I am not one to complain but sometimes just need to let it out. My last appointment I was 10 minutes early, did my vitals and then was in the next room waiting for Debbie Boyd. I waited in that room for 45 minites. No one came in to check on me or to let me know what was happening. I understand the Covid 19 and things have changed allot. So I went to the desk to see what was going on and reschedule this appointment. I was pretty upset because I couldnt drive due to shoulder surgery and my husband was waiting in the car. Debbie Boyd heard me complaining and quickly came out. So I want back to my room to finish my appointment. She did apologized and said the patient before me needed extra time. I understand that. I understand things happen. What I dont understand is why couldnt someone come and let me know and I could let my husband know why I was taking so long. Maybe the office should make another policy change for patients waiting in rooms over 20 to 30 minutes and reschedule. BTW my first visit to this office I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes but being a new patient I thought maybe the old patients come first.

I have never had to wait very long and I have always felt that I had been listened to. I am very pleased with this doctors office.

Wonderful providers! I absolutely love them and they listen and they take the time to talk with you and listen. The office staff is horrible. Extremely rude. Unprofessional. Don’t send out referrals like they say they will. 5 Star for the provider, 1 for the office staff. I really wish they would hire some pleasant people for the front.

Havent been to the office yet, but I must agree with review of the staff... At least the one who schedules... She was not at all friendly. I felt rushed and unimportant... Sure hope the Dr has a better attitude.

Dr. Boyd and Dr. Nickell-Olm are the two absolute best doctors I have ever seen. I have extreme doctor phobia and cried my entire first visit. Ive never had a doctor (let alone TWO!) *so* patient and so understanding of my anxiety disorders. Theyve completely changed my life around for treating me. I cant thank this office enough.

JUST DONT!!! I only had 2 appointments but it was enough to have me looking for another Doctor. The staff are short-fused, and pretty much ignore you. Felt like the Dr. was just waiting to talk instead of listening to me! They finally called me 3 years after I left to inform me that it was time to come and see the Doctor... are you kidding? NO THANKS!!

Hands down best Dr I’ve ever had, very good bed side manners, very helpful, I absolutely love her, most of her staff is very good also.

I tried this office for 2 1/2 years. I liked the doctor as a person but am very unhappy the way she runs her office. They refused to see me during my 2 weeks with the flu, she didnt even call...only called some meds into the pharmacy. Now they call me that the doc needs to see me for my yearly medicare questionair so she can bill medicare. When I told them I was still sick and wanted to see her this week they told me to find another doctor. She has made some serious mistakes so it is a relief!

She is the first doctor I have had who really listens and takes me seriously. She offers suggestions that I have found to be quite helpful. So glad I found her!

The doctor prescribed me an anti anxiety medicine which i needed to refill. I called the office to have them write me a new prescription which they said they would do, and would call me when i could pick it up as it was something they couldnt call into my pharmacy. I never recieved a call. I called 6 times over the course of the next 3 days, never got an answer (this was during business hours) and never got a call back. I therefore had to stop taking this medication, which you are not supposed to stop abruptly. I still have never heard anything from anyone and dont plan on going back.
