My first time experience was excellent. Casey, at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Wagner and her staff were excellent. Dr. Wagner is very helpful and considerate toward her patients. I have to say for my first experience at a chiropractor, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. They are there to help you, and they let you know it. Thank you.

Dr. Wagner and her team are amazing! They take the time ton get to know you personally. At the beginning of my treatment I knee the possibilities of the outcomes and what to expect. The team also listens to you and will adjust treatment accordingly to get you the best possible results. Ive been able to go from sleepless nights and pain while just sitting or driving, to being able to drive and sleep without pain and get back to my normal activities!

My experience with Dr. Ramah was amazing. I had been in pain for three months, unable to stand more than 5 minutes or walk a half mile before going to her office. Dr. Ramah did a full evaluation and MRI, then made a plan for my recovery. Even when, during treatment, there was a small setback from a car accident, Dr. Ramah kept me on track. I am now able to walk over a mile and stand for one hour. I highly recommend Wagner Chiropractic. This is from someone who had never been to a chiropractor.

I started going to Dr. Wagners office for severe migraines that occurred at least two to three times a week. Only a few treatments in and I could definitely see the difference. Everyone at the office has always been very professional and very personable. I feel like Im walking into a friends house every time I go. For me it turned out to be more than just chiropractic care, Dr. Wagner cared about me as a whole and helped me address multiple things in my life. At her office they offer many different therapies so anyone will be able to find the right one for them. At first it appeared they wanted to help me and cared about me. But it soon turned into how much can we make off of this person. I was recommended almost 3000 advised I cannot afford that. reduced to 1300. They took my insurance per my provider. However, they pushed me into paying cash and a payment plan set up to my credit card. They filed the insurance after several request but then kept telling me that I have a deductible. Which was wrong. I called spoke to my ins provider and more information was requested. Wagners office never provided the info back to INS for them to get paid. I brought in a letter from ins that they would of gotten as well. A call to my ins provider advise do not pay them for what they are entitled to - they will need to file the proper document to get paid. Every time I went in I was told a different amount owed. They were trying to collect the money that insurance would pay from me. I was very frustrated that they would not listen to me or call the insurance company to get it resolved. I advised them I would be happy to pay them what I owe them after they get paid from INS so I know whats left. Yes this went on for 1yr and into a new insurance period. So I was trying to resolve ins pmts to them from the beginning of 10-2018. I have never gotten a bill mailed to me for the balance. However today, I am getting a collection call for 140. All they had to do was be professional and get this resolved quickly and call or send me a bill from the office directly to get paid by me. The longer I went the more I felt like I was getting a sales job for treatments. Front staff friendly but not competent in area of billing your medical insurance. Excellent chiropractor!! Thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced, great atmosphere, very low wait time, friendly staff. I had a herniated disc and multiple bulging discs, arthritis, threw my back out and was in pain constantly even just sitting for 5 minutes! I have 5 kids and can now keep up with them, laundry, dishes, and I’m back at the gym running for 30 minutes at a time. No pain!! Dr. Wagner is a true blessing and miracle worker.

I was not one to ever go to a chiropractor unless my back was hurting. This was my case with Dr. Wagner as well. I hurt my back this time and couldnt walk literally. Her office got me in immediately but I had to get x-rays before any adjusting was done. I was very frustrated with this but let me tell you once the plan was in action, my back improved significantly .I went twice a week for 6 months and had intense therapy and adjustments and was there for 2 hours each visit. I looked forward to these visits because each time I left feeling stronger and pain free. At the end of the 6 month visit , x-rays were again taken and the changes in the first to the last were not only amazing but miraculous. I continue to go to Dr. Wagner on a monthly basis to get adjusted and I still look forward to these visits. My back is stronger and I feel healthier than ever. I strongly urge anyone in pain or not to go to Dr. Wagner. She is not only a great chiropractor but a caring energetic individual who listens to your concerns and needs.

