When my son needed glasses for the first time, we decided to try Eyemart Express. The staff we friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They helped him pick the perfect frames. We had 2 pairs of glasses ready in under an hour. I would highly recommend Eyemart Express.

This place is so great! I took my son in for glasses. They were done in less then an hour, the sales lady was so kind, knowledgeable and not too salsey. On the way home I cried because of how excited my son was about being able to see everything clearly. He read every sign all the way home out loud. It was amazing. Thank you.

Wife and I each bought 2 pairs. They said to come back in several hours instead of the one hour thing. FedEX Shipping to Florence took 6 days with a holiday 3 day weekend but we chose that route to avoid waiting so long. Other wise, things went well with the glasses. All 4 pairs were great. I’m not a stranger to Eyemart Express. I used them in Texas. What was nice to find was same customer service, I received my glasses far earlier than expected! It was to be at least a week they are experiencing a supply chain problems the same as most has experienced since county. Been using them for. 20+ years and have no reason to change!

I went into the Coburg store with my prescription. I was waited on immediately by a very helpful person who not only maneuvered my insurance but also found me a pair of glasses that fit the confines of that insurance as well as was flattering to my face. I also used a pair of frames that were my arm and they were very accommodating about that. I was told that it would be at least a week unless the parts were in. I got home and there was a text saying that my glasses were ready! I went the next day to pick them up and once again was met with helpfulness and professionalism. I am definitely going back to get my progressive from the store and this company. Highly recommend them!

The lady that helped Mr get my new glasses was beyond all expectations. I didnt know if my insurance would help me with my glasses. I didnt even think to ask. She informed me that yes my insurance would pay x amount. Now I have the best glasses Ive ever had. Eyemart express goes above and beyond.

I went in for an eye exam and new glasses. Eye exam went quickly. They had a decent selection of frames and the lady who worked with me was helpful and patient. The final cost was very affordable and Im super glad I finally have some good new glasses.

Very nice place if you need a new pair of glasses very soon. It only took them ~30min to finish my glasses that day. The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. A good selection of frames. Though its a little on the expensive side, still totally worth it.

I was very impressed with the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. Finding and trying on glasses felt comfortable, as I tried on as many as I liked at my own pace. The glasses I tried on were placed in a basket and were cleaned by the staff. I tried on a lot. I found 2 pair of glasses I liked but at the register changed my mind about the 2nd pair. There was no hint of disappointment or frustration on the part of the sales person. The glasses I chose were ready in 20 Minutes!!! I will definitely be recommending and will return there in the future!

I was greeted by Christopher as soon as I walked in the door. He listened while I explained what I was looking for and gave me all the options available. All in total I got two pairs of sunglasses and was out the door in just under one hour. They offered to text me when they were finished, but I chose to wait while they made my glasses. I am VERY satisfied with my experience.

Always amazing service when using Eyemart Express. Quick, to the point exams and helpful staff when selecting glasses. Even during a pandemic and understaffed the day I went in, they were friendly and attentive to those needing services.

Within a minute of entering the store an associate made contact with us. She was very polite and helpful. I picked out my frames, paid for them and left to run other errands. Total time in store was probably 20 to 30 minutes. In 45 minutes I received the text that the first pair was done. My friend and I proceeded to the checkout in the store we were in and before we got to the car, I’d received the text that the second pair was ready. Upon returning we were greeted by an associate immediately and were on our way in 5 to 10 minutes. I love both pairs of glasses! The staff were great and I was impressed with speed of those disinfecting the merchandise and all the surfaces. I highly recommend EYEMART!

I definitely recommend this place! The staff was great. In and out in a breeze, two pairs of glasses were ready in 17 minutes, and the discount frames were surprisingly adorable!

