I love Dalworth Restoration! This is the second time that Ive used the business for flooding and water damage. A competitor wanted to demolish due to water, but Dalworth mitigated the water damage, saving a lot of money and time. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention just polite. These incidents are always stressful and upsetting. Dalworth calmed my fears and handled everything until the job was perfect and most importantly, dry! Jacob, Landon, and Zack were the team members that I worked with. They were beyond excellent. Please use Dalworth Restoration if you ever have home damage and need cleanup. Nathan and his team arrived on time, performed a test, and determined that the service we scheduled was not appropriate for our floors. Dalworth Restoration Team from the Euless office helped clean up from a kitchen sink leak that caused some flooding. Professional, courteous, went the extra mile to locate some potential mold hotspots, even left the equipment a few extra days to dry out some cabinets when moisture testing proved there were still a few spots of dampness. Definitely recommend them. Troy, Armando, Miguel, and the rest of the crew were all very helpful and polite.

The water damage team was good and thorough back in June 2021. However, 3 months later the restoration/remodeling team has still not called us back and our bathroom floor is still ripped up. They are not answering or returning our calls--super disappointing.

As an insurance professional I am not allowed to recommend one particular vendor/company. However I am able to provide my customers and non-costumers with a list of companies as a suggestion that they may wish to consider as other clients have used and found success. Due to the Dalworth track record, I always include them as a vendor to be considered. They have completed many task and services with success and continue to be a top contender vendor for consideration when placed in a list of like kind vendors performing the same services.

Dalworth is our go to company when it comes to mold remediation and water damage clean up. We recently had Dalworth perform a mold remediation project. This has been the third project we work with Dalworth and we are always pleased to work with them. Andy, Ashley and Saul are excellent to work with. Very professional and responsive. We had great communication during the project at all times and results were above our expectations. I highly recommend working with them.

Will was the absolute best!!! We called for what we thought was just a minor problem, but turned out to be much more. Will got here within 20 minutes of our call. Will was honest and told us what needed to happen instead of what he thought we wanted to hear. He didn’t try and hard sell us in to anything, just a flat out honest appraisal of what we needed and price. He was a professional through and through. Highly recommend! I am extremely pleased with my experience with Dalworth. I had a mold issue in my bathroom as a result of construction oversights with the shower install. Kurt helped us to remediate the mold issue. He was extremely thorough and professional. Dalworth Restoration did an amazing job for us when we had pipes freeze and burst. They were there fast when so many others needed help with the big freeze. They gave exceptional customer service while removing a ton of water and got us back to a normal state. I cannot speak more highly of them.

We had pipes burst in our school building during the storms in February 2021. Dalworth was in charge of the mitigation of the water, and restoration of the building. I couldnt have asked for a better team to work with. They know what they are doing and go above and beyond to work with their clients. They have made what is a very overwhelming and stressful situation so much less stressful. They have walked me through the process step by step, and the communication was top notch! My home was affected by the Dallas freeze in February. As a result, mold had developed. I contacted Dalworth Restoration amongst others. Dalworth were not only responsive, they worked with a hygienist to help certify the mold had been removed. They did a professional job and took special care of my home during the restoration and remediation. I would highly recommend them!!

Dalworth performed a very valuable service for our church after Hurricane Laura in August 2020. They were able to salvage the majority of our contents and transported everything back to their facilities for evaluation, cataloging and cleaning. Cody, Josh, Lisa and crew were very easy to work with and took care of our needs after our city and our church were devastated by a major hurricane!

Please do not use them.We had Dalworth Restoration perform mold remediation services in February with both sides understanding Dalworth would clean-up the mess they made (ie: dry wall and door frame removal, wall scratches, repaint, etc). They have managed to ignore us for four months now and we continue to live in a construction zone with exposed nails and wires on our walls.I have called so many times just trying to SCHEDULE a date for them to fix it, but they stopped picking up calls from my number and won’t return my voicemails. My wife tried from her cell phone a couple of weeks ago. It was a new number to them, so I’m sure that why she got through. The customer rep told her they didn’t have anything in their system for our house regarding the rebuild project and said she needed to check on something and call her back. Of course she never asked for a call back number and we never got a call back.I have dealt with a lot of bad contractors, but this has been our worst experience by far.

