10 years ago, I was a client. Absolutely POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. My DBT Class was fabulous, life changing, growth.5🌟.Now the midst of the pandemic, I am quite DISAPPOINTED 😞, I ask for a referral (understanding they arent taking new clients)and was given White Bird.I have nothing against White Bird I give them high regard for what they do.Wow, my bad,🤔 Thanks for reading.

I cannot say enough words of praise for how wonderful this place is. The staff is so friendly and helpful. There are many people who make Laurel Hill a place to spend their days, as it is a safe environment for all. The counselors are caring and concerned for the well being of the participants with whom they work. The director is amazing. Even the receptionists make it a place where a person can feel welcomed and cared about. They greet everyone warmly and with kindness as soon as they walk up to the front desk. All the staff constantly seek to help people, and make their lives better. They encourage healing, health, and living a fulfilled life. I am grateful for the changes I was able to make while there. As long as a person is willing to put in the effort it takes to make big changes, big changes will be made!

I used to be a client of Laurel Hill over 5 years ago. They were awsome. Helped me bunches. When i came back to Eugene I went to get services. I am un happy with both services and how I have been treated. Also I get a monthly bus pass from ride source if I have enough appointments. For months I have gotten my own pass as I havent had appointments. This month I called to get my bus pass, only Laurel Hill has been receiving them and I cant get one. I cant get one from Laurel Hill because I am not a client and cant get one from ride source as they sent one out for me already. I now dont have the money to purchase my own bus pass and am unable to get to my appointments and such.

I cant decide... Sometimes you feel like a nut. Sometimes you dont Thats the best I can say right now. Ive been both served and harmed there. So I guess its the same a any place else. The reviewers who say that theyve changed alot arent wrong. Id say, theyre Spot On. It DID use to be GREAT! While Im trying to stay optimistic... So far its just sad. A sad ghost of what it use to be. Well see though. Things change and evolve and Ive seen both small miracles and huge blessings manifest themselves without anyone ever saying a word of praise or gratitude . I have seen all to clearly the joy and pleasure of those Squeeky Wheels and the pain hopelessness of those who long to hearSomeone ...Anyone... With anything to say that speaks with passion & wisdom, strength & Compassion about where were going INSTEAD OF where weve been. We musT WAKE ONE ANOTHER ! Is it only me whos tired of a life of triage? With the fullness of our being... Find something to breathe into life that doesnt reek of Pity, Shame or Fear. Authenticly Engage first with yourself then with one another. Seek out ways to be of service. Participate. Alleviate. Eradicate the stench of Power Over By Stepping out of the lie & into the light. Be refusing to swallow the bile so long spoken of Separate From & Lesser Than !