The staff at Eyemart in Eugene was excellent, they let me browse until I found a few frames I liked and then helped with how the looked on me, went through all the details with me and were great about it. 17 mins for 1st pair to get done and 27 mins for 2nd pair. all in all a great experience

I was pleasantly amazed at the service received yesterday at Eyemart Express in Eugene, ORDuring uncertain times of COVID-19 all staff was friendly, professional and respectful of distance & protection of others.I purchased 2 pair of eyeglasses and new lenses and within 33 minutes both pair were ready and fit me perfectly. The price was amazing and included transition of light to dark in them.I will return for future needs! Thank you so much! After struggling to find a pair of frames I liked at another local eyeglass store I decided, on a whim, to check out the selection at Eyemart Express. I was very happy to find a number of options that I liked at prices that insurance almost fully covered. Plus, I received a second pair with a special they were running. Service was great and my glasses were finished in under an hour. I found the lower prices frames are affordable and still stylish - a good option for those without insurance.

After realizing my backup glasses were a couple of prescriptions old, I decided to try Eyemart Express offer of 2 pairs of basic no line bifocals for $72. I was a little concerned about how the inexpensive graduated lenses would work out but theyre perfect, equal to my expensive glasses purchased elsewhere. Granted, the $20 frames required for this deal arent dazzling but if you simply need backup or work glasses, this deal is a fantastic deal. Remarkably, the first pair was ready in 37 minutes, both pair in 45 minutes. Im ecstatic to have reasonably priced spare glasses now!

My husband and I have both home in to receive a set of extra glasses (we have kids....). I was extremely happy with the service and the timely manner of things. They said it would take an hour to get both of mine ready and they were both ready with in 20 min. My husbands took a little longer (busier day) but it was still under an hour. Have your prescription when you go in. If you need an extra set of glasses this is 1000% the place to go. They are wonderful.

If i could give zero stars I would. I spoke with an employee yesterday to set up an appointment with the ophthalmologist. She was rude and very curt. She asked me questions and cut me off before I could give a complete answer. I happen to have the BEST insurance but she is apparently too incompetent to look it up and figure it out and simply said they dont accept it. They want CASH. Period.

I am very pleased with the quality of the frames I picked out for myself. The eye tech was so sweet and courteous. She made me feel confident with my selection. I also appreciated the fact that she educated me on the different types of lenses so I could make my own decision based on my needs. The next best thing, they text me in just 58 minutes that my 2 pairs were ready for pickup!

I received excellent and fast service that was very affordable. They replaced the lens in my old frames and I bought 2 new pairs because the price was so affordable.

I was pleased with the selection of eye glass frames they had in stock. And even though I had already used my insurance at another, less pleasing retailer, they still gave me a sizable discount on my second pair of frames. Overall, I left 100% satisfied.

Im giving them a five star for now because 1) I like the glasses, 2) they were the best price in town 3) they arrived ahead of schedule 4) everyone was pleasant to work with. Still remains to be seen if the glasses hold up. So far so good, 2 days in.

The ladies were really nice and patient when it took me a while to finally decide. As I was leaving to run other errands while they made the glasses for me a queen of all Karens came in. She yelled and pointed at them, resembling an obese and rabid hobbit. The floor staff somehow was even able to stay calm and keep and a soothing voice while asking the Karen some clarifying questions.Those poor women didnt deserve to be treated so poorly and i hope that women was banished from the store.

Hats off to Christopher S. At the Eugene, Oregon store. He is a real service hero.While vacationing on the Oregon shore, I lost my glasses on the mud flats while clamming. We looked but the tide came in before we found them. I called the closest Eyemart Express and was delighted that they could make new ones in just a couple hours. Not only that, but Christopher had them shipped right to our campground! The drowned glasses were only three weeks old, and were replaced and delivered at no cost.Thank you Eyemart Express and Christopher for superior customer service in a day when customer service can be a rare commodity.

Great service from the front staff. Would have given 5 stars if I hadn’t had to get one of the two pairs of lenses recut. I purchased 2 pairs, not the cheap deal but not high end either. One pair was great from the get go. The second made me drunk instantly. I’ve been wearing glasses over 40 years, so I knew they were off. I returned the next day, they compared the two sets and had my new lenses in and on my face in under 30 minutes. Very satisfied customer here. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for new glasses.

