I have been a customer at Bello for years. I have seen several stylists over the years and they have all been amazing! I just saw Abbey yesterday for the first time and as always - I am absolutely thrilled with my hair. The entire staff is always welcoming and its always clean. I have visited a couple of other salons over the years and always return to Bello. Ive read other reviews regarding their prices being high. I guess you get what you pay for because Im never disappointed when I leave Bello.

I recently started seeing Erin P for eyebrow sugaring and I am so happy I found her! Up until seeing Erin I was getting my brows threaded and unfortunately my brows were not as symmetrical as I would like. After just two visits my brows are exactly what I have been wanting. Erin takes the time to explain what materials shes using, why shes using a certain technique vs. another, and has always shown attention to detail but in a timely manner. Highly recommend if youre looking for eyebrow sugaring!

Ive been here a couple times. Asha is amazing and a wonderful pedicurist. If my experience had only been with her, Id have rated them five stars. But on another visit, when she wasnt available, the pedicurist I was given while professional and adept, wasnt particularly pleasant or friendly. Still, she did a fine job, and for some, that might be preferred.The facility is very clean and well kept, and I observed other employees doing through cleaning on stations in-between clients.

I used to love Bello spa, came there for 3 years, but lately its been worse and worse. Will not be returning. Manicure I received last time was the poorest quality. I would expect much better quality for the price (and Bello spa is a high end spa, with more expensive prices than a regular spa). She didn’t file corners of the nails. Only clipped them and put gel polish on. It was terrible. I had sharp edges in corners of every finger nail. I actually had to file them myself when i got home, because my nails were catching on my clothes!. Also they didnt have a color I was looking for - light lilac (which i thought was odd, because its a common color). The closest color they had (not so light lilac) ended up changing to a light opaque brown on my nails 2 days later, leaving my nails looking horrible. Also, she did not cover the entire nails with top color, leaving the bed of nails without top color. I think a 9-year old would do a better job than what she did at Bello Spa. Good bye Bello spa - switching to a different place.

The service is always friendly, prompt and makes you feel like a million bucks.

Definitely a nice spa salon. I love how everyone seems to know what theyre doing, i love that i can get my eyelashes done and sugaring too, something i waa looking for a long time.

I wanted a girls pedi day with my daughter-in-law and granddaughter. They were very accommodating with getting us all in at the same time. Everyone was very nice. The business is very clean and follows strict Covid protocols. Great pedi & nice girl time.

I called Bello and was able to get a same-day appointment! Savanna did a phenomenal job on my difficult hair (hello, cowlicks). The salon was clean, and the health and safety of clients and staff are a priority!

OMG! I can’t even with how happy I am! I had a lovely lady named Savanna! She is absolutely amazing! My hair has been a hot fried mess for years! Constantly trying new salons, new stylist, and finally I have found a keeper! Yes it is pricey, but so well worth it! I’ve always been huge on not spending a lot of money on my hair, but now I get why you should, being cheap has got me cheap hair all these years! Savanna thank you so much, thank you for all your time and work! I am literally so happy!!

I love this place! I have had a handful of pedicures here and massages and I just keep coming back. If you are pregnant the prenatal massage was what I really needed and the special pedicures are always very enjoyable. Definitely worth the money, as they listen to you and pamper you the whole time!

Bello is a serene, calming atmosphere with nothing but the finest in service and products. When I want to give a client something special, as a thank you, I always think of a gift card at Bello. You will be impressed and so will anyone that you send there for any of their services.

The front desk staff was friendly. I had my favorite hair stylist back home in Hawaii so I was afraid to go to a new place but Savannah did such an amazing job with my hair! My siblings and fiance love the new look! Highly recommended!

Love the easy of the place.The girls were amazing Amy who did my mom was great im told. But man Shannon... I make peoples hands hurt when getting my knots out and she has a technique that makes you melt. I regained movement in my neck and shoulders. If you have a chance I highly recommend Shannon!

I havent had salon service here but I do purchase hair products. I enjoy the atmosphere but the front counter......needs work on friendliness. Otherwise, I really like the selection of products!

