Some parts of this place are 5 stars and some parts are 1 star, so Ill just round it to a 3 star. Short wait time was great. The phlebotmists are tasked with non phlebotomy work so they have to be part secretary and insurance checker etc, and some of them seem rather burned out, understandably. They are great phlebotomists. The sign in with no living person to guide the process is challenging for a lot of older people, which then requires the phelbotomists to stop drawing blood and to then help people check in, which slows down everything.

Clean place and quick organized wait. Worker was nice and pleasant. Drug test was easy and fast.

Im phobia needles and have to get examined for my pregnancies. I like the staff there, theyre really good at what they do and they can help distract you if you also have an 🤢 to needles. On another front theyre also very quick. Waite line was practically under 3 minutes.

Ive been calling all morning to make an appointment and when i choose option 3 the phone automatically hangs up! There isnt even a website to schedule appointments!! This is very frustrating

Mr.steve Im trying to find out simple information about my daughters blood work so Im going through a bunch of time to make an account on your app then I go and put my email address that I use everywhere then your stupid app tells me my email address is invalid then I couldnt do anything it wouldnt allow me to go any further you cant call anybody because everybody is a robot so I guess Ill have to waste some more of my time

Checked in online,waited in car 5 minutes was called in and went right back to room.The woman who took my blood knew I was nervous and she was so nice and did a great job!!!

No fax number on your info page for my doctor to send you a request to have my blood work done at your David Walker office (Eustis). Called # on page and no answer. Really poor way to garner new customers. At least there should be a voicemail message giving me the fax# as well as telling me how to make an appointment. Without a request from my doctor to you...you wont do my blood work. Why are you making it so difficult?????

I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt but you do need to either answer your phone or set up your voice mail. It is frustrating to try and call to confirm you have my orders while there is no way to speak or leave a message.

I have to go back for a 3rd time. They keep forgetting to draw blood for a certain test…THREE times now 😡

Horrible experience. Went for a last minute Pre-employment drug screening but was turned away after waiting OVER A HALF HOUR because they do not do drug screenings after 3. No where is it posted or noted, yet I waited and was turned away almost at close. The lady was so rude and so unaccommodating. There is one literally 5 minutes away in Mount Dora i would recommend without even being there. I would love the manager of THIS location to reach out and speak to them about this. This is HORRIBLE patient service, not even customer service.

Can not reach anyone by phone. Always goes to fax. Need to know if you will be open Friday after Thanksgiving 11/27. I will try again and if cant reach will ask for lab order to be sent elsewhere.

Two weeks in a row I went early before work and they never received the paper work from my doctors office. Unreliable how do orders go missing so often.

I had a wonderful te ch, she got my vein on the first time. I am going back today and I am sure I will have likewise a good experience.
