I had the team here order me new Hawley retainers after I broke my old ones that Id gotten somewhere else. Ive been beyond thrilled with everyone at the office. I saw Dr. Ouwinga first when he traveled to the Manistique office, but because of Covid they havent been traveling so Ive been going to the office in Escanaba. Everyone is incredibly friendly and easy-going, theyre taking excellent safety precautions for covid, and the Dr was super accommodating and he altered my new retainer right there in the office to match my preferences.
