I hate going to the dentist period. My experience here was the best one ever. In the past I would go to one they would torture and hurt me I wouldnt go back to dentist for another 3-5 years. Seriously! I will be going back after the first of the year for more crowns . Staffwas wonderful and office was top notch with all the latest greatest greatest. I would recommend for sure

No one likes to go to the dentist but Ideal Dental makes the experience one that is easy, affordable and exactly what you need for that great smile.

First, I NEVER leave bad reviews but stay away from this location! If I could leave zero stars, I would.My husband went to Ideal Dental in Euless based on my recommendation, I go to the Southlake office and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same thing about Euless.They overcharged him. He paid $300 upfront, not thinking it would be an issue. Then we got a bill for another $300 plus. I knew at that point there was an issue. We called our insurance and discovered he should have only paid around $180 in total!!! So we called the office MULTIPLE times, always being told we’ll get back with you in 24-48 hrs. We eventually filed a claim with insurance. We were told by insurance and the dental office a refund was going to be issued. Still no refund after 10 MONTHS and today they resent us the bill saying we’re 90 days overdue!So save yourself the time, money, hassle and go somewhere else!

I came to Ideal Dentist t get a check up of everything I need done and she provided me with everything I needed while also explaining everything. I never had that at a dentist before. She explained it in a way that I could understand. That meant alot to me.

We are new patients. It’s a clean facility. They accommodate me and my daughter. It’s just a little long wait though but I’m satisfied. The Dentist has a light hand compared to others. She is very careful and nice. I think I will keep them as my family regular dentist.

Dr. Mogali is very kind and explained my needs in a way it was clear to me. Front staff is very professional and knowledgeable with insurance and finances. I will be recommending to others!!

I was in tremendous pain and I dont do well with that. So when I arrived I was brought to a room immediately. There I met Isaiah the dentist assistant. Very cool dude. He made me feel at ease which was awesome thanks Isaiah. Then I met Dr Mogali and was very professional and patient with me and my pain. I will admit I was very cranky but she understood the amount of pain I was in. Thank you Dr Mogali for understanding and ignoring my attitude. Then there is Zoe the office manager she was awesome she too undUnderstood my situation. I did apologize to them all and they were awesome. Thank you all for bey yourself. I will be back and have been a long to time patient that is for sure.

It is always a pleasant experience going to the Ideal Dental office at Glade and 121. Waiting room is open and airy and tastefully decorated. Most importantly, the office staff and the dental staff are very nice, helpful, friendly and professional. They take the time to do what needs to be done and to answer any questions a patient has.

Dr Montoya needs to learn how to talk to her clients, especially parents when it comes down to the cost and offer options to those who needed! She didnt do neither ,she was not polite about it. Everyone was friendly and explained what was going on throughout the visit. The doctor especially did a great job explaining things so that I understood and knew what I wanted to do going forward. They didn’t seem like they were rushing me out the door or pushing me to do things. I came here for a second opinion after a bad visit at another place and I’m so happy I did.

I, myself had such a complete breach of trust and questionable tactics that I contacted my insurance company and Credit Care account. I have gone into the office on numerous occasions and called for a response. Office manager Zoe has never once returned a promised call.My insurance company and credit care account was charged for service’s they never performed..Blatant, inexcusable and illegal. Investigation has been opened. Be carefulfolks. This is a dirty dirty place.

Set up an appointment for a root canal/endodontist visit and they call me 2 hours before saying that they dont have one for my appointment. Waste of time and unprofessional.

Always a good experience with Ideal Dental. Recently had to return because of a crown chipping. It was two years old , they warrantied the work without question. My early experiences with dentist put me off for a long time, I have no problems recommending them , I take my kids there as well.

3 time I was told I would receive a call from the office to schedule an appointment, and I did not receive a call. When I returned after oral surgery for the post op exam the oral surgeon mistook me for another Patient.

Dr. Montoya was great! She fixed an onlay for me that I had at a different dentist. She was thorough and the work looks and feels great. Zoe in the front as also great to work with and explained all my benefits and payment options!

The dentist and the staff are so nice and I feel 100% comfortable getting my teeth worked on here. It’s nice to enjoy going to the dentist rather than dreading it. Thanks, everyone! Wonderful experience today at Ideal Dental of Euless! The staff was outstanding. Dr. Montoya was so personable and explained the procedure that I was having clearly in laymans terms that I could easily understand. I would highly recommend Ideal Dental of Euless to anyone looking for a Dentist.

I never recommend this location. Overall my experience with Invisalign treatment took 5 years and didn’t satisfy much. Team looking only money not patient treatment.

Stay away. The dentists were beginners just out of school and their work reflected it. They over charged me for crowns made of inferior materials that quickly had problems. A technical assistant dropped one crown that went down my throat. The dentist ask me to use a bucket to use the bathroom and retrieve the crown. Later the office manager would not honor the guarantee because I did not come in for a required check up that I was not aware. So again just stay away.

The female dentist was really great and did a very good job cleaning my teeth. I didnt feel like It was just rushed for another patient to be taken care of. She really took her time to ensure it was properly cleaned and also made sure she answered all my questions before she left. All the staff were also very professional and observed safety protocols. I highly recommend them and have been going there for a while now.

