Jim is a very kind and patient man. EMDR therapy was very enlightening. Although I didnt complete it at that time (insurance&finance reasons but not because of the Acacia Center is not affordable its actually very flexible)I intend to return and see Mr. Jones again starting next week. He taught me about finding my safe place and breathing exercises that I use quite often.
