are as far as I am concerned stealing from people. I would think that they would want customers to come back. But obviously they dont. Never going back!
I got my nails done after a very long wait, they didnt turn out good at all extra thick and lumpy. I went back yesterday for a fill and even tho the doors were open and the open sign on they said they were closed. They were border line rude about it. I drove all the way from Seattle just to get them done.
Walked in for the first time to see if they had room for a fill and of course they were able to help me out! (: the ladies were really nice and funny! And the lady really took her time on my nails and did exactly what i wanted without me even telling her! It was great!

Not only is this nail salon spotless (cleanliness is extremely important in these kinds of places), but the customer service is exceptional. You walk into this place feeling like your manicure is going to cost $100, and as youre leaving, you feel that you paid way less than its worth. Every single piece of equipment is brand new and top of the line. If I want to feel pampered after a miserable week, this is where youll find me.

GOT AN INFECTION do NOT GO HERE the last 2 times I’ve gone to vj nails I’ve left with itchy red skin around my nails but this last time my nails where horribly itchy very swollen and red now the next day I have 5 welts around my nails from here and its very painful and hardTo even move my fingers. Please do not go here this shouldn’t happen to anyone else( i get acrylics all the time and this is not an allergic reaction)

I got my acrylics touched up there on Tuesday and the acrylics are already falling away from my nails. They did a terrible job on the polish too. It was messy and the lady that did my nails tried to turn my fingers off my hand. She was very unprofessional. I am beyond upset with them. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I am never going there again.
Diana is a horrible rude person. First of all I come in with a friend we are sat on opposite side of the room. Every on has their own station. I can be agreeable. So I sit. Im there for a good 10 mins because she is working on someones feet and wasnt even finished with them when she came to sit and start with me. Let it slide not a big deal. When your nails lift they are supposed to be clipped filed down she slapped acrylic on top of it. Kept telling me dont touch its not dry when I was trying to show and explain to her. She got rude and told me it doesnt matter because she files it down anyway. Then on 1 finger only she didnt put the acrylic up to the cuticle. I pointed it out. she was telling me its wet dont touch it yet again. (Im 32 Im pretty sure I know how to not touch.) she argues with me that its going to be filed down anyway.... then proceeded to fill it and scoff at me and pull away with a major attitude. At that point Im angry. I say loudly: thats it! You are not touching me Im done! I am a customer and I dont deserve to deal with your attitude towards me! I get up and sit next to my friend. In the end I have lifting that has acrylic on top of it and moon cant do anything about it. But! She ended up finishing my nails. If it wasnt for moon my rating would be 1 star. I will never let Diana touch me ever again or any of my friends or anyone I know. Im not sure she even knows what she is doing. Its quite sad because of how much business is lost because of the way she treats people. I will return and my friend and I will wait for moon 🌙 ❤️
Used to be a good and clean place but the last 2 times I’ve gone I’ve left with horrible painful, red, swollen and EXTREMELY itchy skin around my nails. They clearly don’t clean the tools well enough, The shape of my nails are good as well as the paint but if you can put up with an infection and eh service then this is the place for you.
Honestly, this place depends on the day. Sometimes they kick ass with pedicures and manicures and some times theyre way off. The place is amazing and new but whats the point if most of the time you leave the spa unhappy because of the results of the polish.
I thought it was very clean inside. The kits came out in the autoclave pouches. The lady who did my eyebrow waxing did a nice job. The pedicure was average. I did not have to wait long. Maybe 5 minutes and the lady apologized for the wait. Overall good experience.
I am a 11 year old girl and I was really excited to get my nails done for the first day of school. so me and my grandma went here and we both got our nails done. my grandmas nails were bumpy and lumpy and had dings in them and mine chipped after 24 hours of having them I was super sad because it was my first time getting my nails done at a salon. so me and my grandma went back the next day to get them redone the lady did a sloppy job on my nails and also on my grandmas and the next day my nails chipped again. and now I never want to get them done again and did I mention they were shellac so they are supposed to last longer then a day I am very unsatisfied.

