Active Care Chiropractic is by far the best chiropractors office I have ever experienced, and I have experience of at least 4 others. Dr. Foggs assessment process is very educational. He is specific and thorough in his explanations of whatever problem spot I am having, and provides me with advice about how to position my body while doing everyday tasks to make them easier, and, even better, gives me exercises that allow me to strengthen the weak spots in my body and promote healing. My name is Nancy Whitney, Im 68 yrs old and recently had a stroke. Justine, the accupuncturest , out of 5 doctors has helped me the most. Stroke caused my neck and head great pain and stuck out like a turtle, Justine fixed it straight again . Both chiropractors are also great taking away much of the pain. My mother, 46, seriously injured her back to the point of not being able to walk under her own power, this morning. We came to this chiropractic clinic for help and Doctor Colten King did an outstanding job analyzing my mother and treating her. In 15min Doctor King had my mother able to walk, sit down, ect. and had her pain greatly reduced. We are going back in the morning for a follow up appointment to receive further treatment. Doctor King even went as far to call my mother, personally, to make sure she was ok, still, and offered her further advice and exercises to do until she comes back in the morning to help keep her pain low. Very scary moment today; I am so thankful that Doctor King knew what to do because I was helpless. Doctor King really cares about his patients and is in practice to help people. Very kind and respectful person as well. Thank you Doctor King.

I honestly cant say enough positive things about Dr. Fogg and active care chiropractic. Very professional , inviting and clean facility. Dr. Fogg takes the time to get to know his patients. The reception even know me by my first name as well.The story, I have been suffering from chronic low back pain and sciatica since my early 20s. I have done PT several occasions. I finally bit the bullet and tried chiropractic care. I appreciate the holistic approach, working with Dr. Fogg and several other members of his team to design a regimen to get me back on track, and get my back to a point where I can feel normal again.Case and point, after about 2 months of work, I was able to regain strength, range of motion, and some actual pain free days since I first hurt my back over 15 years ago.Im honestly very thankful of what he was able to do to help me. I will be going back as I feel they are a vital part in me regaining my active lifestyle. Dr. Fogg is HANDS DOWN the best chiropractor Ive ever dealt with. I have been extremely hard on my body throughout my life. I have fought Muay Thai as well as Kickboxing and always have some type of ache or maybe my back goes out. Dr. Fogg does not do a one size fits all type treatment. He will tailor his treatment to your specific needs. At one point I lost range of motion in my neck. I was unable to even look 2 inches to the right. After 1 treatment I had 60% range of motion back and after another 3 I was 100%, as if I never had the injury to my neck. If you want a great chiropractor to work with, he is the one.

Dr. Fogg and Dr. King are AWESOME! My work has me constantly on the computer, and about two years ago, I started to experience a chronic pain condition (literally every day) around my neck and shoulders that no one else could properly diagnose. Dr. Fogg correctly diagnosed it as a cervical herniated disc. The combo of his adjustments and the exercises he gave me WORKED! He worked with me even when some of the exercises he gave were a little too rough and dialed back to more gentle exercises. I saw Dr. Fogg on and off for about a year, and my latest appointment was with Dr. King. Both are EXCELLENT at what they do! They have magical hands and brilliant minds that helped me learn to manage the chronic pain that was plaguing me for the last 2+ years. HIGHLY recommend!

Richard Wright is amazing. I am a competitive powerlifter and he has done extensive work with me. He is not just a “back and neck cracker” chiro. He helps with functional movement patterns, prehab and rehab, soft tissue, etc. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable on all things anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, but he has amazing bedside manner and someone who I could see myself hanging out with outside of the office. He is a HUGE reason why I can stay healthy as an athlete and stay under a barbell. Without him, I’m not sure I’d still be hitting routine PR’s and staying mostly pain free. Thank you Dr. Wright!

Only my first time to a chiropractor ever but it was a great experience all around. I was nervous walking in but felt comfortable from the moment I did. From the front office staff to the chiro to the fellow patients, everyone was pleasant and accommodating.

Dr Fog is a life saver he is great and still does the good old fashioned cracking! they also have an excellent massage therapist. It is clean and friendly and the staff is super helpful

DECEPTIVE PRICING! CONSUMER BEWARE! I would like to be able to give this place a better rating. The doctors are friendly and the adjustments are ok. However, deceptive pricing makes me give one star. We always paid out of pocket right after treatments for adjustments done. We were told that prices would be $50 to $70 total depending on additional therapies. We waited after each visit for the receptionist to get the information from the doctor for what to bill after each adjustment, and as stated above always then paid our bill. Shockingly, months later, we received a bill adding an extra $20 to my husbands visits. When I spoke with the receptionist about our billing issue that effectively made most of his visits $90 for a 10-15 minute chiropractic adjustment, she was unable to explain the extra charges and referred me to billing. We would have never gone to this chiropractic office knowing we would end up being charged $90 for most 10-15 minute visit. Make sure you get prices in writing signed if you do go here, so that you do not get price gouged like us.

Felt great. Nice office. Nice Dr., but do yourself a favor to ask the price of services before you go in. Extremely expensive. Was very shocked when I got the bill, and it didnt even include an exray. Ouch!!!

I see people dealing with health insurance issues all the time. Luckily, I used to manage health insurance benefits, so I am pretty familiar with them. Of all the places I dealt with, I must say that @Grace Chiropractic in Eureka is by far the most unprofessional health service provider I have ever dealt with. The chiropractor and the massage therapist are great, but the billing and office management are outright inept. I had paid all my fees and thought this was done, but yesterday I got a bill from them charging me for fees that I was told were covered under Partnership Health Plan back in January, three months behind? Wow. I left a message and tried talking to them, but Grace, is insufferable, one of the most unprofessional people I have ever talked to. In a bout of unprofessionalism, like I have never seen before, Grace jumped from saying her receptionist quit on her during a lunch break and left her working 20 hour days, blaming any mistakes on the poor girl, to saying that that office does not take Partnership (even though they are listed on Partnerships directory), to saying that she never billed Partnership because cervical services werent covered. She never even billed them, which she was supposed to do. Sad for her, I happen to know the difference between sacral, lumbar and cervical. My issue was the entire spine, and since they are contracted and listed with Partnership, who I called and got approval from prior to the appointment, the service was supposed to be covered. So I called them back and went down the list of codes, and to file a formal complaint. Medicare gets billed first, then Partnership. Its part of their contract with Partnership. My theory is that she is billing clients directly because it is easier, and gets them paid the full amount, which is against the rules. Partnership was supposed to cover all the chiropractic charges and I didnt even need a referral, but I one anyway. I paid for two massages via credit card for a total of $150, since the chiropractor said I should have a massage prior to our session, to manipulate me better. Yet, the bill is asking me to pay $147.93. Apparently, they only billed my credit card for one massage payment and applied the payment to the examination, which, again, was supposed to be covered. A medical office cannot tell you that they will cover something and then end up not covering. I will pay what I owe, but not a penny more. I am really interested in knowing if anyone else has experienced this issue. #KnowYourRights

They cannot give you an upfront price, was told on the phone the first appt was $120, and after that it was $45. My first visit I was charged $135, and my second visit I was charged $60. The front desk said they do a sliding scale but that they never actually charge people on the cheaper side. On top of that, they could not tell me how much I owed for the appointment the day of, but rather have to pay whatever the doctor decides and pay it at your next appt. Ive been seen three times now, and every time was no longer than 10 or 15 minutes total in his office. A rip off for how much time the doctor actually spends with you.
