I have the BEST experience with this group. Dr. Dallum is very professional and honest. He has the best group of professional employees. Mikeina, Falon and Chris are the ABSOLUTELY BEST but the whole team is WONDERFUL.

This was our first appointment and we were very pleased! The staff is very friendly and professional! We look forward to future appointments with them!

My appointments are always quick and efficient. I’ve never had a problem with Orthodontic Care of Georgia, and they are extremely affordable! Definitely recommend this orthodontist.

This is an absolutely very bad place for orthodontic care. I strongly recommend NOT to go there. I started 3-year treatment plan and the doctor at that time promised me to complete the job within three years. During my treatments, they keep changing the doctors and these new doctors did not take any responsibility. Therefore, they did not complete my treatments within 3-years, but keep charging every month. One of the front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional. As they advertised, somehow they get positive ratings because they provide $25 chick-fil-A gift cards for those who provides positive ratings.

They are both friendly & fast. I love it here.

I originally visited this Orthodontic Practice in October 2020 and had a consultation with Dr. Oliveria (who is sweet and nice). I was unable to get the braces at that time. I called back in January of 2021 and was told that my consultation was still valid however I was overdue for a cleaning by two months. The representative I spoke with called the OCG-Augusta location and told me she verified that while I was overdue a cleaning that the braces could still be placed on since it was only a two month overage. She left notes detailing this conversation. The day prior to my appointment received a call from the Augusta location and was told that she was calling to confirm my appointment and that she saw the notes confirming me being seen with the overdue cleaning and that she would re-confirm with the doctor and call me back the same day. Needless to say I never received a call back. I presented to my appointment to find the front door shut and locked with no sign detailing that the entire staff was at lunch at the same time. As I headed to my car to wait a line forms of other patients who were not expecting the door to be locked and lights off. At 2:00 the doors are opened and the line goes in. Inside the patients are then told that all computers are down and sign in and wait to be called. When I was called I was brought into a makeshift office and told the Dr. would not see me due to the overdue cleaning. The woman informed that the representatives in Atlanta who work at a call center cannot speak for the doctor and I could reschedule when I had cleaning. Very unprofessional staff, horrid customer service, and just an overall poor quality of service. In hindsight I’m glad that I wasn’t able to be a patient because the customer service that I experienced foreshadowed what would be to come. I would defiantly steer clear of this place and any other operation that uses a call center to book their patients. Visit at your own risk.

I love love love the staff at the Evans location especially Mikeinabc she was soo nice and very prompt and all 3 of my girls fit in for their braces on the same day appt and it was only the consult appt. And of course the price was sooooo affordable I love the whole staff very friendly and knowledgeable and I definitely will come bak here over and over and would recommend anyone to go in for a great experience. I wish I could give 100 stars

Terrible place. Rude front desk. Worst experience all together. They don’t know what the hell they doing. After putting up with the rude staff for a year they said they can’t finish my treatment because they didn’t know they can’t fix my teeth had to take off my braces waste of time waste of energy. I am disappointed in their Service and the way they handled me coming into my apt. my apt would be at a certain time to see my dentist, I was disappointed because the dentist lied to my mom and I about only doing the bottom braces when they Cleary told did the top without me knowing they also said my upper teeth were uneven they went head and did it anyway. will not ever recommend this place ever again. big rip off, Im getting braces off in six months thats June 16th and further more they also didnt tell me a date for when I get the braces off. they were also unpleasant if I had a chose for a rating which would give the place a 0 star rating. loved the old dentist that used to work their and I dont like the new one. the female dentist gives out mis leading information to clients that dont needs recommences dont listen to her go to a different dentist that is more honest and would give you a better information that is for your needs whatever the needs are. they are very expensive most people cant afford braces because they cant afford the braces or retainers.

HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE. Made an appointment 4 weeks out. They call me an hour and 20 minutes before the appointment to tell me their isn’t an orthodontist in the office today and they need to reschedule. I asked, why didn’t you call first thing this morning. The reply I received was that they called me a week and 1/2 ago to reschedule but my voicemail mail was full. WHAT!!! You don’t try and call back until an hour before the appointment and you knew a week and 1/2 ago that I needed to be rescheduled. I took off work for this appointment and my kid was very excited to get his braces today. I will not do business with you guys. There are way too many options for people to choose from for you guys to have such terrible service. Do better.

I was hoping to use your email. But this works too. How hard is it to send in a dental procedure form to an insurer? I gave you all the info. I told you what was needed and who was waiting for the form. You literally had to type an email and press send. You have not. This is why you will have my undivided attention with all future appointments with my daughter. I fully intend to make the best of an untenable situation. I hope you will do the same.

