Very good and kind helpful people. Theyre great!

They were very nice and sweet, the entire staff. I have food because of them, I also was able to afford items desperately needed like clothes and dishes. They have so much more in the thrift shop. I just am so very happy that they are willing to help without judging you or making you feel like second class. I couldn’t be more pleased with the staff. I thank God that he directed me here.

They are always very kind to me and others. They never look down at you. They really care for you. They have food and other stuff. They have a second hand store also. Its a good place to get things you need for a great price.

Prices are not consistant. Items are priced on the whim of whoever is there. Today it was a woman who thought she was running an antique shop. We dont mind paying but we will not pay 2 or 3 or 4 times what we are normally charged. We can no longer recomend this place . Except for today , all people were very kind and friendly.

Been struggling to put food on the table for me and my family since losing my job back in January... ive been to a few different food banks in the area and have been meet with nasty attitudes and unpleasant workers and volunteers... not at this place. They were super nice to me. The process was quick and easy. If you live in the northern kentucky area and you are in need of food they will help you.

United Ministries does great things. I am completely thankful for their generosity.

The folks here do great work, it is a pleasure to be able to collect donations for those in need. Thank you to the City of Crestview Hills, City of Florence, Columbia Sussex and the Teams at Flottman Company and FUSIONWRX for all the donated items.

The best place to go for food an one of the men literally will make sure if you are starving to atleast help for that day. This is a wonderful agency

By the grace of God theres a pantry close to me here in Erlanger, that helps those in need especially during these trying times of the coronavirus pandemic. God bless you volunteers for doing what you do for our community.

Helping others that need the help is always a good thing. They are quick with their registration.

This is a charitable organization that helps out those who need a hand with food, utilities, clothing and other issues.They take donations of gently used clothing and shoes as well as household items, furniture, misc. items. They are always in need of hygiene items and cleaning supplies.The ministry runs a little thrift shop out of the lower level of their building which is accessed by going down the drive at the right side of the building a d entering through the open garage door.This is where many of the household items, furniture and clothing are sold at very reasonable prices. The money earned from these sales is used to fund the ministries programs that help pay utilities and such.

The people here at this this place treat you like you are a human they trying not too belittle you like most places can seem to do when you need help I am so thankful for the people that works here and I know I am very blessed to be able to get help when I need it thank you guys for everything you do you all are so wonderful and thoughtful people

They are the sweetest people there. Love to know there are still some people out there that enjoy to help the needy! They dont seem to judge you for it either, which is great! The things they give you are great and an awesome abundance. The only issue I have ever had was bread with mold on it when I got it. The wait time seems to he getting better as well.

It has changed its name to Be Concerneds United Ministries now. The mission here is still the same, helping those who need help.

I may be parshel since I work here. It is a awesome place for thrifty shoppers or if you are in need.

This organization are very caring and they really do care about all families who are in need. So thankful they were there for my son and i when we really needed the help, especially when im too prideful.

This place is a great help with food assistance, they also have a thrift shop which you can buy furniture, clothing, and house supply. Very friendly people.