POOR SERVICE! Very disappointed with the service. Waited 2hrs 30min for a cleaning that was not even done. Instead of just asking me to reschedule in the beginning they made me wait that long all along promising they’re about to start my teeth cleaning. Bad customer service. Not going there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My worst experience in 40 years since I remember visiting a dentist. A completely money making organization focused on adding services to inflate bills. I had to leave after 1 hour without getting anything done whatsoever to my teeth. My recommendation- stay away from this place as far as you can.

Im always an anxious mess when I get any dental work done, Dr. Montoya, the dental team, and the ladies who manage the front have done an amazing job in making me feel welcome and relaxed everytime I have come in. I didnt feel any pain when I had my root canal, and they checked on me often to make sure I was comfortable. This is by far my favorite dentist I have ever been to and will continue to go to. Highly recommended.

Dr. Andrea Montoya is an absolute godsend. After avoiding the dentist for years (I had a serious phobia after some bad experiences) and feeling very guilty about it, Dr. Montoya made me feel so comfortable and respected. She helped me handle what turned into more serious dental work than I expected with ease, explaining everything about the process along the way so I could be on the same page. I cannot say enough amazing things about her! If you have any fear of the dentist, Dr. Montoya is your woman!

I was overcharged over hundreds of dollars by their front desk staff. When I asked for clarification and help through the reversal process, I was not given any reassurance or substantial help from the staff. It was not until I had to call a third time and demand an office manager that I was given the approval for a refund. An email receipt was sent to me after that phone call to show that they approved and are processing the refund however it has been over 3-4 business days and the refund has still not been received on my end. To make matters worse there has been no updates throughout this time. While Im sure there are other clients to tend to, it is extremely unfair to charge me and take this much time (at this point two full weeks) to process a refund with money that should have never been taken in the first place, as well as the vague/curt/unpleasant customer service which quite frankly has deterred me from calling more times than I already have. It may be unwise to write this as I am still waiting for my rightful refund; I have for the last few weeks felt stuck and tethered to an office that has my money so of course I am still unable to part ways, I feel this is the most appropriate platform to express my experience. To say that I am stressed out and frustrated is a major understatement.

The staff at Ideal Dental are all very professional, attentive and caring. I had a deep cleaning procedure today and I must say the technician was very gentle very little pain associated with procedure. The dental chairs are a little uncomfortable but I am a big guy so maybe fine for most. All my family goes here for dental care. My daughter as a adult commented to me today how affordable they are compared to other dental offices. I do recommend IDEAL DENTAL for all your dental care needs.

First time I go to a dentist and I actually didnt hate it! Staff was very friendly, I took my little niece with me and they were very friendly with her also, they put a kids channel for her and then gave her a toy which made her very happy. I called yesterday and they found a space for me today, I was able to walk out of there with a smile on my face. Most important of all they worked with my financial situation and were able to give me a better price. I will definitely be coming back here and will tell my friends and family about it too. My last visit to Ideal Dental was probably my most pleasant dental visit ever. The staff made sure I knew exactly what needed to be done as well as cost and options. Dr. Scottie Nguyen was by far the best dentist Ive ever had work on my teeth. He is professional and knew exactly how to numb me up to make my visit as painless as possible. He fixed me up quickly. He has renewed my faith in dentists.

I have been going to Ideal Dental, at the Euless location, for about two years. I recently had some major dental work done, receiving two partials. The girls up front, Janessa, Bushra, and Sartara, are very kind and informative, and assist you with such professional traits. Dr. Montoya is a blessing!! So glad I have found such a caring team and great dentist! Dr Mayes, the Oral Surgeon, did an awesome job also! Have been so pleased with my treatment there.

The lobby is comfy and the staff is friendly. Dr. Abdi and Victoria gave me two fillings without pain. They were gentle and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Kathy was also fun while taking care of cleaning my teeth. I was able to get everything done in under two hours and I never felt rushed. I will definitely be coming back.

I give this office 5 stars!!I have had very bad experience with dental offices. The dental assistant Miranda was so delightful! She made me feel so comfortable. She always checked up on me to make sure I was okay, you can tell that she genuinely cares for her patients. I was very nervous to meet the dentist my first visit but Miranda talked very good about the dentist before meeting her. Now that I have met Dr. Hain she is a very great dentist and talks to you on a level you understand.

I had a filling on my right upper molar with Dr. Hojas which he recommended my first visit. The treated tooth became sensitive and I had to go back there twice already but I could not see him so his partner Dr Chan had to see me. She tried to fix my problem but my tooth remains sensitive until now. Her partner billed me $60 the last visit for which she did not even fix the problem. I have excellent insurance and I can pay but in return I expect excellent and competent service!

I went to my appointment today at Ideal Dental as a new patient. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Being that I am terrified of the dentist, they made me feel very relaxed and calm. A great experience at this office. All the office staff were nice and accommodating with our schedules during the busy holiday season. They even called and offered to reschedule us to accommodate 2 different appointments we needed to be done on the same day instead of coming twice. Jorge, our technician, was very nice and made my son feel at ease. Will definitely be choosing this location as our permanent dental office for our entire family and I will be recommending them to our friends.
