My mother has been at Westpark for 5 years. She has NEVER had a skin blemish or other issue. We recently moved my Dad in to join her as well (6 months ago). Both are well cared for by an amazing staff. Yes, the building is older but the staff is tried and true. The nurses, aides, kitchen, Therapy, activities, laundry, office - they all perform their jobs admirably and are friendly to patients, residents and visitors. I often recommend Westpark to folks taking the tour. I want to put their minds at ease that your loved one will receive good care at Westpark. Its not an easy decision but when your loved one needs the next level of care, you can feel safe and secure with Westpark.

Our mother has been there for a few years and is treated very well. The D.O.N is amazing as well as the Social worker and the HR. My mothers nurses are the best and Im so happy that we trusted them with Our Mama.. Thank you Westpark....

Such an amazing place! The location is great. It has pretty trees and provides privacy for the residents. Its close to facilities and the hospital. The staff are amazing, knowledgeable and oh so friendly. The patients are the sweetest. Thank you for having us out to assist you for the Breast Cancer Awareness carnival!

The staff at Westpark Rehabilitation and Living has been nothing short of amazing. The kindness, compassion, patience, comfort and exceptional care that my dad has received is more than I could have ever hoped for. They keep me updated with any changes or concerns and answer any questions I may have. Their job is not an easy one but I will say they are definitely Angels here on earth. Thank you for the comfort you have given me knowing that my dad is being well cared for.

Excellent care and exemplary service! This facility has made strides of improvement and have provided such great care! The staff are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help! They are always available and go the extra mile!

My elderly mother, who is also battling cancer, was in rehab at this facility and while the nurses and administrative staff were helpful and attentive for the most part, most of the aides were rough and seemed annoyed by any request for assistance by my mother. When I reported that one aide was particularly rough with my mother to the facility administrator, he was very dismissive and seemed inconvenienced until he realized the severity of the matter. In these trying times due to the pandemic, patients are scared and isolated. Facilities should be putting extra efforts into comforting their residents, especially when they are over staffed. I DO NOT recommend anyone placing their loved one in this facility.

What is crucially important for me when I am going to select a nursing facility for my mom and dad is the Nursing Care!Not the Building!Loving Tender Care!!Is what makes the recovery speedy and uneventful ! I have witnessed a very alert, active , friendly , supportive and caring staff while providing required care!Special care units for Dementia patients is another plus for the families of loved ones in HEB and surrounding cities!!I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

This building has seen many changes in the past 2 years. I am pleased with the changes to make. I have watched the staff moral increase and the new management have assisted in making sure that needs of residents are met. They genuinely care here and I am happy that I get to remain part of the team.

I am very pleased with the facility. All needs were met. Staff goes above and beyond to provide quality care for the patients. If I voiced a concern it was addressed timely. Nurses on the floor are very attentive. The room was clean. I never smelt any foul odors while visiting. The therapy department does a fantastic job at getting their patients back to prior level to return home. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I have seen my wife work as a nurse in other facilities. This one is by far the best. The staff are caring for the patients and always smiling. There is never a smell. Lights are answered quickly. I would recommend this facility for a loved one.

Working here as nurse taking care of 26 patients is a joke.I mean directors are expecting you pass medication,review lab results,do wound care,skin assessment,peg tubes,admissions,report change of condition to doctors ,check blood sugars and go to dinning room and endless assignments every day .standing on your feet from 6 am to 11 pm,by the time you finish with first dose it is time for second doses.Managers work is meetings all day in the conference room and ordering food for themselves.They say no med aides because of census. I wish the owner will know how they have dedicated nurses who are willing to work but cant stay because their feet is hurting for standing all day just passing medication.

My family and I are grateful to have found this facility. Setting up my father in law in the facility was quick and easy. We feel our dad is safe and well taken care of. The rooms are clean and larger than we expected. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have had the opportunity to speak with numerous staff members as well as family members who have placed their loved ones in this facility and the feedback has always been wonderful! The facility is clean and the staff is so friendly. The people who work in the business office/admissions are incredibly helpful and so wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!

I completed a tour at Westpark. Very pleased. No foul odor. Staff smiling and on the halls. Lights answered quickly. Management very attentive. Any question I had was answered.

Staff is friendly, facility is clean and nursing care is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Would only send my worst enemy to this place. My quadriplegic wife went in for a four day respite stay and came out with 3 pressure wounds, including one about 4 inches across at her tailbone. They did not follow doctors orders, lost all the medications that were provided (and tried to charge us for the new ones), lost clothing and ruined a custom memory foam pillow used for her wheelchair. Theres more, but this should be enough to warn you away from this place. They dont even rate one star....

There have been so many GOOD changes in facility. There is diversity for sure. Complaints are addressed, If you tell Department Head and Grievance process is extensive and all complaints are addressed.The Department Heads are AWESOME!!!! Residents are Happy and well cared for.

My grandmother had a great stay. Rehab team was awesome and everyone we dealt with from the front office to nursing were all very friendly. Very clean facility.

This facility is clean, staff very friendly. The CEO is excellent with his administration team. I recommend it highly to family and friends.

MY grandmother was in the facility and the staff was so amazing, kind, sweet, loving and treated her so wonderful. I would recommend this building to anyone who wants their loved on taken care of because they will treat them just like family.....
