Mary does a great job getting the right pressure on the right muscles. She also has a great conversational style during the work. I’ve gone other places and they really didn’t understand the muscles as well as she does. The areas that I was struggling with are much much better after a few sessions. Plus she has an amazing dry isolation tank that you can use after the massage.

Just experienced here the new mHBOT (mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy)…and loved it! Another well researched offering as MK continues to bring overall value to her clients.Had a little anxiety at first climbing into a partially collapsed hard vinyl chamber but this quickly subsided as I relaxed into the static experience, deep breathing healing oxygen therapy!I had a 60 min massage afterwards (it had been quite some time), felt some soreness from the massage the following day but slept incredibly well that night and had an amazing two mile run this morning!Highly recommend trying the 30 min session first if you have reservations…I am committed to reserving a 60 min session very soon!Thank you Mary Kay!

I had such an awesome experience from the start. Mary got to know a little about me. We discussed health habits that could relieve some of the pain in my neck and jaw. I like that she educated me it made me more conscious of my body and how to relax. The massage was awesome. I felt relaxed and it definitely helped with the pain I was experiencing. I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in getting a massage.

I have been seeing Mary Kay for 10+ years. She is an excellent massage therapist. She cares about her patients and has great knowledge of the body (muscle groups, etc). Her office is in an office building and she has taken a lot of care to make sure the space is comfortable. I recently was able to add on the Gua Sha facial massage with the Green Tea scent. It was a relaxing add on to the massage (note, she also can add on paraffin wax foot treatment, facial mask, hot stones, etc).
