I have had policies with Gloria Hahns office since I became a homeowner 20 years ago. Kim, who was with another State Farm office, assisted me with auto insurance about the same time. As my insurance needs have evolved, Glorias office has been accomodating, helping me to increase coverage where needed, and finding areas to save money as well. Kim is a pleasure to work with: An imporant piece of a well-run local business.

We all know that insurance can be very confusing and a lot to understand. Im beyond thankful to have such a wonderful agent like Kim Harbeck. This has been the easiest process working with her. She has been so helpful and the most pleasant agent Ive worked with! I now have homeowners and car insurance through State Farm, with better coverage than my previous carrier. All the ladies I’ve dealt with at this office are amazing!They always seem to go above and beyond the call of duty. Recently moved to the area and needed to obtain a new State Farm agent. Dropped by Glorias office and was greeted by Kim. She got things rolling to transfer our policies and made us an appointment to come in to finalize the process once everything had been transferred. Once the transfer process was completed Kim discovered some inaccurate information in our account. She worked diligently to determine what had happened, and to rectify the situation. It was time to switch car insurance companies due to constant increases and I also needed to find a term life policy. My husband has used State Farm for years so I called for a quote. I was able to get car insurance and a life policy for less than I was paying for my car policy alone with the previous company. And the coverage was better. I worked with Alisha who was so great, and Gloria is wonderful as well. Professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I am very happy and they are highly recommended!

They also helped me get up to date on life and renters insurance that I needed. Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful and made me feel at home. I would not recommend this agent. I have been with State Farm since 2008. I bought a home a few years ago, and moved an hour away. I remained with this agent for the first few years, and once my rates had come to far I decided to go have my policy reviewed.I went to my local agent and was told I needed to contact Gloria Price Hahns office and request my policy be transferred. I called and was told that it was no problem, the request would be put in immediately, and to expect the transfer to be completed within 24 hours.28 hours later I called to see if the transfer was completed. It was not, and I was informed that Gloria had been off the previous day, and she was the only one who could apply the transfer. Why wasnt this stated the day before? At the time Gloria was in a meeting and I was told they would call me back later in the day.No call was made as had been promised, the next morning I get a call from my local agent saying they got the transfer request in, but it would be another 24 hours before it was completed and they could do anything with my policy.I have come to expect better service from State Farm, and over the years have had many different agents with them. Thus has been the only time where the service did not meet my expectations, therefore I would recommend using one of the other local options. On a good note, this situation led me to get quotes from other companies, and I will most likely be saving some money by switching insurance companies. Had the situation been handled differently by Gloria and her team I would have never even looked at other options.

I have had Kim for my State Farm agent for many many years, she always makes sure I have the coverage I need for all of my cars/trucks and toys. She is the very best, would never use another agent.

Ive been with State Farm for 38 years, with Gloria for the past 12 years, since 2005, auto and home, and Ive always been treated with the greatest respect, even during those times when I was a bit huffy. God bless her dear heart. We have a log home and State Farm is the only insurance company that would cover our home. Thats special! And we just purchased a new car that had to have special payment arrangements in order to remain covered. She worked with me and offered me an option that fit my situation perfectly.One thing I know helps, aside from having such a long-term relationship with the company, is being a safe driver and never having made an insurance claim in all the years weve been with State Farm. That means a lot to an insurance company, because it proves youre not a high risk customer.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS AGENT. Awfull office ladies. My familys CDL was almost suspends becouse of these ladies and I say it collectively. My agent is Janet. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and manages my policies so I dont have to worry about it. I recently had to make a claim with my auto policy and she made it so easy, which was much appreciated during that stressful time.

Agents and state farm itself does not go out of their way for anything. If you submit a claim for a bird striking your windshield or road side assistance or a claim that was with a previous insurer, they cancel your policy and dont tell you anything until 2 weeks or more after they cancel and also the agents you call never get back to you on why your policy was cancelled, unless you go into the office and have to raise hell just to get a answer and even then are rude about it and dont want to help you at all. So thanks state farm for letting me know the hard way that if I file for a claim in my policy, even if its just for road side assistance that you will cancel your policy.

They dont answer phones, they cant even set up an automatic payment account correctly. Everyone passes the blame from person to person. Double charge you because of their mistakes.

Today is July 6th 2017. My Dad passed away July 1 2017, the home has been left to me. I was told by an agent, with whom he had the house and 4 cars on the policy for ages, from this firm the Homeowners Insurance has been canceled, and that I would have to jump hoops. Not being familiar with the ins and outs of the industry, I am not comfortable with dealing with them in the future. I will be shopping else ware.

They NEVER answer the phone and if you leave a message, they NEVER call you back! All I want to do is pay my bill and cant. This is just UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
