I have never had to interact with a law firm before this, but WOW was I dazzled! It was an absolutely great experience in every way, my attorney Dan Romaine made my process as easy & simple as he could, & he never quit going to bat for me. All through the case is assistant Kelly Robinson was fantastic. She was patient & was able to dumb everything down for me without making me feel like an idiot or a bother.It is not always under the best circumstances that an attorney is needed, but I can’t recommend this law firm enough. Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed.

I really regret going with this firm for my worker’s compensation claim!! I was originally referred to them by another Nestico and Redding. They spent over a year going back and forth to court and not winning any arguments about approving my claim and they where not effect and competent and never tried to debate my claim to the industrial commission. They basically showed up and did nothing. The lawyer on the companies side ran them totally in the dirt and made them look like amateur law students.

Have been my attorneys now for a while.Always available to answer my questions. Always represent me well at hearings. File appeals and necessary paperwork very expediently. I am very grateful.

Our staff and attorneys log many hours on these cases to help injured workers get everything they are entitled to. Workers Compensation is a difficult process to navigate and I feel that most of our clients are extremely happy to have our team working for them! I have been with NR&S for over 7 years and enjoy going to work and helping our clients!

My husband is now over a year in the Firm. Rachael who we call for updates will not call back because she doesnt like that I ask where we are at in the case and what the steps are. We had to just go up to office as they were holding a check for lost hours. Rachael said we will call when you can pick it up. After days and then waiting the weekend my husband took off work to go up and get his check. Funny when he showed up they gave it to him. If he didnt who knows if they would still have it. The judgment on the other stuff was all approved. I have the court papers saying he would get paid. That was 6 mths ago and still no idea when he will get the actual judgment money. When I have asked Rachael to have a lawyer call me ( as my husband put me on as a person to contact and discuss the case with) I have never heard from anyone. I run a multi- million dollar company and if I did my job like this I would be fired IMMEDIATELY!! It is repulsive that a law firm does not follow through with people who have been out of work and have families. Its beyond wrong

I NEVER hired them to represent me. I called to see what my options were and they told me I had none. So now I don’t know what appointment is for what injury or what hearing is for what. Sending in the discharge letter first thing tomorrow. Should have used my husbands attorney from his case to begin with. Such a waste of my time and energy to get this level of frustration from them.

Incredibly happy and lucky Dan Romaine took my case. From the moment he met me in late 2017, to the day we settled, Dan was incredibly empathetic, patient, and HONEST. Ashley, the paralegal, did a good job responding to questions/concerns of mine in a timely fashion as well.I would use NRS again, (hopefully wont need too) and highly recommend them to any of my friends/family. Whatever you’re involved in that you need a lawyer is probably hard enough, make sure you pick one that values YOU, your time, the importance of communication as well as integrity.

I would not recommend ... they have way too many cases and you don’t get individual attention to your case. You are not dealing with just 1 specific attorney... every court hearing I had to go to ... a different attorney from the firm came each time and brushed up on my case the night before it seemed. They were not prepared and I’ve been dealing with this for 2 yrs now and still not finished. The correspondence is horrible because you don’t know who to talk to for help. I’ve sent several emails, messages and texts and no response. Very disappointed as they came highly recommended.
