Dr Flo is very focused and a great replacement for Dr Joe...as he said she would be.

Flo is so friendly and so are all the other ladies in the office. She listens to me and I know she’s rushed but she makes sure all my questions are answered. Also, being a female and my age, she understands the things I’m going through.

Registered online on Wednesday, June 16, for appointment to see doctor for UTI symptoms. Finally received callback at nearly noon on Thursday and made appointment with “Flo” for 3:15 pm. Arrived on time and finally got into exam room at nearly 3:45 and talked to nurse while she took vitals, and she had me give urine sample. After I got back to exam room Flo came in and she retook my bp a couple of times because it was high. She decided they needed to do blood work and took me for that, then came back in and said I had a bladder infection. She said they needed to culture the sample before she would know which antibiotic to prescribe, but would give me a “temporary” prescription for something to help with the symptoms only. Now, 5 days later, I am out of the “temporary” prescription, have no antibiotic and still have a bladder infection with all the symptoms! I called and left message yesterday morning (Monday, 6/21) for them to call and let me know what was going on, but have not received a call back, as usual! What do I I have to do, go to the ER?

From check in to d/c the office staff is friendly and professional. Flo is terrific. She listened to my concerns and acted on them right away.

I have been going to Flo for 12 years. She is the best PCP I have ever had. I can be open and honest with her about everything without judgment. There is not one person I would rather have taking care of my health needs. She is simply the best.

Really appreciate this staff of doctors, PAs, nurses etc. They are professionals and really care for their patients. A special shot out to Flo!!!

When entering the office, they take your temperature, the staff is friendly, they are social distancing, wearing mask and I am sure they clean after each patient. Flo has a great bedside manner and she knows you by name and my spouse is also a patient of hers and she will ask how he is doing, she truly cares for her patients and takes the time to listen to you, I have been a patient of Flos for several years and am planning on keeping Flo as my doctor for as long as I can and would recommend her to family and friends.

Flo Tomasic has been my primary care physician for years now. She does some really unusual stuff. For example: Flo listens to you; she doesnt rush you through the appointment; she answers questions; she shows genuine empathy; she has literally improved my life and my familys lives. I know that sounds like fiction, but she is really wonderful.

Flo Thomasic has been my PCP for over 15 years. She knows you by name and not just another patient on the computer. She listens to you and provides the BEST medical treatment. She is the kindest person I know because she truly cares about her patients!! I would recommend Flo to all my family and friends.

Ive been going to doctor for several years. I just love how she takes care of her patients how she so knowledgeable and understanding of your wants and needs. I will never switch to another doctor she always seems to take care of me I feel like Im part of her family.