Because of the line of work I do, Ive seen several jobs that Dalworth Restoration have restored to pre-loss condition, but Ive also seen behind the scenes with what all they have to do to get the job done. Ive seen them move equipment with urgency to mitigate loss in both commercial and residential disasters, springing into action, helping the homeowners and business owners deal with the situations and calm them down in moments of crisis. Ive seen homeowners in tears because of the loss of their homes, and how the team at Dalworth Restoration will console them, help them understand the process and encourage them while doing the job. They end up making friends with many of the homeowners they meet and Ive even seen them hanging out with Dalworth workers like theyre a part of the family. Basically you can tell when a company really cares about their customers, and every time Ive seen an interaction behind the scenes, with Dalworth Restoration, it shows they truly care. Id highly recommend Dalworth Restoration to any of my friends, family or colleagues if they encounter a disaster at their home or business. Ive seen entire churches burned from the inside...huge scaffolding and massive truck-mounted desiccants working around the clock. And Ive seen small setups of fans and dehumidifiers set up in residential spaces to handle the most minor flood. Plus they treat the small residential customer with the same level of care as the director of a large commercial building. It may also be worth noting that many customers Ive spoken to myself say that their home or business looks far better after Dalworth Restoration leaves the scene than id did even before the disaster. Take it from someone who has seen them hard at work since about 2008. this company is the real deal. Im writing this because I hope people wont make the mistake of calling some nation-wide franchise. You never know how one owner will take pride in his franchise, vs how another one will who looks at it as just a job. The guys at Dalworth Restoration have much more at stake. Their entire brand and name depends on what they do here in the Metroplex. They dont have any other branches propping them up. They have to prove themselves on each and every job...and they do.

Our building took quite the devastating hit with both fire and water damage. Some of it was a complete gut and rebuild. Josh Hobbs and the Dalworth Restoration team were able to handle all the details...the whole process went in a timely, professional manner and they got us back into our new building. Wed use them again in a heartbeat.

Original post:Arrived at our building at 6:00am to find 2-3 inches of standing water from a broken pipe. Frantically called water damage companies. Dalworth responded quickly and arrived on site within 3 hours with a crew and equipment to start damage control. Their entire staff was professional, helpful and understood our need to return to business as quickly as possible. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests that allowed us to resume normal operations. They worked late nights and Mother’s Day evening! We are so thankful for their help and professionalism during a crisis!

After a pipe burst in my attic in mid-December, I called Dalworth to help with the clean-up & restoration. I have nothing but great things to say about Lavarus & his crew who came out to deal with the water mitigation, and I wish I could write two separate reviews here. They arrived within a couple hours of me calling & were very thorough in their work. Lavarus communicated what the process would be, and I felt taken care of during what was a stressful time & one in which I had no idea what to do. The next step would be the restoration.That was December, it is now April, and nothing has happened with my house. I paid for the water mitigation bill on time & have been ready to schedule & pay for the restoration for a couple months now. The last time I heard from my new Project Manager, Ken, was March 1, and that was only after 3 weeks of trying to get in contact with him through phone calls & email. I finally heard back after reaching out to someone else in the company. At that point, he said they were swamped but would get to me that month (March). I waited patiently the entire month but heard nothing. Now it is almost mid-April, and I have both called & emailed again simply asking for an update & an estimate of when they might be able to begin, but I have gotten no response.I have zero confidence that Dalworth is going to be able to help me at this point. I also did not receive the project manager’s report on my house until late February… over 2 months after he wrote it, which has ended up causing some issues with my insurance claim.I have been shocked at the unprofessionalism & the lack of communication in this second phase, and it has made an already stressful situation even more stressful. I have been willing to be patient, & I understand that they are now swamped with business from the mid-February winter storm, but I have been waiting since December, and all I expect as a client is professional & clear communication. If I had been informed in December that the restoration wouldn’t happen until the late spring or summer, then I could have at least mentally prepared. I have to assume that they are bumping larger jobs ahead of me at this point, which certainly doesn’t seem like a fair or honest way to do business. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in how Dalworth treats their customers & would not recommend them to anyone.

Dalworth Restoration hires 3rd party contractors that dont know what theyre doing. Had them install laminate hardwood floors after water damage several years ago. To this day I cant believe what terrible of a job they did and I paid them in full. They nailed down a floating floor upstairs. All the trim is cut poorly. They cut the columns I built to fit the floor in. They asked for more trim material because they poorly managed their cuts and wasted material. This place is a joke.

DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE. I cant stress this enough. They did water mitigation on my house. They said not to worry, they would deal directly with my insurance company. They wanted thousands more than what the insurance was willing to pay. I paid them what the insurance gave me plus my deductible but it did not cover the invoice. Now they are threatening to put a lien on my house. They never gave me an estimate for the work. If I had received an estimate, I would have laughed and told them to go away.

Extremely happy with the work done in my residence by Dalworth. Their communication was top notch as I had some scheduling conflicts that needed worked through. The workmanship was better than I had expected due to prior experiences here in town, and the fact that the gentlemen doing the work really cared about my opinion and satisfaction made this a fantastic experience. My house looks like new again following all the water damage! I will certainly be calling on Dalworth again if work is needed on my home.Thanks Dalworth!!

Jason McKee was our Superintendent for our home reconstruction and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Any time we had a question about something, Jason was there to answer or find an answer. Think twice before contracting this company. Awesome at rug cleaning. So I contracted them to clean tile, marble, seal it all, clean air vent, dryer vent, etc. No sealant applied to grout. Air vent and ducts still dirty after their second visit. AC guys questioned if work was performed. Asked Dalworth to come back and test grout and view my vents, they declined.

