This Facility is not safe. The state has Recently investigated them for many serious safety Violations. It’s all Public record. Iv seen personal the Neglect that goes on there. Iv seen residence with black eyes and no medical attention. 80 percent other staff Is uneducated. They have police report on they for caregiver Abusing residence also on Public record. Please for the safety of your love ones. Do Your research on this facility

I came to visit my mother one day and she had A black eye. I asked how did she get the black eye they told me No one knew. I asked to see the report from the ER . They told me we didn’t send her to the ER . We all know that the state Policy is to send Residence with any kind of head Injuries to the ER for a head CT. I think anyone would call this Neglect. I pulled my mother right out of of the Terrace. My mother is in a new place and she is doing so much better. Don’t believe any good comments the staff post they are lying. Check with state before putting a family member in this place.

Been working here for almost two years now and I can say that this is the best place to work.we take care of our residents on a personal level where we give them the best care every other day .The caregivers do their best to protect the integrity of the residents even without supervision.

Tomorrow makes a year I’ve been working at the Terrace as a Dietary Aide & hands down this has been the best place I’ve worked.. The staff is amazing & the residents makes me feel at home. A few years ago my grandmother was diagnosed with Dementia & I had no clue of what that was, but working here I’ve learned & seen a lot and it inspired me to want to become a caregiver so as of now I am in the process of training. HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO WORK..!! 😘

This place is an amazing place to work at. The employees are the best they are all amazing they care about their residents. The resident always have a smile on their face because of us care staff. I don’t care what anyone says about this facility. Even our bosses are the best .I love being part of this wonderful community.

Pleasant Good Evening everyone , I have been working in this facility for one year and its the most compassionate people,I have ever been around. God bless the day he brought me at this place I called my second home. I got such a warm welcome they are so friendly and a clean environment. Residents are well groom the staffs work very hard as a team. I love coming here every single day. This team will make sure that every residents needs are met. We love our residents. I will kindly recommend it to any one ,who want to take there love one or family members there. Victoriana and Janet make this facility to be a better place for residents, family and staffs. Linder is a pleasant, loving and caring. She make sure that everyone is well taken care of. I love you all.god bless you.

This is the first job I have ever had where I feel very comfortable doing what I do with the people I am surrounded by. I have a very passionate team and leaders. Janet and Victorania they’ve done so much for this facility. Linder she’s an amazing person and kind hearted. We treat our residents with quality care. The Terrace At Beverly Lake is a wonderful place to work and a great place to have your loved one to live, our staff and residents are all like family and are treated with Love. I have been here for 5+ years and it is like home, seeing our staff and residents interact with each other is heart warming. I would not want to work anywhere else.