Literally went in there asking for platinum hair and came out a brunette. Not my favorite experience and Im still a brunette… I went in there with longer hair than I came out!!!! And the guy told me that the most he ever Georges was $180 and ask for a full weave I got a partial weave and he charge me $165 and I still didnt even get what I want for $ 200 bucks because I still left his ass a $20 tip, broke when I left believe that!

Crystal was amazing!! I totally felt pampered with my mani/pedi. Especially being pregnant, she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. My nails look amazing as well. Thank you Crystal for being so sweet and awesome! You will have my service in the future for sure.

I was greeted by the receptionist and offered a beverage.Kelli is my stylist and I have been a client for several years, ever since she graduated from the Aveda Institute. She is always professional. She asks and listens to what my wishes are for my hair. I trust her judgement on my haircuts and color choices.I would recommend Kelli and Bello to anyone looking for a lovely experience.

Reading the reviews I was sad to see someone bash a sweet, talented young woman in the manner listed. I personally have been waiting to coordinate an appointment with Kelli. The reason why I have chosen her was due to seeing SEVERAL of her clients hair & beautiful work with colors. I am friends with 2 of her main clients, both are more than happy she was extremely highly recommended. I also looked through an extensive photo collage! I am very fussy! Please disregard the negative review & do a bit more research =] if not you will truly be missing out!

Cant go wrong at Bello day spa

I went to Bello today for a pedicure and had a very pleasant time. The esthetician Linsey was quite nice and calm. She seemed to have little desire for lots of smalltalk, which is 100% okay with me. We ended up settling on a conversation towards the end of my appointment which was very nice, but I did appreciate a little quiet time. She made sure to check on my general levels of comfort throughout the pedicure.The girls at the front desk were helpful and sweet--I had read reviews saying they were snooty but did not experience any of that.My only complaint is that the pedicure room was FULL of customers--all of the thrones were occupied. I guess I would have preferred a slightly more intimate feel without so many women getting their nails done in my immediate vicinity.

Have been going to Bellos for many years now. Holly does excellent work on my hair. Brittney is wonderful with pedicures and finally Shannon was a great masseuse. I understand she has left Bellos, that is a loss both to Bellos and to me. Now I have to get use to someone new.

Okay Kellis friends that she told to write a review for her. she is literally the WORST stylist ever. Shes not talented at all and does not treat her clients well. She knew she messed up on my hair and that is why she didnt say anything after she was done. She just left and went into the back room. No one should ever go to her, unless you want your hair to look like garbage then sure, shes the perfect stylist for that. I feel really bad that right after she got a bad review, she had everyone try to make her look better when she really cant do her job right.

Two+ weeks ago, I made appointments for my sister and I to have a massage and pedicure. They called and confirmed the appointments. I booked an additional set for my 2nd sister (a trio instead of just a duo) and I received email confirmation that it had been received. Fast forward to the day before, they call me and informed me that they GAVE MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE.They claimed that they tried to call me, no missed calls from them whatsover, and I specifically told the receptionist when I scheduled the appointments originally, that Im deaf and the best way to reach me was via email. I never received an email from them and when I asked about that after they had informed me that they gave away my appointment, their only response was that nobody ever made a note of that. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and very disappointing.

Kelli is a talented, knowledgable and well trained member of the Bello staff. She was trained at an Aveda institute, which if you are familiar with Aveda, you know they’re a well respected company with high standards and goals. I first met Kelli at a salon a couple years back and have followed her since because she always gives me the results I’m looking for. She takes pride in her work and makes sure you leave happy. Kelli is graceful and works with confidence and poise. This is why I refer all my patients, friends, and family members to Kelli and am pleased to only ever hear good feedback :) she’s great at fixing color gone wrong from other salons and incorporating my personal style into the cut/color I get. I tend to go for a more natural, low maintenance look; but also like to have a more done up appearance on occasion. So Kelli usually gives me something that looks great when styled, yet looks just as good when it’s in it’s natural state.
