I love my new haircut! This is a very nice salon and Mariko did a great job. She was very kind and thorough. I had somewhere around 8 inches cut off and plan to donate it. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Nice to have a great salon so close to home :)

Megan is a terrific nail technician. I have been going to her for years. Jody is my hair stylist. Between the two of them, Ive never looked better.

Raidun always does an amazing job with my nails. My gel manicures never chip. Im always happy when I leave with the work she does.

The hair dresser gave me the cut I wanted! I have been having a problem with finding the right hair dresser! Next time I go I will let you know her name! Plus its been very clean.

Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They all had smiles and they were all glad to be at their jobs. The front desk lady even commented about how happy she was to be a working person!

I had my hair done by Abby and she was absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and took her time on my hair. She took the time to show me some quick easy ways for me to style it and she was just all around awesome! I cant wait to go back!

Brandon is great at nails! 5 stars! Hes the only reason I go there.That places not ventilated well enough for everything its got going on. Its so crowded you always feel like youre on top of someone else. The rest of the staff isnt very welcoming or friendly.

My wifes favorite place. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great relaxing atmosphere, she can sit and have a glass of wine to unwind after a long day, while she waits to get pampered! Just a really cool spot.

This is a fantastic salon! I was thrilled to have found it after I moved to Eugene I had no salon so by some trial and error I found this place it has turned out to be so Great! There are some wonderful stylists and Estheticians very professional and down to earth as well.

I bought a Groupon for a wax before a trip to Hawaii, an hour before my appointment Melissa cancelled due to being sick. At that point it was too late to get in before my trip. I rescheduled a month or so later to only be cancelled on a second time (last minute again) for being sick. I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a third time. The day arrives and she cancelled AGAIN this time due to being stuck due to weather. Im a pretty reasonable person, so I ignored it and scheduled for the fourth time . Today she cancelled on me again, an hour before my appointment. For the fourth time. Do not waste your time to schedule. I feel like Ive been played. So hopefully I get refunded by Groupon.

I followed my stylist, Don, there a few years ago and enjoy going there. And, I love Barb at the front desk.

Although I was treated with a friendly smile and a clean environment my waxing was done with such speed I actually obtained an injury. I was willing to give continued patronage and a 2nd chance....until there was no ownership of the injury or any offer for a refund or discount even with a follow up text to the technician.

Went to get service done by melissa Hammonds... She was amazing!! Super faat at waxing. Very professional. Sweet. I have found my all time waxer i will never see anyone else. I highly reccomond her! ❤❤❤❤

I followed my hair stylist here, on my first visit my mother and I got our hair done at the same time and I brought my 2 boys with me as the website stated kid friendly. The salon is nice, clean, and well staffed. However, DO NOT bring your kids here. The clientele is elderly, and the other stylists became upset by my kids being here. Even annoyed that my baby was in the way, as he was sitting in his car seat next to us. Later, I had my 4 yo sitting quietly with me as I was processing under the dryer. I was not so kindly told by reception that he had to sit up in the waiting area.....( unsupervised, what?) She did not offer a salution only kurtly walked off. As a result my mom then stopped her hair cut to take the kids out of the salon. my husband left work to come over and take them next door. I will come back because I love my stylist, but Im very disappointed in how I was treated by staff for even having my kids here. One stylist stated we have clients that are 90 insinuating that my children were going to hurt one of them. My 4yo was a little hyper during this visit, but not out of control, or running around to break someones hip. This was worse than being glared at and hearing comments by people when you take your kids to a restaurant. As any parent knows how aweful that feels.