I have been in Law Enforcement for 32 years. It takes a toll on your back, neck and shoulders. My wife and I retired to the Eustis/Mount Dora area and found ourselves owning an antique shop (Ageless Antiques & Gardens) in the area. Now we move furniture around and it doesnt make your back, neck and shoulder feel any better. My wife threw her back out and was unable to walk. We called Dr. Wagners office and the staff and Dr. Wagner got her in right away. Dr. Wagner came up with a plan to help my wife get better and it did. I was so impressed with the care she was given by Dr. Wagner and her staff that I started going to get treatment. Let me tell you that I have seen many chiropractors in my time and Dr. Wagner is the best chiropractor that I have been to. She and her staff are wonderful. The treatment plan that Dr. Wagner put me on was terrific. The pain in my neck, shoulders and back have gone and I can move around pain free. We continue to see Dr. Wagner once to twice a month now. I have to say that Dr. Wagners energetic and friendly personality as well as the staffs friendliness and professionalism make it a pleasure to go there for treatment.

Dr.Wagner was my chiropractor way back when she first opened. I saw her off and on for almost 10 years. She got me standing up straight but eventually in 2014 I needed a second back surgery. I began having issues with my knees but eventually in 2015 I needed two total knee replacements. She was always a kind and caring person. I recently called for an appointment but due to the initial cost of the first visit of $89 and $69 for X-rays I won’t be able to have treatment there. She is a very smart and compassionate doctor.

Dr Wagner seems to love her profession and has done wonders for some neck and back problems I have been experiencing. All of her people are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was also impressed that I never have to wait when I show up for an appointment like you do at so many other places. Would recommend highly! Thank you!

Dr. Wagner is a great chiropractor. She will go based off of your X-rays, not just off of your symptoms, which is surprisingly much more helpful.. so get the X-Rays!Furthermore, she has a variety of other additional treatments that can vastly affect your healing process. I spent 2.5 years seeking different treatments for tendinosis of my shoulder. I had a cortisone shot, rest, physical therapy.. then I found Dr. Wagner. Extremity adjustments and shockwave therapy have been absolutely life changing for me. I can throw a softball without pain for the first time in 2.5 years.Dr. Wagner isn’t going to BS you. She is intense and wants to figure out how to make you better— plain and simple. I highly recommend her!

I became a patient as a skeptic. I hadnt received chiropractic care before. I had extreme back pain and was referred to Dr. Wagner by a friend that has had amazing results. I went in a month ago with pain a 9 out of 10. I have followed the treatment plan and my pain went down to a 4, and then a 2, in less than 4 weeks. I will continue on the plan given, because I am now a firm believer in chiropractic care. The staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable. They have worked well with my work schedule to fit me in as well.

I was suffering with lower back pains to the point where I could not stand up straight. My first visit was on a Friday when I called out of the blue and asked if they could squeeze me in. They did and I have been recovering ever since. Dr Wagner treated me for my lower back pains and I feel better than I have in years. I recently had Dr Wagner treat my shoulder where I was diagnosed with Bursitis. I didn’t think it would help but after one treatment, I was able to throw a football with my boys for the first time in at least 3 years. Thank you Dr. Ramah.. I was in a aweful accident and my primary care wouldnt see me and was sent to a PT that I spent alot of money on that did not fix me but instead sent me to a pain clinic for steriod shots.. This worked but kt was horribly painful and it wore off and did not fix the problem. I then went to Dr Ramah, she is small but boy is she mighty and finally someone was concerned for my health! I am very shy and get crazy anxiety going into new places that requires me to talk and Dr. Ramah and her awesome staff not only made me better but made me feel very comfortable! Doc is very intelligent, upbeat, she has great equipment and is always learning more to help people the clean way. There is a big difference in masking the pain and fixing the problem! I have been coming here for about 3 weeks and I feel some much better...very professional. My pain level has dropped 80 percent. I look forward to my appointments because I have improvement each time. Do yourself a favor and get fixed.

I wasnt impressed, had two visits and I felt she was being very rude at the 2nd visit. Overly friendly first visit and very rude the 2nd visit. Never got to any adjustments because I decided I was not going back. My issue was frozen shoulders.

