I suffer from severe back pain and suffer from sciatica pain as well for over 8 years now. I came to Impact Bodyworx in hopes of getting some relief from the pain. I can honestly say it has reduced my pain level drastically. There are sometimes that I am pain free after the freeze. I would highly recommend trying it. This was my first time trying Cryotherapy. I have had chronic neck pain for over 5 years and recently have been unable to turn my neck to the right without issue. Finally, after my treatment I was able to experience pain relief! I was nervous at first but the staff makes you feel super comfortable right away. Super clean and inviting facility. I’m going to add this to my weekly regime for pain relief. I cannot wait to try a massage! Don’t hesitate to try this out. I wish I would have known about this sooner.

If there was a 10 star rating I would have chosen that. Ive been going to Norma for massages for the past 5-6 years. I followed her from different locations. Normas technique is very therapeutic and I always feel refreshed and invigorated after a massage. Her knowledge of the skeletal and muscle framework allows her to pinpoint what needs to be done to give relief and/or relaxation.Her hands on treatment is only excelled by her warm, tender and caring manner.I am only a winter resident and miss my appointments with Normal very much. I am excited for the increase in services that are being offered by Impact BodyWork and wish them the best of luck and continued success.

I have suffered with severe neck problems since 1975. Included with this pain has been a constant headache and migraines.I have chosen not to follow medical protocols since the medicine can be additive.I have been seeing Norma since 2018. I get deep tissue massages on a weekly basis.
