After my Rotator Cuff surgery, my orthopedic surgeon used this agency. My nurse Traci was phenomenal, a wealth of current knowledge and a walking encyclopedia of nursing (I am a nurse). She was kind and caring and sharing of the comfort measures for sleep and pain control. Elmer was my Physical Therapist and Patty was his Physical Therapy Assistant. She was tough, but encouraging and freely gave positive reinforcement on my small victories. I feel fortunate and thankful to Preferred Home Health for putting me with this group of consummate professionals.
