Every month I have a problem with my delivery for my daughter. They are not timely or organized. They lie about when it should arrive. When they change the order you dont get it for that month

Does not keep in contact with patients in orders.Wrong size wheelchair delivered and was told 1 to 2 days, been 7 days, called back and now Im told they are waiting on shipments and no date given. Meanwhile, my mother is borrowing a wheelchair to get around and this is completely unsatisfactory!

A complete lack of common courtesy and professionalism is the best way I can describe this place. They called, asked for my height and weight and said they would bring me a wheel chair soon. A week passed and nothing. I called back and they acted surprised to hear from me. They brought me the wrong chair the next day. I called to inform them it was the wrong chair. They came back to pick up the wrong chair and told me they had to order the right one. 2 weeks later I call to find out what was wrong only to be told they delivered the chair last week and had MY SIGNATURE to prove it. Which they do NOT because I never got the right chair! Im still waiting to see what is going to be done to fix this. In the meantime Im without use of a wheelchair after being left unable to walk from complications with covid and surgery in my arm. Very disappointed in this company. But hey, they got paid so Im sure theyre not in a rush to correct this error!

Horrible customer service. I would recommend NOT do any business with them. Especially a power wheelchair. I have been waiting for them to fix it since October 2019. Here we are in July 2020 still not fixed. Nor is the temporary chair. Both are garbage. If I could give a zero stars I would. Nema and Gilbert needs to get off their rear ends and do some work. FIX MY CHAIR AND OR THEIR CHAIR.

I definitely give this DME 5 stars, my grandmothers Power wheelchair was delivered quickly. The manager was polite and informative and they were very patient with my grandmother when getting to our home. I recommend All in one!

Visited their office for oxygen concentration for my grand mother , the Manager was very polite and explained me the process of getting one through insurance. she said they will try their best to get it delivered ASAP but the entire process depends on the Response from the Doctors Office. wonderful Experience buying from them. they even gave me concessions in the copay without any request.Must go Place for medical Equipments!!!!!

Durable Equipment and on time delivery . My Physician forwarded Hospital bed and Power-wheelchair request to them for my Mother , the representative assured the delivery ASAP Doctor signs the Paperwork . as expected got my equipment on time. Great Service !!

These people politely lie to you. They delivered a bed and didnt put it together properly, then bill Medicaid every time they come out to service equipment, and still havent rectified the situation. Also, been waiting on wheelchair since October 2019. I have no faith in company or the management Mohammed. He is no better than his employees

Don’t bother wasting your time. They are lazy & inefficient. I tried to simply order a breast pump with them after I was given their information by blue cross blue shield. I drove to their office which is very run down and raggedy by the way. One of the girls they have taking calls gives me a sheet of paper and has me fill out all of my insurance information obgyn contact information etc. before I leave she tells me they will verify with my insurance and obgyn and they will contact me to arrange delivery. It sounded simple enough? WRONG! a month passes by I decide to call to follow up today at 10:30a a woman answers the phone (does not state her name) & says everyone is in a meeting she will have someone contact me back in about 30 minutes. Fast forward to 2:30p in the afternoon no one called me back so I then call & I am connected with Sarah who is supposed to be the one handling my order. Sarah explains to me that they have tried to work with blue cross blue shield in the past and they said it isn’t covered until after the baby is born. KEYWORD IN THE PAST. As a customer I do not care about your past experience with some other person who’s plan may or may not cover what mine does. I am a very detail oriented person and I made sure to confirm what is and isn’t covered prior to going to All-in-one a office. I ultimately told her I would like to cancel. She said ok after we exchanged words and she insisted on talking over me. She then called back about 10 minutes later asking me for the customer service number for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Dont they contact insurance companies all day for a living?????? Why would she need the information from me? Also this was confirmation that she never even attempted to contact them regarding my order after a month. She told me they have everything I need and why can’t I keep my order with them. I explained to her at this point it is about the principle as a customer I have a choice in who I do business with and I personally do not want to do business with their company. Sure my health insurance company is paying for it but guess who pays them? ME! Ever going to their office was a complete waste of time for me but I am sharing my experience so that you will not waste yours! I only wanted a breast pump imagine if it were equipment I needed now? Or something I really depended on? This is a terrible company with terrible service. I will be sharing this information with my insurance provider so hopefully they will not do business with them either and stop referring their members.

Do not do business with this firm!! After a sleep sudy, somehow a referral to X-Med ended up at All-in-one. Took weeks to get delivery on a cpap machine which was to be set up to the sleep study results.Finally, a man showed up at my front door with a cardboard box containing the new pump. He admitted that he knew nothing about cpap equipment and he handed the box to me and left. He said he was told it was already setup.What could go wrong? Well, right off, the machine lost its ability to regulate the pressure (the whole purpose of it) nearly blowing the mask off my face after a few minutes. Called for help. Person who answered had weak voice and a heavy foreign accent. Got the impression she was a new and untrained employee. Called back several times in a two week period with no service response.Used my seven year old cpap machine while waiting to someone to help. Finally, a young man visited me ... seemed to know something about cpaps ... really knew very little. No further effort to help was done. Asked to speak with supervisor, manager, owner - nothing happend for weeks!!!Finally some one called made an appointment to visit - I allowed him to pick the day and the time - but he did not show up! He waited a week to call back, did not apologize, left message - again a weak foreign accented voice speaking very fast - did not understand what he said.I gave up and was about to inform Medicare and Texas Health of this companys poor service. Instead, since I needed a quick fix, I visited a different cpap store, who explained what the settings did, and in a few minutes changed a few, correcting the blowing the mask off my face problem.I would have rated this company a zero, but the system would not allow less than one zero.

Dont do business with this company. We got involved with them through our Home Health Care doctor. My wife was suppose to get a electric wheel chair from them through Medicare. After two months she didnt hear from them. She contacted them to find out when she would get her chair. They told her they would bring her a loaner chair until they got hers fixed. She told them they didnt have a chair of hers to be fixed, as she didnt have a chair at all. Finally they brought her a loaner chair on a friday and told her they would pick it up the followering Monday and bring her chair that they fixed. She told them again that they didnt have a chair of hers to fix and she wanted a new chair like they were suppose to provide. Three weeks later, she still has their loaner chair with a dead battery. They didnt bring a charger with it. She called this morning and they told her they would bring her chair that they fixed or bring a battery charger tomorrow or the next day. She told them again that they didnt have a chair of hers to fix. She is going to call Medicare if they dont bring her a new chair tomorrow. They are billing Medicare $500.00 a month for rental on this loaner so they have no incentive to bring her a new chair.
