Just moved into my new house and had some of my prescriptions transferred to this store. After picking one up I got home and went to take a dose of the medication. I was supposed to get 90 for the month 3/per day. When I went to get one I could tell there wasnt 90 there. It was obvious. I got 33 after counting and missing 67 pills. It wasnt a narcotic or anything just a medication to help bowl movements I would not recommend anyone go to this location.

Every time I call they are always friendly on the phone. I call often because I am on so much medication. I have never had any problems there. They are fine on prices and always helpful. I will always do business with them.

Called multiple times, but they keep you on hold and then hang up before even talking to someone. Horrible! Go to a good pharmacy, where they have enough brain cells to answer a phone.

I am had a bad experience picking up my OTC order. A man jumped ahead of me as I was about to check out. The employee had trouble finding my order. I wanted to buy a candy bar and the price displayed was if I applied my points. Too complicated.

So beyond thankful for the worker who made my day by helping me get squishmallows!!💗

I must say, the inside of this Walgreens is pretty snazzy after their renovation! Its now a Kroger Express Walgreens, meaning you can purchase dairy, meat, and even produce items from the store. You can also order Kroger groceries online and pick them up here. I see other reviews complaining about higher prices, and funnily enough, theres a Kroger just down the road. Otherwise, I can see how this one stop shop could be useful elsewhere. Personally, I solely come to Walgreens for prescriptions, and the staff is friendly every time. I prefer to go through the drive through which is usually not too bad, and I typically have no issues getting prescriptions filled here.

I’ve always loved coming to this Walgreens, but since Jennifer was hired it has completely ruined my experience. I’ve had enough. She is consistently rude, unkind and just all around unpleasant. I typically make 3-4 stops a week at this location, but today just may as well be my last. Every other employee at this location have always been helpful and provided amazing customer service. It baffles me that she is able to treat customers this way and still have a job.

The very best thing about a visit to Walgreens is the way that the store is laid out. At most of their locations they are laid out the same to insure smooth shopping for their customers. If you have a sick somebody in your life it is such a relief to be able to run to their nearest location and feel comfortable that you are getting what you want fast, efficient with great customer service and out the door. They also have a drive thru if you dont want to get out of the car! As always , Enjoy

The pharmacy hours are incorrect. I was released from Edgewood ER and my Kroger pharmacy was closed, so I googled pharmacies open near me. When I wasted gas and arrived, I was informed the pharmacy was closed and the hours stated on Google are incorrect.

They have some good deals sometimes you have to catch them

I tried to get a scrip FROM MY DOCTOR filled here back in early September. It was for a pain killer so of course you are asked for your I.D. when you go to the counter and AGAIN when you go back to the counter to pick it up. They REFUSED to fill my scrip because (according to them) the date on the scrip ( filled out by MY DOCTOR DURING LAST VISIT) was expired I TRIED to explain to the pharmacy worker the date on there is the date of my visit & it is NOT EXPIRED, but she REFUSED to listen & REFUSED TO FILL IT!!! I had to call my Dr office & explain to them what was going on then drive to my dr office & get A NEW SCRIP with the proper date on it, then go back to the pharmacy to get it filled!! This was NOT CONVENIENT!!!! I will NOT return to Walgreens to get any more scrips filled there!!

I just got off the phone with Brittany(she spoke so fast I had to have her repeat) so I could update my new address and a few other questions at the Pharmacy. She was SO abrupt with me that I decided to finish the call. When I proceeded to thank her, she just hung up. Everyone has bad days so I will hold judgement on customer service the next time I call or go in.

We bought some zycam, and other items at Walgreens, tonight went to krogKrog and the prices on zicam and other items were literally half the price! Check Krogers first before buying at Walgreens unless you have money to burn! I am so upset thinking I was actually saving money using their sales!

I dropped off my prescription at the driv-thru and the pharmacist tells me hes going to run it and see if it will go through and tells me its all good and gave me the price and said it will be about 20 minutes. I go back to work for about an hour then drive all the way back and he tells me he cant fill it its too early. Please get your act together and do you job right and quit wasting my time!!!!!

The page should have a phone number that connects to a human. This is the worse phone system I have ever seen. If you have any speaking problems, dont bother to call as you will be denied speaking to anyone.

I’m very upset I need important medication I was there Tuesday asking to get a refill she said she had to order it now it’s Thursday and my prescription is still not filled wasn’t even put in the system
