This is the third and final time I’ll let great clips employees screw my hair up. I had long hair and asked her to 1 guard fade to an even on the sides and only take a little off the middle. This is what I got instead looks like a child took some scissors to my hair. The left side of my head has all this hair sticking out and the right side looks like I wanted it. She cut way too much off the front and it looks square when I want it longer(pointy). This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had

We got 3 mens haircuts only one of the cuts didnt need to be fixed when we got home. My son needed his neckline fixed it was crooked. My neckline was crooked also, I had long hairs left on top and after asking if I could get a beard trim, which was no because of covid, the stylist pulled up some beard hair above my mask and cut it off but only on one side. We had three different stylists. This was my first time not cutting my hair myself or at home, looks like Ill just do it and have my wife make sure its straight. The price was cheap and the employees seemed friendly though.

They were so nice and did all that we asked ... It was me my husband and youngest child. We had ideas of what was wanted and they followed through. They were so nice and we were able to joke and have fun. My youngest is not always so great with hair cuts ... And he sat so well it was a great experience!!

Arrived with no-one waiting, but the stylist asked if I had checked in, online, and when I told her no, I was told there would be a 45 minute wait! I understand if there were a line of people, but no-one other than 3 other stylists were in the store with 0 customers. Then she hid in the back when it was my turn because she would have been the one cutting my childs hair.

Kay is the absolute best! My 16 year old will not let anyone else touch his hair. We have been going to her for almost 5 years now. My youngest son has two different hair textures. His hair is hard to manage. Kay does the best on his ethnic hair every time.

Ever visit there everyone is always nice. They keep it clean. The stylishness listen and give great cuts for us.

Worst fade of my life from someone with “19 years of experience”.

I asked for a 3/4 cut all around the girl started cutting my hair with the clippers and I noticed it looked short I asked her what she was using she told me she only had a number four spacer I asked her how short it was she said she didnt know she only knows the number on the Spicer turns out she was cutting my hair a half inch my hair turned out way shorter than I wanted and from the moment I sat down in the chair she was very unfriendly and seem to have an attitude before she even started to cut my hair Salon #5755 Mandi G.

Fantastic haircut. I had Covid hair and now I look more like ME but even better!

$15 haircut, plus a spite tip of $5. Everyone is the salon looked and acted like they didn’t want to be there. No pleasant or even formal greeting, no name to attach to the stylist, basic level acknowledgement of myself and my son, followed by “what do you want for him.” My son’s 11, he can tell you what he wants. They made my two year old and I wait outside (whatever, she would’ve ran around anyway). Son comes out hair still ALL OVER him, on verge of tears, telling me I need to pay. I asked if he liked it- long story short- no. Top too short, nothing blended by ears, long stray hairs around ears and neck. I told her to fix it then stood by the front to make sure he was okay with the touch up (not having notes is a scapegoat for being unable to communicate with the client).I left fuming. It being summer in the middle of a pandemic is not an excuse to give my child a botched haircut or give our party horrible service. Save your $3 coupon, we won’t be back.

Love this location! All of the stylists are friendly and have done a great job on my sons hair and my beard. Prices are very reasonable and the on-line check-in is awesome. The girl that trimmed my beard yesterday was very sweet and personable. Great attitude!

My daughter went in for a trim and came home super short and she was crying all the way home until I saw it. My teen daughter was so upset!! Listen to your customers she didn’t want her hair that short!! Furious mother never again

Kay cut my hair and did a fantastic job. I was looking for a short cut as I am heading to Florida and I know it will be hot and humid and I dont wish to spend a lot of time doing my hair as I will be playing golf daily. It is perfect!!!

Went to get my 2 year olds hair cut. He has curls and we just wanted it shorter. And the woman who cut it said she worked with kids all the time and could handle it. He was very good didnt scream or move his head too much yet when we got home and washed it we noticed that she had cut the back and front really short and left the middle way to long. She did an okay job on my husbands but we dont plan on going back.

I got scalped. Took three months for my hair to grow back to where I normally wear it. The stylist listened to nothing I said. However, the reason I gave it a three was because the store manager was great and did what they could to fix it.

The hairdresser didnt cut my hair carefully and it turned out to be terrible. I dont know how you can cut other peoples hair without putting your heart into your job. I was seriously disappointed when I had my haircut yesterday.
