This is a great place to for a family. We loved the outdoor pool and with winter coming up we will be enjoying the indoor pool as well. I havent used the gym yet but for the price of this place its a great deal for all activities!

Absolutely low level of intelligence from the daycare staff. They barred my toddler over 4-5 mosquito bites, until we bring in a doctor’s note that they are not communicable. I would ask for a refund if I thought they would respect it.

I have been a member for 14 years, and I do enjoy me membership, however, the lap lanes for adults are still missing, as they have been off and on for a few weeks. Promised that theyd be up by tomorrow, so well see. Theyve made no attempt to put up temporary barriers so that members who prefer to swim outdoor in the summer can do so. Disappointing.

You have to be a member of this place to even go and it cost $60 for one membership. I wanted something fun to do with my family and this is not the place. Looks fun though but i will never find out.

Awful. First, they never answer the phone. I should have taken that as a hint that getting membership would be a bad idea. We decided to go for it and get the membership when we got there and saw the place. After a few weeks of being a member I have nothing but regret. Its already expensive, but they nickel and dime you for other activities. Multiple other parts of the center cost extra. We went last weekend and they were short staffed so the trampoline park was closed all day. Really? For this price the place should be managed better. This was a Saturday. Ridiculous. Also the outdoor pool is members only and even when a guest pays for entry, they can not go to the outdoor pool. Im serious. So you can bring a guest, have them pay, and they are banned from the outdoor pool. So greedy and wrong. Will not be renewing the member ship! Oh, and I asked about the rooms you can book for a party. They want $300 for two hours! Yes thats right, $300 to only use the room for two hours. This place is crazy to ask for that. So unless you like to pay out the nose and still not have your guest participate is the other activities I would not recommend this place. My advice? Get more staff to run the place! If I come again and am not able to enjoy what I paid a lot of money for I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and anywhere else. Including a charge back for my credit card for fraud. Because telling you that you will get XYZ for your money, and you dont after you pay is FRAUD!

My first experience at Silverlake was amazing. I wasnt aware of all the fun things. Made me feel like a kid in a candy store. 🤣 Birthday party went very well and the pizza and young lady who took care of us was great

It a great place to spend time with ur family , there so much activity for kids , there also a daycare that will watch ur kids while workout and yes they have gyms , pools , water slide, and there also a basketball court, bowling area and they also do thing for family around holidays .. great place for familys

Awesome place for birthdays. Well organized staff. Its quite expensive but the kids have a blast! I want to play on some of the new equipment myself. They have everything in that place including a bar for adults to hang while the kids play. There is a trampoline room, private party rooms, indoor waterpark, outdoor water park and so much more. They are constantly adding new and exciting features and equipment to the facility. I would recommend Silverlake to anyone with some money to spend for a good time.

Silverlake offers outdoor water-park style pool, indoor Olympic pool, indoor warm wading pool, gymnastics, daycare, host of studio classes, cross training, saunas, treadmills, weights, and many other amenities of a large athletic centers. Multi-generational patrons with a down to earth atmosphere. I use a limited set of their services and have had occasion to be irked when treadmills fall into disrepair and dont get fixed, so check into the place and look closely at what you would personally use. Theyve done a good job keeping things as clean as possible. Theyve implemented great safety measures for families as they return to the gyms. We really enjoy this gym and their facilities. We would highly recommend this place for all your exercise needs.

Great place for the whole family

This place is fantastic, our whole family loves going here. Staff is friendly, kids enjoy the play areas and pool, and the fitness center is nice. Cant wait to go back when things get back to normal.

Its a members only club with indoor and outdoor facilities. Indoors features a rope course, wall climb and a bar and grill. Outdoors features large pool with multiple water slides a large bucket dump and two kiddy size shallow pools. Theres also food and drink service outside. Lifeguards on duty. their hours have been varying lately so you might want to call ahead to confirm that theyre open. Sometimes a reservation is required.

Siverlake is so much fun to go to. There is so much to do, they have slides, diving boards, lily pads, etc. I definitely recommend checking it out

Great family fun

Silverlake has it all! My daughter attended the preschool academy, then went to daycamp in the summer months and attended after-school care. I work out there. Everything one needs for a family is here. I enjoy the new menu and the variety of adult beverage choices in the restaurant while my daughter is in the trampoline park for teen nights.

Great location and great owners

Nice and clean, the price is a little high monthly (especially right now in the middle of the pandemic), mostly due to the fact that half of what I want to use I cant yet they are still charging full fees. No sauna, no showers, no dressing rooms, you have to come and go in what you swim in or work out in!

I have been coming to Silverlake for most of my life and I absolutely love it! The upgrade they recently had makes it even better! I love coming here to workout and it’s a nice and quiet gym to get a good work out in! Denise was also my personal trainer here for a while and I loved her and everything she helped me with, the staff is wonderful!

Nice place but expensive. I was a member for 10 years and had to leave when Covid hit. When I could return they would not honor my previous fee. They increased it over 20%. No consideration of customer loyalty -that was disappointing. The representative really took on a take it or leave attitude toward me as a client.

An all encompassing Family activities club. They recently built a gorgeous kid and adult friendly area that offers rock climbing, bowling and a full service bar. This is on top of the fully equipped gym and lap pools. Come take a tour, youll love it.

Wish you stayed open just a few hours longer on the weekend. Closing at 4 is waay too early. Looks like a nice place though especially the pool.