On the 12th of July, I went to Dr. Wagner because of my back, knowing full well that my UHC policy, although a very good one, might not cover me because Wag. Chiro. doesnt cover with Medicaid. Medicare yes. I was so impressed with Dr. Wagner and the way she talked to me, free first consultation, about the cd disk I brought in, which showed her about my back.She was knowledgeable, very friendly, funny and made me feel completely at ease. We talked about insurance and told her Id call UHC to see if anything could be done about getting my treatments, but unfortunately, we struck out.If you have the proper insurance or can afford the initial fees for x-rays and treatments, I would highly recommend her. I gave her 4 stars because I had the confidence in her that one hopes for in a good doctor. Good luck everyone, and I doubt if youd go wrong with Dr, Wagner or her amazing, wonderful staff.

Not a fan. First session was supposed to be a free consult and a massage (free with a gift card). What I got was a bill for $275 plus I had to pay $45 to join a chiro group in order to get the discount that day for X-rays and consult. Not sure that I saw all the smoke and mirrors until I left there. Sadly, my neck and back are a hot mess from the jackhammer thingy that was used on me. I have horrible headaches, worse than before and my neck is a mess. Oh and no massage. Shes a great sales person.Upon requesting my xrays for several days in a row, I went in to get the CD and was asked to pay $1 for the disk. Are you kidding me? You just got $300 from me. I was not happy.I wish everyone who chooses this location great success. I however, will be looking for another chiropractor that isnt trying to sell me the kitchen sink.

This office is horrible. I went in to the office to inquire about possible b-12 injections. I was told that sometimes having your back aligned can help with anxiety ect... dr. Wagner came out and spoke with me personally. She said they took my insurance. They took x-rays and did an alignment. A week later I received a bill for almost $600. When I called, they said they didn’t take my insurance. I was so upset and dr. Wagner refused to help in anyway. I would never recommend her practice to anyone.

I have been seeing Ramah for 2-3yrs now. I started seeing her because I was suffering with severe and constant back pain. I could not stand for longer then 15 minutes to prepare dinner before my back started to feel like is was burning. I have three young children and I need to be in good health so I can take care of them. Dr Wagner discovered I had scoliosis and put me on a program called CLEAR. I was amazed at the results. It was a commitment but well worth it. The degree of my curves changed significantly. Along with scoliosis, I have been suffer with Ulcertive Colitis for several years. Dr Wagner has helped me with my gut problems as well. After an adjustment my back feels better and it also helps to heal the gut. She is very knowledgeable on issues with the gut. She is extremely friendly and outgoing and loves to talk about everything. She doesn’t want to miss a thing and wants to share her knowledge so I am informed with information I may not had known prior. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramah Wagner for any of your chiropractic needs. Dr. Wagner is the Queen of chiropractors!!

If your looking for an actual adjustment your first visit forget about it. Most chiros WILL do first visit adjustment. Not this one. Bummer because she seems so nice

Went in for a visit with an extremely sore neck. After telling dr Wagner about my severe pain and tightness she performed an “exam” where she yanked my neck to both sides. She literally had me sitting there in tears after preforming what she calls a “routine exam”. (I have been to other chiropractors and have never experienced this). Also had booked herself where she had to run from room to room back and forth. According to her helper they were behind schedule and late for lunch. I came back a couple days later after being in 10 times worse pain then when I had originally came in and refused being touched and requested my X-rays and paper work and dealt with an irate Dr Wagner. She was insulted I would question her and her “9 years of medical knowledge” and got extremely rude and defensive. If you actually have a serious problem or want a dr that will take the time to listen to what your saying DO NOT GO HERE. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.

After two car accidents and countless sessions at different doctors and chiropractors offices I ended up at Wagner Chiropractic in Eustis. Their professional and gentle approach to deal with pain resulting from car accidents helped me getting back health wise where I have been before my accidents. The treatments and adjustments helped me walking up straight again and I can now manage my pain level without having to take any medication.Thank you Doctor Ramah and Doctor Danielle for your caring about your patients.