During a time of stress, Cameron Culpepper was able to answer all of my questions and calm my uncertainties while shedding some light on an unpleasant situation with our home. He is very knowledgeable of the business industry-wide and all of the moving parts that go with it. They claim 24/7 emergency. I called at 3:30 am told they would call back in 15 - 20 minutes. After several call backs at 5:30 am I was finally told the truth. “They don’t get in the office until 7 am. They will call after 8 am to schedule a tech visit.” So they don’t have 24/7 service.I immediately picked an alternative, called, and 55 minutes later they arrived prepared to do the work.

Dalworth responded very quickly when pipes broke inside Button Memorial United Methodist Church. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up the water, found plumbers to fix the broken pipes, and cleaned the flooded carpet. The only hiccup was the claim for our insurance, which was fixed quickly. Highly recommend Dalworth.

They worked on my home in McKinney and did a decent job but no updates were given to me during the work. Then, they left abruptly and were completely out of reach everytime I tried to reach them to get some of my questions answered about what they had accomplished, what are my next steps etc. Really unprofessional after payment.

Very sorry work came to the warehouse where i work due to Covid 19 cases and the entire warehouse is still dirty does not look like it was touched

They picked up & returned all my rugs clean & fresh for affordable fee.

They advertise a free estimate, but when I called them and told them that we had damage from yesterday they said it would be a $150 charge to come out and provide an estimate. When I asked about their advertised free estimate, they said you have to call the same day the damage occurs. Not sure why the distinction is relevant, but in any event, they are appear to be deceptive advertisers and that would make me question any quotes/work they might provide.

We callled Dalworth and they had someone at our house in 20 minutes. Cameron Culpepper did a 3D mapping of the effected areas and explained the process so we knew exactly what to expect. The clean up crew was there within the hour and did a wonderful job taking care of the problem. We put a lock box on the front door and had our house back in 4 days.Inability of one of the two clean up crew to speak English was the ONLY difficulty we had (misunderstandings while trying to rearrange 4 rooms created enough frustration that I felt something needed to be said). Please note I still rated them 5 stars.Would I use them again? Absolutely! Best in the business as far as I am concerned!

Too busy and somewhat unresponsive

We had a a pipe bust and called dalworth, Michael and Kurt were out here within the hour to help. Within the next couple of hours we had all the stuff to make sure everything would start to dry asap. Once all the drying was done we were put in contact with Brian who was extremely helpful throughout the flooring process. Jason was also very knowledgeable and always easy to get into contact with to answer all our questions. Overall I am extremely thankful for all the time and hard work all these guys put into making sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. I would recommend dalworth to anyone

Kurt was courteous attentive to my concerns and gave me several Solutions it was a good experience way to go Kurt.

Dalworth Restoration did such a great job when my washer drain did the unthinkable,(became clogged and leaked water over much of the house), but Cameron and the different teams made short work of cleaning things up! They placed large fans and dehumidifiers throughout the house, came out every day to mske sure the drying process was progressing as it should and that the equipment was working properly. They all explained everything thoroughly, and withing 3 days all was dry. Arturo Murrillo was the technician I saw most often, but they were all so pleasant and easy to deal with; I wish I could remember everyones names, they all deserve compliments. Arthur and Kurt came and picked up their equipmentioned today abd both of them spent quite a bit of time in directing me as to how to proceed with the insurance company from here on. Before they left, all the furniture was put back in place and, except for what the water had damaged, one couldnt even tell anything had happened.Dalworth Restoration made the whole ordeal so much easier to deal with.I highly recommend Dalworth for any restoration!

You cant beat Dalworths customer service, and Mr. Cameron Culpepper is a perfect example of that. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Culpepper as my service technician. I found Mr. Culpepper to be very knowledgeable, and he provided me very specific and detailed information that would give me optimal results for my issue with mold. While my issue is frustrating, it is lessened when you work with professionals that understand, and are able to walk you through the process without it becoming more overwhelming.

Dalworths rug cleaning service is excellent. My Persian rugs were picked-up on time, labeled, cleaned, returned and placed on new rug pads that they cut to fit. The rugs look great!

We contacted Dalworth Restoration as requested by our home owners insurance company for water damage from our A/C unit. The respresentative on the phone was very polite and they answered any questions that we had and promptly set up an appointment for a specialist to come out and review our damage. There was very little laspe in time for the specialist to arrive at our house. Once there the specialist was very informative and explained each step of the process of restoring our house. He implemented the restoration quickly and was able to save the house from additional damage. He walked us through each pricing item of the restoration and was very knowledgable on the services and what we needed for our house. He returned each day following that to make sure that the systems in place were working correctly and that there were no further issues or more damage. I would definitely hire Dalworth again and would recommend them to family and friends.
