This was the most amazing experience. Beautiful salon. The owner took extra care of me cause he noticed my walk, due to having broke my ankle. He made sure that I was well taken care of & helped me get out of the chair. It was worth the money spent. Remember, to tip these ladies. They all work very hard for you to have nice nails & feet.

Every time I go the place is so clean and welcoming! I love that they offer beverages. And if you are getting a manicure and pedicure they pamper you by doing both at the same time! Rachel and Don usually do my nails and they are awesome!

This was my first time going there and enjoyed it very much! The estheticians were friendly, and were very gentle on my tender skin. I got a cucumber pedicure & a dip manicure & both look fantastic!

DO NOT ASK FOR A PAYMENT BEFORE SERVICES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. The manager asked me to pay before pedicure was complete. I had came in for mani, pedi, and brows. HIS EXCUSE WAS I dont want you to mess up your nails. I did not even get my brows because that was not included in payment because he was so busy trying to make sure I paid for services. It is rude and a huge turn off for the customer. I will NEVER come back. Didnt get my brows done ($12) and didnt leave a tip ($15-$20) so who really lost in this situation?

Very accommodating for our large party at a last minute. Beyond that they were very skillful in their services. And finally they offer a large variety of options.

It was my first time here, I had a 6 oclock appointment, as so in as I sat down for them to start the gentleman in the front looked at my nails and started talking bad about how my nails were poorly done. I went in on Tuesday for a dip by Friday of the same week 4 of my nails had lifted. If your going to bad mouth a different salon make sure your services are better. I do not recommende this place. Disappointed and frustrated that I sent money on a place that could not do my nails correctly.

Very disappointed with today’s “pedicure”I usually get ladies that know what they are doing and they actually clean your nails, but the lady I got today was a total disaster. Ive been coming here for years and have run the gambit on their nail services. Ive done standard pedicures and a few of their upgraded packages, standard manicures, gel manicures, and dip manicures. I think they do a solid and reliable job. Its a pretty big establishment for a nail salon sok you rarely have to wait too long to be seen. You can also call ahead to make a reservation which I would highly recommend doing if youre coming with a large group. I did have issues on my last two dip manicures. They knocked me with the buffing tool both times. One time was not helped by my cuticle being really dry. The other time was just plain sloppiness. I have also noticed that the staff has a bit of an odd putting self righteous leaning to their attitude and nature. Theyre mostly nice but it can make me feel uncomfortable at times.

I live part/time across the street in Viridian. The management and salon workers are all friendly. Drinks are a nice touch. The dip manicure lasts longer than any other place and looks amazing. Beautiful and clean decor. We have never waited, they always have someone ready to serve you. I live in Ohio too and totally recommend this salon. 5 star service!

I went in and got my nails done with the dip...I am so disappointed they look horrible... They are not nail professionals at all...They dont talk to you at all...the lady who works the front is nice and its lovely inside but it stops at the door for sure...

Don is so tedious and knowledgeable about his work. He does my Mani and pedis. He is the absolute best! The place is clean and friendly. Prices are average for the colleyville strip. Its worth it. They have all kinds of different pedis to chose from! Guava scrub smells yum!

I have come here about 4 times and I have tried other places in between and nothing else has compared to the customer service, the prices, and the longevity of the nails. I have had my white dip nails for a month(1st pic when I 1st got them done) and they have not changed color nor have they chipped or cracked (2nd pic is 4 weeks later). I went to a super fancy place in uptown Dallas and after the first week my white nails were brown and 2 were chipped AND I PAID MORE!!! So I am sticking with Upscale Spa & Nails. Also their pedicures are top notch!!!!

I am so disappointed in my pedicure. I got the “deluxe” because I was willing to pay more to get a really good pedi. Unfortunately, this was the bare minimum pedi that I paid “deluxe” price for. What good is massage and stones if your toes don’t look good? My skin wasn’t smooth. I was left with dry areas around my toes. My polish was uneven. I paid more for gel, and when I got home they smudged. Not even dried all the way. $55 down the drain. I’m giving the second star because of the massage and stones.

The prices are great and I always get compliments on my nails. They are just wonderful and I would absolutely recommend everyone to check them out!!

First time here and I had a pleasant experience. My pedicure was wonderful and the employees were all very friendly and nice. I also had my nails done and I got the dip nails. I usually don’t get the dip nails because I had a bad experience elsewhere but Helen was very precise and took her time on my nails. My nails are beautiful! I plan on returning!

