The most unprofessional place Iβve ever been to. Donβt bother making an appointment because theyβll end up taking people out of order anyways smh π€¦π»ββοΈ when I arrived I waited over an hour and only to be told by the nurse weβd have to go somewhere else because she was all alone and couldnβt get to everyone. Unbelievable! She proceeded to ask everyone that was there for a drug test to form a line and didnβt care that I had an appointment. I wish I could tell you the name of this particular nurse but she didnβt have a name tag on. If it helps anyone from management she was white with curly hair.
This was my 2nd visit at this location. Both experiences have been awesome. I had no appointment, I just checked in on the kiosk, I had my lab slip ready and my wait time was minimal. The tech who assisted me a African American woman named Ericka was very friendly and professional and found my vein effortlessly. Thank you so much!
Awful experience. I am very understanding that they are short staff but that doesnβt mean the staff needs to be short tempered. Everyone even with appointments weβre waiting over 45 minutes. We are all feeling the effects of Covid but when you go somewhere for a service you expect to be spoken to with understanding as well.
Please DO NOT take your baby there. I had an order from my pediatrician and that was the closes lab. The nurse couldnβt find my babyβs vein when she put in the needle. She even twisted the needle to find it and nothing. I had to ask her to stop and take it out because it looked like she didnβt know what she was doing. I had a terrible and traumatic experience. I was told by the nurses there, that they donβt do the finger test. If I could give this place cero starts, I would. Please be aware that the staff has cero experience dealing with little ones. Never again!!!
Iβm very disappointed in the manner in which Quest admits/treats itβs clients. After checking in on their tablet in the lobby, it said I would be waiting for 52 minutes and I would be contacted via TXT. Ok, I sat back and waitedβ¦ After two hours, I still had no info on how much longer it would take. This is poor customer service! To make things worse, when Daisy, the nurse or whatever she is, comes to get another patient, she totally ignored the other customers that had questions. I wasted over two hours with Quest and finally left without my blood test. Thus, I would not recommend Quest to my worst enemy.
Made an appointment on quest diagnostics website, then showed up early, checked in, did not wait at all, and had the blood drawn fast and easy. The lab is located on the fourth floor of the hospital. There is signage with directions in the lobby. You can park free outside in the lot or in the garage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The wait time just to have blood work is ridiculous. I waited two hour wait just for blood work. Do not go here.
My experience was great, nothing to complain about. I scheduled my appointment online, checked in, waited about 5 minutes to get called in, and my drug test was done in a timely manner. I think itβs much better to schedule an appointment online rather than walk-in.
My experience here was great and I did walk in on Monday morning. Quick service and results. I got to know my results on Wednesday. I would recommend this place!
There is no one to answer the phone, no way to get through to someone who can answer a question. Even when I pretended to be a doctor, I couldnt get through to anyone who could answer a simple question.I have been going here for years, and can say they are OK for routine tests like CBD and CMP, but anything out of the ordinary, forget it. You will be called back repeatedly for more blood draws, because the samples will not be processed right. One time I had to go back 4 times, and the only way I finally got them to process the sample correctly was to read the instructions myself and show the tech what to do. I hate this place, but there are no better ones close by.Latest Quest frustration - Lately I go there for routine blood work every month. Ive done this four or five times, without any problems. Then one day I go for the same tests, and the phlebotomist wants my credit card. What for? I ask. Were going to charge you $35.I have primary, secondary and tertiary health insurance policies - theres no way this wouldnt be covered. And besides, Ive never been charged for these tests before; why now?The doctors prescription did not justify one of the tests.Round and round we go. Finally I ask for a copy of the prescription so I can go somewhere else. No, she couldnt possibly do that. Youll have to ask the doctor to send a new prescription. I guess I wont be getting that test this month. Thanks, Quest.
Poorly trained staff with a shocking lack of understanding of sterile procedures. The phlebotomist was wearing a paper mask covering her mouth only, leaving her nostrils visible. She handled the outside of her glove with her naked hand, then touched the site where she inserted the needle with the contaminated glove. Quest should at the very least instruct its staff in sterile procedure, now more than ever due to COVID-19. I have notified Quest diagnostics about the incident, and remain hopeful that they will take this behavior, completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting, seriously.
No appointment. No line. No wait. Kind staff. Go as early as possible if you do not have an appointment.
Really unhelpful. Apparently they donβt do pre employment drug/urine tests after 3 PM because of being βshort-staffedβ at the end of the day, FYI. Most places can complete the entire screen in less than 5 minutes, but not here.
I went in for a blood draw and my arm was in immediate pain. It bruised horribly, it swelled, turned red, and became very painful to the touch. I went to see my usual doctor and they told me that I got an infection from the blood draw. Im now on antibiotics. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. Be careful.
They are incompetent at best. I arrived 20 minutes before they were open to be first and line and they took two other people before me who had arrived after me. The workers here only work at one rate here....SLOW. I came earlier so I can still make work on time and I still end up being late. They are pretty pathetic here,
Online check in was simple. They were able to get me in early and the process was efficient! I had a great tech. They are located in the east tower on the 4th floor (use East tower elevators). There is a free visitors parking lot across the street.
Quick service and friendly staff! I didnt have an appointment but the wait was short. Jenny was friendly and provided clear instructions.
Slowest service ever... no reason it should take 1.5 hours to give a urine sample
Wait time here is quite long if you dont have an appointment. The staff is nice though.
Painful blood draw. The lab contaminated my sample with cotinine.
I am currently sitting in the lab about to get my blood drawn. There is a technician yelling at an old man whom did not understand the computerized check in at the front desk. Stating words like β I donβt care, I just need to get everyone seenβ. We stood out there for 30 mins prior to anyone even walking by the front desk to check to see if anyone was out there that possibly needed assistance with the computerized check in. I hinted to my lab technician to maybe talk to her coworker about her disgusting behavior and she was totally offended and proceeded to have an attitude with me. But the difference is I can deal with her and can take up for myself, but the old man cannot.
Waited 2 hrs for the blood draw. They donβt have enough help. Only one nurse works there & a lot of people were waiting. They need to hire more nurses.
This office is slow and not as professional. The website says call to set an appointment, but they NEVER answer their phone.
I waited a full hour to get a blood test. And then the lady taking my blood is complaining about people on public assistance. Not a fan.
