I’m incredibly disappointed in this business. There is a MAJOR communication flaw. Here’s the problem for anyone new trying to sign-on with a stylist at Absolute Hair. If you do not get the direct phone number of your stylist, it is very unlikely that you will successfully get an appointment. I had an amazing experience my first time going in and getting my hair cut. I was able to make an appointment a few months later with the same stylist a MONTH in advance only to have it canceled without my knowledge. I show up to my appointment EARLY after at least two phone calls to the business number throughout the month (and leaving a message with my number and a request for my stylist to call with SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT AT THE SHOP-an outsourced ANSWERING SERVICE!) only to find out the stylist had left/assumed I wouldn’t come/thought my appointment was canceled. I will NEVER use this hair salon again. What a DISAPPOINTMENT. Not only did I get told that my stylist “just thought I had canceled,” but that I was told it was paired with a family emergency.Literally, ZERO phone calls, ZERO messages to me to get back to MY prior calls, but also no calls to cancel the appointment for a family emergency.My suggestion: HIRE SOMEONE to do scheduling for the stylists that callers can work with. I cannot recommend you at this point.
I love Michelle she is a sweet heart and knows what looks good on you. I am so indecisive at times and ever since I been going to her before she moved to this salon .. she always made me feel beautiful . I wouldnt go to anyone else but her . Make your appointment with her in advance she gets booked quickly.
This place is great in protecting their customers health. Everyone is required to wear a mask and check in before they come in. Megan Fox did an absolutely wonderful job and did exactly what I wanted!

Michelle is amazing! She is a stylist who you can trust (Im a newbie to hair color) and knows what she is taking about. She always gives 100% and I am never disappointed. Recommend her highly!!! Salon is clean and organized and staff are very friendly.
Michelle was beyond amazing. I had a little idea of what I wanted and just put it all in her hands. It was something very different for me. My hair came out better than what I ever expected, and Im absolutly in love. This was my first time going to her, she nice and makes you so comfortable. I highly recommend her💜

I have only ever had 1 person cut my hair so this was my first time going to a salon. I’ve never been able to make short hair to work and they somehow made it work for me. Everyone there is very friendly and I had a great experience.
Been a customer off and on. Had my 2 daughters hair cut done, did great work. When it came to trying to get appointment for my hair well that was a different song and dance. I had cancelled my appointment due to an emergency tried to reschedule with hair dresser. She asked if i would like to reschedule for the following week. I replied YES Please. She even asked for photos of my hair and what i would like done sent them. It has now been 3 weeks since i even had a response from her. Look if you didnt want my business just say so. I will be happy to take it all right on down the street to BryCyn. And that is exactly what I did. 💋

I had a great experience at this salon. My last stylist moved, and I was in between stylists looking for my place. I took the plunge and went to absolute because of their reviews and it was definitely worth it! Chelsea took my challenging, sad hair and gave me the hair Ive been trying to achieve for months. The level of experience and professionality is palpable, and I will definitely be coming back.

This review is long overdue. I have been coming to this shop for a while now. Everyone there is really great! Before I started coming there I bounced around shops looking for a good place to get a haircut and have never been fully happy anywhere else. At absolute hair, several different hairdressers have cut my hair and they all have done an awesome job, my most recent cut was from Malia, and I was nervous at first to have someone else cut my hair than one of the usual girls that does it, but once again my expectations were surpassed, and I got another great haircut! Thank You!
Quick and she did a fantastic job on my simple short hair. The minty shampoo afterwards is refreshing.

I went to Malia for a haircut. Id recently cut my hair super short and needed it to be cleaned up after it grew out. She did a wonderful job and Ill definitely be seeing her again for future haircuts. :)
Found them a year ago, after moving here... They are the Best, and I have 40 plus years of experience! Mollie is my girl, but they are all good!

I was recommended to Abosulte hair by a coworker and I Absolutely love Moli. I started seeing her to maintain my bangs and get a cut. I love her style so much he asked her to do ombre yellow on me pictures to follow (not my photo just the idea)