I have been going here for about the past three years and I trust no one else with my nails . They are always super accommodating especially with me having a young daughter in tow! They have some of the best nail technicians I have ever seen including Helen, Simon and Don just to name a few of my favorites! Work on my feet all day, come here about once a month or so to get a pedicure done by Rachel. She does an amazing job, yes i get some odd looks being a 280lb bearded man in a nail salon but i had to start taking better care of my feet. Service is excellent and Rachel really does wonders.

I am not happy with the outcome of my pedicure. The tech did a horrible job and when asked to correct her errors she got upset. For 40 bucks the overall experience could have been better. I will not return.

They do good work but really push you to tip them. Its awkward when your checking out and theyre investigating your receipt to see if theres a tip, then try to get you to use their in house ATM to get a cash tip.

Im really confused about all the negative reviews. I absolutely loved this place! My typical nail salon doesnt have a huge variety on dipping powder so I decided to try somewhere else. I am VERY PICKY. Been going to same place for 3 years. Im sure everyone has a different experience but I called 30 min early and asked if I could make an appointment for 12:30 and when I got there right at that time they sat me right away I told them I was wanting to get home to watch the foot ball game so he suggested I had them to do my toes and nails at the same time so I could get back to the game so I agreed. They did the dipping powder which I love and they have A LOT of options. He asked me what I like what I wanted the shape i like and did exactly what I wanted. The ONLY thing I would say if I had to was that they could do a little better on the massages when you pay for a $50 pedicure but everything else was great! Very nice staff and VERY busy which is a pretty good sign. Got there at 12:30 and got out at 1:45 with a pedicure and dipping powder. I didnt experience any rudeness or dirty bowls. They replace the plastic after every person and sanitize it. Overall I really enjoyed it here and I definitely plan on coming back.

This is by far the best nail salon in the area. Ask for Don or his wife to do your nails or your pedicure. Don is a perfectionist and he makes sure my nails and toes are perfect every time. Ive tried using some of the others and no one compares. Just call and make an appointment so you dont have to wait for Don. The prices arent much different than other nail salons and I feel you get what you pay for. Ive seen some negative comments on here but I believe if you let them know what happened and you treat them with respect you wont have any issues.

If there was a zero I would give it to them. Arrived at 3:45 and just leaving at 5:30. The wait was LONG!I brought my daughter with me, she was finished with hers about 45 minutes prior to mine being done.The lady asks me to go wash my hands. She disappears for 20 minutes so I have to ask the guy at the front where she went. She eventually comes back and doesnt say anything.So then I check out and its 70 dollars. For what? Just Gel nail polish for both of us. I DID NOT ask for manicures only polish!!!! I had been here 4 times before. This is the last time. I will not come back.I planned on doing eyebrows as well, but no one bothered asking me if I wanted anything else, but upon check-in I wrote what I wanted done.This is sad. Dont waste your time. You are better off going to the salon near your home.

Nails turned out beautiful. probably some of the prettiest nails i’ve ever gotten, BUT they weren’t friendly and the lady who did my nails had an attitude because i accidentally said i wanted a manicure instead of a full set.

Been going for along time but the last two times they overcharged me for a fill. They charged me $45 for a fill. NOT a full set... Fill only.. Way to high and the 1st time the owner question the tech. So I gave them another chance. The tech who did these nails ended up doing my toes and a different lady did my nails. I feel the guy who over charge me the 1st time told her to over charge me the second time. This place has gone down hill. To much competition to put up with overpricing.

Went here today on several recommendations after not going here for several years.. I have dip nails, and for 2 years, have had no issues. Today, my fingers HURT. I have knicks on 4 fingers, and you can see streaks on several nails. My pedicure looks awful. Technician was texting, put 4 or 5 coats of polish on. Looks like a 5 yr old did my toes. Wont be back. Ever.

This place is very rude. I was a loyal customers for a few months coming weekly for pedicures and gel or color powder fills/full sets Until they CUT MY LEG. I received NO APOLOGY from the manager or the lady who cut me only the lady who does my eyebrows who didnt charge me because she was sorry for the other peoples actions. Every since then theyve been completely rude to me and it pisses me off. I only come for my eyebrows because of the sweet lady. But Im done. Its not worth it. Im stuck with three UGLY scars from my last pedicure with them. Watch out for the water sprayers, dont let them touch your leg. They wont care...***i posted photos of what was just a scratch and how it is 15 weeks later AS A SCAR.*** But they dont care.

They say you get what you pay for....great nails, but not cheap.And I will say this for them...I had an issue with one of my pedicures...they missed an ingrown toe-nail on the verge, and they fixed it for me.Tom does the best fingernails if you ask me. He can be a bit moody, but I ask for him every time.

