Best shape I’ve ever been in thank you F45!

LOVED the workout! What a sweat session. The trainer is so knowledgeable & so motivating. Two things in particular that I loved - 1. the music quality is ON POINT. It is bumpin with throwback tunes & great vibes that help you keep moving! 2. The positive motivation coming from the trainer that keeps you going through each exercise. It mightve been one of the toughest & most fun workouts Ive ever done! I get what people have been raving about now!

I dropped in to this F45 while I was in Chicago on vacation. Attended Saturday 9:15am, Monday 7am, and Tuesday 6am. Perfect kick-your-butt workout to keep me more active while visiting Chicago. Cat and Ulti were super welcoming, personable, and helpful. Definitely glad I got to experience this gym! I will make this a regular stop when I visit again!

Very nice for morning workout routine! It changes everyday and you burn a lot of calories in 45 minutes!

Great workout in 45 min. I love how the schedule alternates between strength and cardio days. The trainers are very helpful and make sure you are using proper form. Prepare to sweat and have fun!

The best, cleanest and has an excellent variety of workout equipment and programs. Theyre doing everything they can to make the gym safe from COVID-19 and provide evenly spaced cleaning stations to wipe down the equipment and to disinfect your hands.

We feel very safe here as far as cleanliness and COVID precautions. Coaches are teriffic!

The best gym ever! People are friendly, trainers are amazing, and the atmosphere is VERY positive. The pace of the workout is great, and the time flies by! And I’ve seen RESULTS! I’m stronger than ever and recently lost a few pounds. Highly recommended!
