Absolutely love this place! I schedule the appts prior to leaving the current appt. I always know when it’s time for the next appt, because my refills are low, and I get a reminder call. They are always friendly and quick with details! They always return my calls when I leave a voicemail. They work around your schedule as well.

Dr. Gena Bonitatibus is a life saver and changer. Her care has greatly improved my health which allowed me to have the opportunity to live my life to the fullest. She and her staff continually stay abreast of changes in medications and therapies to enhance the patient’s quality of life. I can’t say enough about the nursing and clerical staff. I highly recommend Augusta Allergy and Asthma to all who are looking for allergy and immunology care. I am thankful every day for Dr Bonitatibus.

The only reason for the 4 is that I basically had an appt to see if I needed one. I was there for an allergy test. But I wrote out a lots of forms, saw the very nice PA, answered questions, and had a drop of antihistamine on my arm to see if I would have a reaction. I just wonder why the forms couldn’t have mailed, I could have been told not to take the meds that might have interfered with the actual test by phone, thereby saving me another day? I loved the techs and front ladies, and the PA, just wondered why my time is less important than almost every doctors’ offices I’ve been to?

I called a week in advance of needing a prescription left a message. Never got a call back. Called again the day of prescription expiring to be told if your 2 year old dies because he doesnt have his EpiPen its your fault. Was told you supposed to make appt yearly. Apr 20 2018 made a year. Was I contacted about making appt? No. Was I ever informed he needed to be seen yearly for allergies..no.My child sees his primary care doctor regularly and I am always contacted about needed appointments. I asked for a letter that stated she would not give my child another prescription(Im away in Jax Florida in military orders) she said she wouldnt do that because it wouldnt be accurate. It will be very accurate since you are telling me you will not write him another prescription for his seafood and nut allergy that is life threatening. Did Dr.B care?? No she and her nurse staff. They didnt want anyone to know they denied a military person a prescription for a life saving epipen for their 2year old..