I came in for a manicure, and sat down to wait (I was only greeted and then completely ignored for the rest of the time), I waited 15 minutes and some women that came in at least 10 minutes later than me, without an appointment, were seated before I was and someone started working on their pedicure. Ive had terrible experiences. My gel nail polish barely lasted me a week, and Diana had done my nails so badly and not carefully that I just went home and took them off and went to another salon because there were light patches and the nails werent even. This place is not worth your money, I definitely do not recommend it.
This was my first time going to this nail salon and I was very pleased. You can tell that the owners and the employees put the extra time and effort into making their shop look as nice and clean as possible.****The nail salon is very clean and the manicure & pedicure stations/seats are all updated and top notch. The nail technicians were all very polite and professional. This would be a great place to have good experience for a group girls mani pedi night.****Diana worked on my nails and I would have to give her 5 out of 5 stars. She was so kind, professional and polite. I would recommend this nail salon out of any other nail salon in the Everett location. This is above and beyond many that I have gone to nearby.
If you want you’re nails crooked than go to this place. If you want to be able to see both your acrylic and nail underneath than go to this place :) I would highly recommend not going here.
DONT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR BUSINESS!! These people forced my wife to keep the nails she had after telling them SEVERAL times to fix it. They told her that they won’t and refused and then forced her to pay. I even had the police come by and they were blown away at there FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES! I was a loyal paying regular customer, who tips them generously. Not anymore and I hope this place gets shut down and I am going to do EVERYTHING in my power to see that it does. FAIR WARNING!!

Worst customer service EVER. I called the salon at around 5 PM. I wanted to know what time they closed. The lady told me, oh, we are open late, what time are you trying to come in?. I told her that I had a meeting which would be over at 7:30, and could be there right at 7:45. She told me absolutely, that it would be no problem, and even took my name down saying ok, Jess, I will see you at 7:45?. When I get there, EXACTLY at 7:45... And what do I see? They are CLOSED. So I just rushed out of a meeting, sped across town, all for nothing. Not to mention I now wont have my nails done for any holiday related events as tomorrow is a holiday and nothing will be open. I get business being slow and wanting to close early, but to not even call me and let me know?! Pathetic. Totally classless and unprofessional. DO NOT give these people a dollar of your business.
This Salon is the WORST i have EVER been to, one woman named Moon started my nails (she was actually kinda nice), but then had to leave because her appointment walked in so i was stuck with a heavy set lady who kept jerking my hands, and arms.. which hurt really bad.. she was very unfriendly.. I have extreme social anxiety, so for me it was already hard to come in, i was almost in tears 3 times i had to choke them back because i didnt want to embarrass myself by crying but i was really upset i went in there to get nails for my baby shower, it was a special time for me as i never get to do girly things for myself, and i felt like i was treated like i didnt matter at all by this place..i left 60 dollars lighter and had nothing nice to show for it, my nails look like a complete mess they didnt get the edges all the way with anything they did, the design is awful, they are already bubbling up on the sides for no reason or fault of my own after 3 days . I do not recommend this establishment what so ever!!! esp for gel nails

This was the fist time going there to get my nails done and I will not be returning. they are way over priced for the horrible customer service and job they did on my nails. and Im not the only one who thinks so, as I was getting my nails done 3 customers came in and complained about their nails and wanted them fixed. the lady doing my nails was very unprofessional and slow. it took an hour and a half for her to do a fill. she was not even looking at my nails as she was grinding them. I guess the convos she was having with other people where more important. she got up countless times and dissapeared without saying a word and was checking her phone a lot. the paint job on my nails is atrocious my cuticle lines are flooded with shellac and I honestly could have done a better job myself. I will not be returning to this salon.
I had manicure and pedicure at this place which was ok.Also I asked for powder nail dip .everything looked ok for 5 min.As soon as I walked outside I notice that few nails are cracked . On THE next day all nails were cracked. I am disappointed with the nail products they use also with the price they charge for that
