Very good place. The doctors are amazing and did a very good job removing my both daughters wisdom teeth’s. Dr. Robert cares about his patients and follow up with them. Excellent experience.

Wow! I had one amazing experience at this office. The front staff was very friendly and welcoming. The assistant Marisol who brought me back greeted me and explained everything she was going to do. Then I met Dr. Conway what a warm, friendly and down to earth doctor. She explained all my treatment, so I cleary understood what I needed. I will definitely be returning! As well as recommending it to my family and friends. Everyone from the front to the back made me feel comfortable.

A great place to go take care of your teeth. The staff is very professional and accommodating. Dr. Conway is awesome! She puts me at ease, since Im terribly nervous at the dentist. I also had a periodontal root cleaning and Bethany did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind. Will definitely be coming back!

Last week I got a broken tooth I called and Angie got me in the same day, It was my first time seeing Dr.Vergel and got me out of pain took the root out gaved me some antibiotics pain medicine and I had a great visit overall everyone is so nice marisol the assistant so gentle and careful when she took X-rays. 5 starts

As a mother with a very busy schedule, I was grateful to find an office that can meet all my families needs. The fact that I was able to have my daughter get her regular check ups (Dr. Conway), get braces (Dr Adams) and get her wisdom teeth out (DR Karimi) all at the same office has been a time saver. The office staff has always been pleasant and explain everything to us. We finally found an office that fits our needs and gives us the best care.

I was in a ton of pain caused by my wisdom tooth and had called a couple oral surgeons to try to get an appointment as soon as possible. The two offices I had called said I had to come in for a consultation first then they could schedule a future appointment to get them extracted. Called NCDS and they were able get me in right away and extracted my two wisdom teeth that same day. The receptionist that answered the phone was really nice and got me in right away. I am so thankful to be out of pain. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone that needs their wisdom teeth out! Getting my wisdom teeth didn’t even hurt as bad as I thought it would!

Danielle is amazing in their administrative post, she will take the extra step to help outwhen necessary, this is what makes the difference in service, she deserves some recognition.

I’ve had my consultation rescheduled 3 times due to “emergencies” that are occurring at the office. I understand emergencies happen but 3 times? I finally came into my appointment scheduled for today but the receptionist told me that my appointment has been rescheduled without my knowledge and they claim to have had called me about it. They claimed that the calls they made were experiencing busy tones and no answers. I did not receive a phone call or voicemail with the change of date. Unacceptable customer service.

My whole experience from the moment I walked in was nothing but positive. The staff was super friendly and professional. They were all very knowledgeable to their work from their front staff to the back office staff. I loved how honest they were, which is another point as to why I am glad I came in. I would recommend this place to any friend, the best dentist ever!

Waited over two hours for a referral and they couldnt even give me one.I came in for a consultation and arrived early, 30 minutes after my appointment time, they led me into a room and left me there for another hour without checking back in or telling me anything. The doctor finally comes in, takes an x ray then leaves for another 30 minutes before telling me I need to go to another office, but they didnt have a referral for me and just sent me off.

The front desk is unprofessional. The dentists image is being reflected poorly due to front desk staff attitudes, especially Joanna. I would not bother with this dentists office.

Tried selling me on their “deep cleaning” for another $300, said I didn’t want it but the receptionist said “it’s the doctor’s orders so they have to”.Even though they I repeatedly stated and agreed with them that I did not want it or need it, I ended up getting charged for a “ miscellaneous deep cleaning”.They also recommended the original deep cleaning before ever examining my teeth and gun lines.They are in the money making business, not one that cares for your complete well being.

Horrible customer service, ladies at front desk are super rude and dont care for the patients. Beautiful location but people there are horrible. Dont waste your time.

I needed my first dental treatment ever, Dr. Gavin explained why I needed a root canal and what he was doing step by step. I was so scared and just wanted my tooth pulled but Joanna explained why that would not be a good idea and help me with co-pay for my root canal. I recommend this place if you are scared of the dentist that’s for sure.

Friendly front office staff with an great and efficient dentists that takes care of each patient as an individual. Would recommend anyone to go here.

I scheduled my son to have his wisdom teeth extracted and had to reschedule due to graduation ceremony conflicts as well as covid19. We gave plenty of notice. The next time we were scheduled I became very sick and called two hours before appt time to inform. Due to the virus I didnt want to take a chance being contagious. I called the following week to try and reschedule again, But was informed that we were dismissed from the clinic. The office manager Joanna told me this was not true and that she would schedule us again. Every time I called or left a message ( they rarely pick up the phone) no one ever called me back! Very unprofessional behavior and actually due to my sons impacted tooth they caused him more suffering as we had to find another clinic and wait again for authorisation. Stay away from NCDS!

Great practice! Had recent dental work completed here over the last year. Received 2 implants and a cleaning and the dentists, Technicians and front desk staff are amazing.My Son has an extra tooth pulled last month also. He has major anxiety with getting any type of shots. They were amazing with him and everything went flawless! I would recommend this dental practice to anyone! Great job! Keep up the great work!

I went here for my first time got my xrays done and exam I got to start on my deep cleaning and at first i was very confused as to why I needed a deep cleaning and thank God Joanna explained to me the difference. Very knowledgeable! Highly recommed .

I’ve been going here for 5 years and the entire staff are friendly and professional. I had my teeth bleached there with Marisol and she was efficient and friendly. My son had major dental surgery with Dr. Paul and he was so kind in explaining all that was going to be done. He made my son feel so much better since he’s very nervous. Dr. Qaisar is amazing. She’s so professional and does amazing work. I have told all my friends and family to go here.

I have been waiting 3 1/2 months to get two broken teeth removed one is very sore to the touch, can’t get any one on the phone to tell me what’s going on with my insurance plan, I have left my phone number but no call back. The first visit for my Consultation was very friendly made me feel very comfortable. I’m still waiting.

Best hygienest ever! I live in Vista and i dont mind driving to Esco because it is well worth it! I needed my deep cleaning done and i have really bad anxiery but im glad my sister refered me here because they are great!

I had a huge mass that needed to be biopsied a long with a tooth extraction. Needless to say I was embarrassed and terrified. The staff made everything from the 1st phone call making the appointment to the actual biopsy and extraction such an easy and comfortable process. No judgment just genuine concern. Everyone is so kind there. Definitely recommend.

Very nice people from the professional Endodonetist to the beautiful Sivilann the Romanian whos tended me with extra care when doing a rootcanal, to Joanna in the front office. Very respectful and professional.

The dentist for people that dont like going to the dentist. Ive been through dozens of dentists and Dr. Qaisar is among the best, if not the best, Ive ever seen. Her technique in administering the anesthetic is so gentle and should be taught in all dental schools. Its not pain-free, I mean its still a needle, but its as close as one can possibly get.Ive had crowns, root canals, onlays, and fillings performed in this office and I highly recommend their services, professionalism, and most of all, care!

Highly recommend Dr. Sumul Qaisar! Originally tried this office because of my insurance but happy I did. She is very patient and informative. Always willing to explain everything carefully so I understood and was comfortable with all the procedures. I don’t trust just anyone with my teeth, but I really enjoy her and her team!
