Went in for an interview and the guy who interviewed me told me it was weird that I took a long time to graduate college. Didnt bother to ask me questions only criticized my resume. Told me to take basic courses, because I didnt too well on the assesment. Some people are not good at taking test or need more time.

Doctors, hygienists and staff are caring and gentle. They have all the specialists we need and did not have to visit other offices. I do recommend you try their services and be the judge your self.

This is the worst place to deal with if you questions regarding your bill. Since yesterday I have repeated my concerns for being overcharged to 4 people. One of them said they would call this morning and did not. Then I talked to someone else again and he disconnected me when he couldnt answer my question. I called back and they said the original person could help me and he would call by 12:30. I said if he doesnt respond to me I will call back and talk to the owner. They are very nice when you first go in until theres a problem. They are also very expensive.

I went to dr Chen a few months ago to get new dentures! It turned out I needed surgery on my extra bones in bottom jaw! Dr Chen arranged for the surgery at her office! After healing for six weeks I got fitted for new dentures! Well I have to say I was amazed at the time the dr took to get my new dentures to fit properly! She was so thorough! Needless to say my dentures were made and put in! They fit perfect no adjustments necessary! I wore them for a week without any problems! I love my new teeth! Thank you so much Dr Chen! You are wonderful! Thanks so much for helping me!

I got my teeth cleaned here yesterday and they did a great job. Everyone was really nice and the wait time was much quicker than most dentist offices Ive been to.

Terrible place to take your children or yourself. The staff is so over the top pushy with the over sell of services, and they dont tell you they are up charging you till its to late then you have to try to dispute the charges. They will stock you on calls, texts, and email for appointments and make you feel terrible and shame you if you dont make them in a timely manner.Dont get me wrong, we all get our teeth cleaned and taken care of every 6 months as recommenced, but these people are over the top pushy and RUDE!

I just returned from my appointment with Dr. Chen at A+ Dental. They did a fantastic job... no waiting, fast service, x-rays, a teeth polishing, and she repaired a crown that had been bothering me for months. I dont have to remind any of you that not everyone has a positive experience at a dental office, but these guys have the experience, patience, and gentle touch, and all at a reasonable price. They took good care of me in one visit and I highly recommend them. All in all, a great experience at A+ and I know that you will have one too. Thank you guys, you were great!

I’m very happy with my experience with them. From the initial experience to final visit was very professional, friendly and pleasant. The dentist is very knowledgeable and the hygienist was very nice. Staffs are so accommodating. My favorite part is they’re very transparent about their pricing. I would highly recommend them to others.

So I call these guys and they say how reasonable they are and tell you they will give you a free consultation thats great. The problem is these guys are so overpriced its not funny! They will tell you how good there dentist are and soforth. What am I paying covid19 prices! I will make sure this hits all my feeds including 47,000 on Twitter 5,000 on Facebook including 325 groups along that involve Escondido and my 8900 on LinkedIn! I will also be putting my receipt on how much I paid compared to there prices in the upcoming weeks!

Really had an amazing experience here at A+ Dental. I am so happy that I finally found a great dentist for our family. My wife and I really like our new hygienist and dentist. Everyone is accommodating and friendly in this place. The doctor and staff made us feel so at home right away and not pressured. We had really bad experiences with other dentist in the past and Im so glad that we found a dentist we can trust.

After high hopes early on, they have been a nightmare. Where do I begin? They cancelled a cleaning for me 1 hour before. No problem. I was very busy at that time at work, but after aout , no joke 6 phone calls harassing and trying to intimidate me to make an appt, I asked them not to call me- Id call them (I already prepaid for the service). My 3 kids and wife continue for about 2 years with them, and guess what? Same issue - they call incessantly for my kid in college- IN ANOTHER STATE to make an appt. We left. New Dentist. Now, get this A+ Dental, after YEARS says they made mistakes in billing and owe them thousands of dollars.You should know, they have 2 offices- the other is in Carmel Valley, so they arent in every day.

Dr. Chen is very experienced and so are the asistants. The prices are reasonable and service is very good. People at the front desk are very kind and generous. Definitely will come back soon for my next cleaning.

Scam. I went there and I was told it would cost me 470 for all the work. I paid in advance and year later I am getting a bill of $700. First I thought it was a mistake , so I called the office and I was giving the run around and asked to pay the $700 . Its fraud and scam place. For cleaning they want $1500 and more. I feel so sorry I went there. Now I wish I never did. Save your self the trouble and the money and dont go there

First off Ken is super pushy and very rude. Went with my friend to get a crown on her tooth the assistant was clueless the dentist had to repeat herself multiple times, the room looked dirty (unsanitary) then one of the tools breaks in my friends mouth hits her in the lip and front teeth (we seriously thought they chipped her tooth with how loud it was) so needless to say I cancelled my appointment to have this place do anything to my mouth unfortunately my friend had to go back a 2nd time to finish the work already started. Ken still had a major attitude towards her and gave me a total attitude when I decided to cance my visit. Just beware.

Everyone is always so friendly and I feel like I am getting good care.