Worst place ever. A blight in the Evans area. My wife appointment was scheduled for 830 am. 1030am she is still there wondering why shes filling out new patient forms with no explanation. It took us about 20 minutes to figure out theres a new othodontist working. Orthodontist never introduced herself. Not protocol. The people behind the desk are incompetent

I’ll only give 1 star for the affordability of the treatment, that’s it!!The prices of the braces are very affordable, HOWEVER, the front desk staff are not people friendly at all!! God forbids you miss an appointment or have an emergency!! You’ll have to wait forever to get seen!!But they want your money ON TIME EVERY MONTH or you get charged a late fee of $35!! I do not like this place and I can’t wait until my treatment is over!! People don’t waste your time! Go else where

Worse experience ever. Go somewhere else to get orthodontics! Would never recommend. My treatment will be prolonged because of consistent cancellations. And when do you finally have an appointment, it is at least a HOUR wait. Extremely displeased.

I absolutely hate this place and regret bringing my child here. The professional of the front staff is horrible. The scheduling is horrible. The consistency of information given is horrible. The only good thing about this place currently is the fact that we’re almost completely done with them.

The orthodontist himself is great and very professional. His staff on the other hand, especially the one that makes the appointments, she is very rude and does not know how to speak to the clients. She also has a tendency of canceling patients appointments and not informing them. If the Dr at this Augusta location does not do something about her and how she operates when it comes to the patients and their appointments etc, he will forever be loosing. I know 15 people that goes here and 5 of them already cancel the service and count their loses with the money they already paid even though their treatment is not complete. Horrible customer service

You will never find a place thats affordable and the staff is always professional and friendly. You usually get one or the other. Not here. I recommend everyone even the ones without teeth to come and at least observe.

Pricing is very affordable. However, you get what you pay for. The admin staff can be a bit unprofessional, especially when it comes to booking appointments. Out of all my visits, I have always arrived on time but have NEVER been seen on time. They overbook appointments for the same two days of the week which causes long wait times for quick appointments. During my last visit, I waited over 1 hour for a tightening which took all of ten minutes. But, they display a sign stating that if youre over 15 minutes late for your appointment, you have to reschedule. So basically its okay to waste our time but we cant waste yours?! The front desk staff is also very uncooperative when it comes to scheduling future appointments. They offer you one specific date and if you cant make that date/time, the office manager acts as if your inconveniencing them. I was even told We must fill up that day before we can offer another date. It comes across as if were getting a free service and our personal time and schedules dont matter. However, they are certainly getting paid and GOOD customer service should be first priority. Love the orthodontist and orthodontist techs though! If you do decide to come here, just be aware that nothing will be quick and fast and scheduling will be a hassle. 🙃

Horrible customer service. The lady that does the appointments and payments is very rude. She also cancels your appointment without informing you. The orthodontist is very nice but his front staff especially the one that does the paperwork for financing and appointment is very rude. I will count my loses and go to different orthodontist to complete my treatment. Very poor customer service at this Augusta office

Wait time is HORRIBLE!! I’ve been a patient for 2 years now and the wait time is always over 30- 45 mins of my appt time. Today I’m still in the lobby waiting for what has now been 1hr, 23 mins, the office is closing. 1 person from front desk has gone home and the assistants are practically running out. I have yet to be seen. They need to do better with scheduling and need more Drs and staff cause clearly they are overbooking and don’t know how to rotate patients out. Side note: this isn’t the friendliest office either, they don’t do anything to make you feel welcomed, front desk barley look at you when talking. They’re just here for a check.

I’ve only had these braces on for a few months since September of 2018 but everytime i come there’s at least a hour wait and the lady at the front desk ALWAYS has an attitude. I can never reach them and when i do can never set an appointment within the time I’m supposed to have one.UPDATEIt is now 2020 and I’m having the same problems.. Wait time is terrible (Appointment at 230 got here at 2:20 and it’s 3:20.. still have not been seen) ... My last visit the orthodontist (don’t remember her name) she goes “I don’t know if the bracket is gonna stay on guess we’ll see”NEXT DAY it pops off ... 😅🙃 I’m getting irritated.

The Orthodontist himself is very nice & professional but that is the best I can say. My daughter has had her braces on for 2 years....she broke her FIRST bracket 2 weeks ago but they wouldnt see her until her next appointment, which are typically spaced 2 months apart! She now has a gap as a result. It first appears to be a good deal but upon reviewing her paperwork again Im seeing payments going for 30 weeks PLUS $595 for retainers! The overall cost is the same as other orthodontist. The staff is often times unfriendly & unwilling to work with you when scheduling future appointments. Wait times are often 45mins-1hour. I go to Dr. Carter for treatments of my own & I have NEVER waited longer than 15mins for my appointments. Very frustrated after dealing with this establishment for just over 2 years now.
