The staff are rude, unprofessional, uncaring and clearly uneducated. Two and a half hours for a routine check. The staff even had my mothers date of birth wrong, had her 10 years younger for some reason and didnt address the issue. They say theyre thorough, but thats their terminology for being slow and lazy. Overpaid hacks