Extremely disappointed. I broke my glasses and heard there was a quick turnaround and low prices here. My glasses cost over $300 and they wont be ready for about another week. In the meantime Im forced to use an old prescription and glasses that are driving me crazy. Not good service in my book.

Wonderful customer service excellent people and very high quality in glasses. Theyre very quick and efficient. They have a wide variety of frame to choose from and the prices are great for any size pocket. And they have good hours. And the warranties are absolutely amazing after you get to glasses you have 30 days to make sure that they fit well and the lenses fit your eyes correctly. And if you get the scratch resistant on the lenses you have a one year warranty on that. I feel that the Eyemart Express has the best quality the best location and the best people working there way better than any other place Ive been to Walmart and a couple other eye places and Eyemart Express tops all of them.

Someone was available to help me right away and stayed with me from selection process to pick-up. Then I ran a quick errand and they were ready to pick up in 30 minutes. The price of the exam AND the glasses were very reasonable! And the service was outstanding... Doesn’t get better than that!

I walked in middle of the day in Friday just to scope out the place. Looking around I realized they had hundreds of glasses for me to choose from so I proceeded to schedule an appointment. I was able to schedule for next day. Shopped around for frames with the help of the associates - and left happy to come back. Came back saw the optometrist who was very friendly, and knowledgeable - got my Rx and walked into the lobby to proceed with the purchase of glasses. They had a sale for the second set, I was pleased to hear about! Once I made my selection, the associate walked into the lab (which is in the same building) and came out with my glasses 20 minutes later. It may not seem like much - but to be scheduled so quickly, but such friendly staff, and to leave with my glasses SAME DAY I was shocked. I suffer from headaches daily, and I honestly wanted to cry knowing things will get better from here on out. It’s the little things that really make the biggest impact. Thank you guys.

The eugene location was amazing they had a wide selection very helpful courteous staff the went over pricing and looked up my insurance for me, when I didnt have my card. I had a fantastic experience here. The staff is awesome. The glasses are cool and modern. Only area I see for improvement is, they could have called to verify my insurance when I gave it to them the week prior, rather than waiting until I was there on a Saturdayand realizing they couldnt verify it on a weekend. But it all worked out fine.

My daughter and I had an extreamly easy time picking out glasses and then an extra pair on a deal. We got her scratch protection lenses and with those came free tinting so we turned one pair into sunglasses! This is my go to place for glasses for about 8 years now. the crew is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make it a good experience. this time I was told it could take up to 2 weeks to get my glasses due to a backup from a broken machine. they texted and called me the very next day to pick up both pair of my new glasses. awesome service. I also saved about $150.00 by going here and not using my insurance at a different place. I highly recommend eyemart express

I took my 92 year old mother to get glasses at Eyemart Express. My moms glasses seem to disappear or break at the memory care facility where she lives and thaIm finding she is in need of new glasses and backups. The staff at Eyemartw lovely. My mother was quick to choose two frames. We already had her prescription so it was easy to set the bifocal line and send us on our way.We went for lunch. Of course mom couldnt read the menu. I received a text that one of two glasses was finished in 28 minutes. Another text came shortly thereafter. We were thrilled. We headed back and mom had her new glasses fitted. The entire process was very calm and easy. I really needed her to have new glasses as soon as possible and Eyemart Express certainly fit the bill for me. Although there wasnt a huge selection of glasses available for the 2 for $76. deal, it was better than I expected. Eyemart Express had been recommended to me and Im very glad that I followed through on the advice.

I just came in for the 2 pairs for $38.71 deal. I didnt even add any upgrades to them and theyre the best glasses ive ever had. Plus, even though they were super busy, they had both pairs ready in about a half hour. I was extremely impressed. I also love how they offer free tune ups a year long warranty on both pairs.