The employees have always been nice and I loved getting my nails done here. But the guy that runs it is rude and a jerk. He was rude twice, the first day and the last day. Good thing there is a nail salon on every corner.

Just had nails done last Sunday. One nail broke 6 days later abs they had the nerve to charge me 7 dollars. Never again will I go there.

Horrible, water was cold. I upgraded my pedicure and even the stones were cold. There were flys buzzing around and a foul smell from the chair. I asked for a reduced price seeing as how the water was cold and the woman refused and told me that was normal for them. I’ll never go back and tell everyone I know to beware.

Just visited this store to do nails for me, my daughter, and my mother-in-law. When they messed up my daughter’s nails, I asked that they fix it. Instead of apologizing and fixing the mess, the manager (Lee) said that he will never do the nails for my daughter ever again. How rude! How can someone be so insensitive and say such rude things not only to a paying customer, but also to a 10-year-old girl? I would never recommend anyone to ever go to this store. I’m so sad that someone was so mean to my daughter! They really need to learn manners and customer service!

The people are rude. I walked in not realizing they were closed and 3 people watched me to sit down for almost 15 mins before letting me know they were closed. I went in twice before and had gel nail color put on. Both times I asked how long the gel would last and I was told 2 weeks. Within a week the gel paint started peeling on the sides and cracking. The 1st time I didnt say anything because I didnt want to be the customer to complain but then I went a 2nd time and the woman filed my nails so hard the UV light was burning my nails and the paint still peeled and cracked. When I went back to show them the manager only offer to do a process called Dipping which is $10 more than the Gel nail color. I had to argue with her to understand that I paid over $60 for a processes that only lasted a week or less only to come back and be charged more. The most she would do was take $10 off the original price and had an attitude. I allowed them to do my nails 1 more time. I will say I do like the Dipping better but I will never recommend this place to anyone and I wont be going back, which Im sure they are happy to hear.

Great service!!! Ask for Rice he is very polite and gentle, if you ask him to do your nails a certain way he does it no questions asked and he remembers so you dont have to repeat yourself every time you go back.

First I wanna say I have always been happy with my service. Theyre the only ones who can do an American Manicure correctly. My problem was tonight I tried to use a gift card I got for Christmas to pay for my services. I called ahead to make sure I head enough to cover and I did. When I was finished I got declined at the register. I had 52 left on the card and the service was only 45. I called the TFN on the card and the rep informed me they were trying to run the card through for the service plus 20% which was putting me over which was why the card kept declining. I was so embarrassed. Also a little pissed because I had always wondered why they didnt have a space to leave a tip via debit or credit purchase. Now I know its because they automatically charge you 20% for services. You need to be aware of this because if youre tipping AND theyre charging you 20% out the door youre tipping. Ill be back but thats bullshit. Ill tip you what I can or what Im able to. A tip is a tip, if you wanna compensate for services you should include that in your prices initially. Smh. Really? Disappointed. Youve been educated. Check your transactions.

AWFUL!!!! I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and its SOO bad!! There are indentions and bumps all over the Polish, the Polish looks dull, the filing was horrific, the acrylic was thick and lumpy... and the very next day 3 of my nails had cracks in them. Then, to top it off, they charged me $45!! Im definitely willing to pay for good job but this wasnt worth a penny! Ive gotten my nails done continuously for years and Ive never had a job this bad. I posted a picture but its so horrific, I highly doubt they will approve it to be posted. But, seriously.... Save your money and go somewhere else!! Even if they offered me a free service Id never go back. BAAADD!!! STAY AWAYYY!!!!!

Im torn. Best set of nails Ive ever had, but I also had a pedi done with my daughter while in there. We went in a Saturday and it was very, very busy. I watched in horror as one after another customer left the pedi bowls and they went uncleaned. There was an older gentleman who walked around and would spray the bowl with the water. He then filled the bowl back up and put a couple of pumps of soap in. The next customer would sit down as Im sure I did, unaware.I really think someone needs to inspect this place. This CANNOT be hygenic.

HORRIBLE. I will never come back. As soon I walked in they were rude after I told them I only wanted regular polish. Then my lady STARED at me rudely the entire time. Making me crazy uncomfortable especially since she made me pay first before the process. Then she walked up and left as soon as she finished my pinky nail is missing polish on the edges so you can see my nails and it was all lumpy. My friend also came and had her eyebrows waxed and ended up with one thin one and one thick one.
