Very beginner friendly, coaches are knowledgeable and customize workouts to your fitness level. Facility is kept very clean and is judgement free. In fact, other veteran athletes motivate you to complete your workouts. Love the atmosphere and that its a local family owned business. Highly recommend!

Always clean, equipment location is well thought out for the size of the facility. Staff is kind and welcoming. For my many years of coaching and fitness training, Im comfortable saying this gym has all the necessities to condition the body to almost any level of fit.

Enough location if you like to travel. Highly recommended I well never buy any other memberships. They offer the something at every location.

I started going to this gym almost a year ago. I started because my daughter wanted me to go but I needed to go because I could no longer get up and down off the floor. I was 57 when I started this journey and WOW what a journey it’s been. The coaches are so good at what they do. I thought there is no way I’ll ever be able to do this but boy was I wrong. They take the time to figure out your fitness level and work with what you can do. They have all become my fitness family and what a great family to have. If you’re looking for a gym that has no judgment and only cares to enhance your well being and fitness look no further, this is definitely the place you want to be. I have lost weight, gained confidence in my abilities and have no more issues getting up and down off the ground. My husband who is 66 is also a member. No more high blood pressure meds for him. His health journey has been much the same as mine. Lost weight, better health and has improved his mobility in all areas. This facility is clean, well staffed and the owners are extremely knowledgeable and will help you get fit. I Couldn’t recommend a better place to start your own fitness journey.

Rude. Not sure if the man was a trainer or member but either way he didnt make a good impression and if his rude attitude is reflective of the rest of the gym...I wouldnt even consider or recommend them. Wish I had gotten his name or called him out on his attitude

Absolutely fantastic facility with terrific coaching. The facility is open spaced, clean, and laid out perfectly. The coaches take more time to prime their athletes for movement than any box Ive ever visited. This is a game changer for a 40yr old trying to keep up with the younger kids. I do not think I could maintain the quality of movement and speed if it were not for the amount of time we spent making sure everyone was ready to work. I highly recommend Starr.Fit to anyone who values quality coaching. As a CF L2 coach myself (with a degree in Exercise Science), I found myself taking mental notes at how well organized Starr.Fits classes are.

We all go to the gym for different reason. Some want to look better, some train for competitions, some just want to break a sweat...you get the idea. Whatever your goal might be, the knowledgeable coaches here will help you move better, keep you safe from injuries, contribute to your health and wellness and ultimately help you kick butt at life. I have known Scott, Marisol and Louise for years and as a former gym owner and operator I am very impressed with their operation. My girlfriend Marcia Lee has been a member for years and loves being part of the Starrfit family. I would give 10 stars if allowed=)

Beyond AWESOME! I absolutely LOVE this place. Coaches are absolutely amazing, encouraging and are always willing to help. The community and comradery gets no better than here. Their attention to detail surpasses every expectation. I wouldnt go anywhere else, ever.If I could give ten stars, I would.

My husband and I love working out together at Starr Fit! We each vary in levels of fitness but the classes are easily customizable. The coaches do a great job of helping you scale things and correcting your form to prevent injury. We love having a fresh new workout written for us each day, too.We enjoy the gym itself and how clean it is. The owners are very involved which is nice and the members are friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!

After several tries my hubby got me to join him at Starrfit and I have loved every minute! Great coaches! They take the time to really teach beginners like me the right way to do things without making me feel less than because I don’t know it. Patient and knowledgeable!

All coaches are eager to help you learn and are quick to answer questions and show you the fundamentals of each movement. The diverse workout combinations and cleanliness are first class!

Coaches and staff are highly qualified individuals who dedicate their time to help people become more fit. The large facility is super clean. All equipment is top of the line and well maintained. Honestly it’s an amazing group of people who get together every day to workout and have a lot of fun while doing it. I have been going to Starrfit for a year and I always leave With a sense of “I got better today” and a smile on my face.

Ive been training here since I was 12, and have loved every minute of it. The 2 years of coming here has changed my life COMPLETELY. Ive gained control of my weight, earned a major amount of muscle, and my scoliosis has improved. The staff and members are incredibly encouraging to each other, and the amount of knowledge you will gain is phenomenal. Here at Crossfit CIC they have a huge amount of opportunities like Crossfit Kids!. I recommend crossfit to anyone and everyone. Hope to see you there!
