I can only speak of the outside of the building since it wasnt open. A little aged and worn and need of fresh paint but the grounds seemed clean and kept.

The lady in charge was oh so wonderful. Provided all manner of necessary needs, names to contact, inviting me to a celebration to ite at 9.

Perfect venue for any occasion. In my case, it was a retirement party for Officer Wayne Perry. Thank you for your service.

Large space, it has a kitchen where you can prepare things. Great for family reunions, wedding reception, business meetings or anything. Very affordable.

I ended up over at this community center by accident thinking that I was going to a ball that I paid $60 for only to be served a cold plate of to go food when I got there. there was no ball it was a B rated comedy show for what I could have paid to go to The Improv. I was totally disappointed and upset oh, but you look Community Center wasnt nice. This is a long way out there in the woods yall to get to this place and theres nothing else out there when the activity at this Center is over. I spent two hours on a long dark Road alone driving there. So ladies be careful if youre headed that way for a party take a friend.

I love to walk out onto the pier whenever I pass through.

This park has lots of handicap accessible Trails, including a walk out over the water. It has magnificent views over the lake, particularly at Sunset, and lots of family-friendly space to enjoy. The pool is open seasonally oh, and is very nice. I love that they host Special Olympics swimming practice

There is a beautiful board walk on the lake , kids played at the little park there and the rest rooms were clean :)

I love this lake area its such a delight. I to sit and soak up the peacefulness of this area and the beauty of the lake and surroundings.

I take my grandson there, there are 3 playgrounds within walking distance. The boardwalk is nice. And its in the heart of Eustis. Shops,restaurants the Lakeside Scoops ice cream etc. I havent actually been in the Community center yet, we always get distracted with everything that surrounds it.

Really excited to be hosting my wedding reception here in October of 2019! I havent been inside, only on the property and looked in windows. Rental prices are AMAZING and the venue is HUGE!! Definite recommendation for anyone whos on a budget but still wants the all inclusive for their reception and/or events!

Great park and downtown area. We went there for the Polar Express train ride. They have a playground, plenty of places to eat, sea plane rides for $90 a person, and a big lake. Everything is within walking distance including the free parking garage.

Very helpful staff. Great venue for a wedding. Full kitchen, great photo op locations & a playground for the kids.

This community center is really quite nice. Ive attended several Eustis Chamber of Commerce meetings here and feel the space is very comfortable well kept.

The people are super friendly and kindhearted. They welcome you, sincerely.They introduce themselves,with warm intentions. They make you feel welcomed!!

First time at this little Gem in Eustis. Sits close to the waterfront and has a nice playground for the little ones. The Community Center is multi purpose and can used as a great venue for weddings!

Beautiful community center overlooking Lake Eustis. Nice meeting hall with a stage and large commercial kitchen. Great for events.

Sitting the parking lot enjoying the sight of the lake and its breeze made for an awesome morning. I had forgotten how wonderful Pendleton Park was.

I love to watch the sunset on Lake Eustis. I have never been inside the community center. It looks decent thru the windows which are very large and have a beautiful lake view.

The people were nice there. Its smaller them Miami, but nice a quiet.

I love it here. Beautiful ,lots of sail boats ,fishing, just an awesome place to visit.

The Eustis Chamber and other large groups meet here. It is probably the largest Community Center for group meetings in the Eustis area (except some churches) and is bigger than the Tavares Community Center, so sometimes Tavares groups have to go here or Lake Receptions in Mt. Dora. The food and service vary depending on the catering firm used. I find the acoustics for sound are kinda harsh, and limited - they need a better sound system. When you are finished, you can go outside and take in the view of Lake Eustis, or visit the nearby Eustis Historical Museum if open.

We had attended a wedding reception and its very nice place with beautiful view of the lake.

Give & take location. Classic view of Lake Eustis. Can be dangerous to get to when you are crossing over! Always keep an eye to the right since there isnt a signal!
