I would do no stars if there was an option. I was highly disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a cleaning they ended up doing X rays instead (no cleaning). But I was told how important cleanings were for my teeth and that I need to come more often. I expressed concern about the cost due to my insurance only covering so many a year the dentist told me he didn’t care that it was expensive. Usually I am offered solutions for the cost (ex: payments, discounts). I am a young mother that pays out of pocket for insurance and works full time I care about how expensive it is! I was very disappointed about how inconsiderate the dentist was especially to a first time patient.The x rays ended up not being covered under my insurance due to my age. They sent me a bill for $80 but told me to contact my insurance company because they “had never seen this before”. I did so and then I received a final notice 10 days late stating that they were going to send me to collections even though I contacted them and let them know I was in contact with my insurance. I was so frustrated with this experience and would never recommend this office. I work full time and don’t get a lot of time off work so when I scheduled thinking I was going to get a cleaning and got nothing it was really a waste of my time especially if they are so important for me.

Hes honest, trustworthy, and cares. They schedule you in ways that are best for your recovery and wallet. If the you need the work split they will work with you. All of my family sees Dr. Elliott and we all would recommend him to everyone! In addition, I didnt have to wait at all, they were ready for me when I walked in. They personally get to know their patients and are ready to listen to your needs and concerns.

Awesome, knowledgeable, humorous, fantastic bedside manner. Doesnt get any better than this guy!

(That should never have been charged)Please contact me if you’ve also been duped by this office.I called to have a teeth cleaning and suddenly I was being x-rayed 12 or 15 times. (I’m not exactly sure how many ex rays/ but a bunch) My insurance never covered that kind of thing EVER and I made it VERY CLEAR to the office I could only come in for what was covered under my insurance. (They never cleaned my teeth, which is what I had made the appointment for.) They lied and said they called my insurance and the ton of ex-rays were covered. My insurance company never got that phone call. Don’t go here!I’m disabled and don’t have any money to spare. When I couldn’t pay the exorbitant bill that came - right when COVID-19 set in, the office sent me to collection! WTH?These people are ripping off Medicare and Medicaid and charging crazy bills that they know peoples insurance can’t cover. My insurance covered The regular x-rays only.They charged me an additional $180.00 for lots of extra ex-rays and never even cleaned my teeth.Please Join me in outing this injustice.Contact me if you’ve also been wronged by this office.

Mike has been my dentist now for several years. They always greet you with a smile and are very honest in their assessment as to what is going on with your health. I would and have recommended to family members and friends!

Never ever go to this doctor. You will ask for regular cleaning and he will do something else and charge you huge amount. Me and my spouse went for Regular cleaning and it was 100 % covered in our insurance. But they did other than regular cleaning and charged me 130.20 $ and when I refused to pay have send it through recovery company. When I checked with my insurance company, they are saying, the charge should be 93$ only but you dont wanted it to be done. You should not pay.

Have had an appointment for over a month. I drive from out of town to see Dr. Elliott. We recieved a comfomation call for our apt at 10am this morninh. After we drive 35 miles to the dentist, there is no one in the office. We are calling and no one picks up. 20 minutes later, the receptionist came back with lunch. There was no note saying they were on lunch. We walk in and she says oh you didnt get my message? The dentist is sick I never recieved a message, she probably forgot on her shopping spree. She was extremely unprofessional and didnt even offer to reschedule. Im very disappointed

Staff are extremely friendly.Its like your hometown dentist.
