I was hesitant paying this bill because I had never been to Evansville Radiology. However, after speaking with the young lady she explained to me that the Radiologist only read for Deaconess and do not actually work for Deaconess. Makes sense, you buy gas for your car which doesnt include the oil you buy it separately!! Thank you Kris for going over my bill with me and setting me up on a monthly payment plan that I can afford. You went above and beyond. You deserve a raise!!

I don’t pay online. I make too many mistakes.Billing hours start too late and end too early for night shift workers. So my bills always end up in collections. I get 1st bill and warning bills in the same delivery sometimes, that happens with other bills too. It could be the postal service.

They will literally steal your money if you dont watch them. Our insurance company has threatened them because they dont pay back over payments. Scam artists with a license.

Got a bill from them just last month from an X-ray from last year. They threatened to send it to collections within a week if I didnt pay. So, I get a bill out of the blue that I didnt know I owed, and suddenly its going to collections? Reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, and I suggest others do the same.

They’re not a real medical company or doctors office. It’s a scam don’t give them your info.

Suddenly I get a paper in the mail from a collection agency saying I owe almost$2000 from 2015?! After never even seeing a bill you think Ill be paying this. Ill be taking this to court.

Will send you bills years later. By this time you don’t remember every line item that was done or proof you already paid. Hopefully won’t be getting surprise bills for the rest of my life. The last new one I got was from when I was in the hospital over 2 years ago. Be warned you are never out of there debt!

Rude not professional an sends bills with threats of sending it to credit bureau even if this is your first bill you get from them.
