Friendly staff and not too long on waiting times. Though I did have to switch to another health provider there because the one I was originally given was chauvinistic towards me and didnt take the health information I gave to him seriously. It was like talking to a wall. Glad I found a good one this time.

Probably the worst place Ive ever been for help .. The NP here was so rude and disrespectful that he actually told me i had something I didnt (knowing BTW he was falsely telling me this with a grin ).. J.R should be removed from the medical industry wouldnt ever recommend this place... if you care about yourself or your children do not take here...

The front staff was kind and professional, very clean and well organized office!My five year old son had a dental check up with a wonderful dental staff member. He was relaxed and happy with this dental staff.

Allison Nance is my Dr. And iam filing a lawsuit. Over 2 yrs, she was prescribing meds that couldnt go together. Now she is cancelling my alcohol detox meds. I could die. She will lose her liscense.

Doctors here dont listen to their patients. Give this one a pass.

The front desk is very kind and clinic runs on time plus it is quite new and beautiful. The back office staff are also very kind and professional plus highly skilled. My only word of advice, seek care from NP (nurse practitioner) you will receive a more holistic (encompassing your whole being) type of care, plus they will consult a MD if needed without hesitation.

I’ve been going here for over a year now. Their staff has always been polite and happy to help with all my questions. I’ve been to many doctors over the years, but no where makes me as comfortable as this place.

The employees are always accomodating and friendly. When it is very busy the clients should be patient while they help everyone. Ive always appreciated the service at this clinic.

This is one of the best general medical practices Ive been to since being on the Oregon Health Plan insurance. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, new and attractive, and the staff are always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Ive never had to wait long in the waiting room or exam room, and Ive never felt the provider was rushed, impatient, or unprepared.Unlike the previous doctors office to which I was assigned (River Road Medical Group), everyone here treats me with respect. No one has ever been dismissive, condescending, rude, or prejudiced toward me. I have seen 2 different doctors and 2 different nurse practitioners, and Ive been happy with them all.At my previous doctors office (River Road Medical Group), the nurse practitioners didnt take the time to listen or do an exam, and acted as if they thought I was either a hypochondriac or drug-seeking. Consequently, I was left untreated, and in constant pain for what turns out to be a very treatable condition.

My first visit was outstanding, I thought the dr was very reasonable about my needs for referrals, given that I was a new patient and they were still awaiting records. The front desk staff was nice. The dr was absent for one of my appointments that I really needed, and I didn’t get any call to warn me. Still they were nice about everything up until I needed medication. Little did I know the incompetence that I would experience after giving them my ROI forms... even with all the information needed, they still didn’t even request the records from my old drs for weeks. I have a gene mutation that makes some medications completely ineffective, while others work very well. This unfortunately means that the only anxiety medication that works for me is a Benzo. It is almost impossible to get her to fill that medication while I wait for my mental health appointment. I need all of my medications to be able to function through each day, let alone make it to work. She also would not provide a referral to a pain specialist for my chronic pain issues, instead she referred me to a Physical Rehab facility where she assured me things like acupuncture would be covered by my insurance (OHP), which they are most assuredly NOT. All of this because she does not want any Opioids prescribed to anyone. I believe the reason for this difficulty is that it is a county facility and while she is a very nice doctor, she is too jaded by treating drug addicts and users to provide necessary assistance to those who are none of those things. I wish doctors could tell the difference between someone who needs medications to make it through the day because their body and mind are literally breaking down, and those who are simply drug seeking... I guess that’s too much to ask, and I do understand where she’s coming from. But I warn you, don’t go here if you have issues where you legitimately need ‘addictive’ medications. They will not help you here.

Leaving this clinic after 2 years. Due to one nurse being rude on numerous occasions. I’ve tried complaining but not like the office cares and the dr makes excuses for her behavior. Other reasons as well that I won’t make public.

I must warn all Dr Jason Roberts is a qauck in ever sense of the word or term. I have chronic anxiety and psychosis along with very high blood pressure my family has a long history of high blood pressure. Dr Roberts refused to help me even though my blood pressure is always so high Im almost in cardiac arrest please dont see this doc. Highly unprofessional.