I absolutely love this place! This is your all-in-one, fun for the whole family destination in northern Kentucky. The original building features a full gym, lap pool, locker rooms with sauna/steam/shower, kids play area and snack bar. Oh, dont forget the water park just outside for the warmer months. If that wasnt enough they went ahead and created an entirely new side, almost double the size of the establishment. New to Silverlake is an amazing rock climbing area (not just one wall but several, varying courses, a kids suspended obstacle course, zip line, bowling alley and full bar. Thinking about joining. Stop thinking and go see it. Nowhere in the Cincinnati area even comes close to this place. Love it!!

Silverlake has been such an amazing place for both myself and my family! From the variety of classes and fitness equipment for me/husband and the endless fun for our kids. Silverlake has allowed “me” time to be possible. It’s not just our nightly or weekend go to after school....it was actually the kids preschool too! With two graduates under our belt we look forward to our third! And the pizza is really good:) Thank you Silverlake!

I have been swimming here since the place opened. Convenient and fantastic for singles and families! Lots of things to do for all!

Silverlake has something for all of my children and even allows me to squeeze in a work out with the play area. During the winter and snow days the indoor pool is a popular attraction for me and my children. During the summer its playing in the outdoor pool. I find it very family friendly and trust me I have triplets so it is difficult for me to find places that can meet the needs of me and my terrific trio. The staff has always been wonderful and I cant say enough about the love and encouragement shown by the coaches and swim instructors. My kids love their coaches and instructors and look forward to seeing them every week. Theres always room for improvement but I find this place to be truly, The Family Place.

Ive been a member almost 8 years. I joined for the pool to get back in shape thru swimming. Ive made friends and my kids have found things they love to do because of this place. Im there just about every day and the child care workers take care of my toddlers like they are their own. I never worry and most of the time they dont want to leave. There may be cheaper places if you just want to work out but the experience the whole family gets here is worth it for me.

I have been a member off and on for about 5 years. They have worked with me when the budget was a little tight and i froze my account for a little bit. I love going here and you get way more then you pay for and i cant wait for the new expansion. The staff is very friendly. The locker rooms are clean and comfortable. The facility inside and out is impeccable. The Pools, the trainers, the classes and the equipment is wonderful!!!

My experience is limited to the Silverlake facility. I joined because my kids are on the Clippers swim team. They love swimming and the facilities kids area allows me to get my workout in while they swim or play. I have not had to wait for a swim lane or on a machine either in the morning or evening. The physical training staff are very friendly and helpful. The Ignite program is perfect for me as I set my goal of getting back into cardiovascular shape. If I am in a hurry and dont have time for a post-workout meal, then the smoothie bar is ready to prepare a delicious shake for the road (although not open after my early morning workouts). Parking is ample. The mens locker room is ample size and no waiting in the line for a shower although sometimes it takes a minute to find a locker for my bag. My overall experience has been a enjoyable one.

We really enjoy going to this facility. There are a lot of physical activities to choose from, and Silverlake WaterPark is great! My only concern is pricing. For a family of three, we pay the same rate as a family of six. Our rate is currently $139/month as a family of three, which increased this year from $126/month. This is simply too high for a family of three (even with upcoming additions). Families of three or four shouldnt pay the same rate as families of five or six. Other than pricing, we love it!

I was a long time member here when I lived in Northern Kentucky. Definitely a worthwhile investment in membership here. The whole family really enjoyed time here, great memories at the the outdoor pool (climbing wall, and special events). Swimming indoors all winter, and working out at the gym!

I enjoy Silverlake and try to take advantage of all the classes offered. Its one of the only places that babysitting included in the price of the membership. its a place where I can workout and then go swim with my kids. The outdoor water park is where we spend our summers and theres no need to pay for vacation when Silverlake provides a perfect staycation.

I am a member over one year now. When I joined it was very exciting, kids loved it, but soon we realised that it’s more commercial than family. Most of the time either fully or partially the indoor swimming pool is blocked for some swimming competitions or classes and the members are not allowed to use the facility. It’s more like a training and competition arena rather than a family place. And Above all they don’t even bother to intimate the members either by email or sms about such events which is a very easy thing to do. Even the kids pool are blocked for one or the other reason. I don’t think its worth the money or deserve the the tag ‘FAMILY PLACE’.

Anytime you see someone with a negative review, click on their profile. Chances are, the majority of their reviews are negative. These people are called Trolls.Most of the negative reviews for Silverlake are not authentic. Just trolls doing what they do best... trollin.

We have only been to the gymnastics room so far, but my kids loved it. An hour of trying out all the gymnastics equipment was pretty much a dream come true. Staff was friendly, parking was easy to find, and the snack bar was really convenient for us when we ended up feeling hungry.

We’ve been Silverlake members for a few years now and love it! I love the personal and team training, and my daughter loves going to Kid’s Club. Having a family-centered fitness center makes it so much easier for me to get my workout in. Highly recommend!

I am a member for 17 years. I joined because it was the only place where I could go to swim laps. There are multiple lanes available and a lane available whenever I choose to swim. I love this place. I have watched it grow each year for the entire 17 years and the club never ceases to amaze me with the improvements to the facility.

Best bang for your buck! There are so many different activities to enjoy. My favorites are the aqua aerobic classes with a super variety of classes and instructors.

This is a great place to work out the staff is very friendly. My kids love playing at kids quest and in the pools. They have a wide variety of things to do for kids and adults.

Their membership department has no idea what they are doing. They screw into things you don’t want and then tell me that it’s the best place in the world. Well DO NOT GO THERE!!

It’s a great place to work out and have fun but the new applications close WAY too soon.

This facility is disgusting. While waiting for my daughters swim practice, I was sitting in the bleachers and it was totally gross. There is food wrappers, empty drink containers everywhere. A lot of the food has been stepped on and tracked everywhere. I even say a mouse run from behind the garbage can. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to run a broom up here.

Great facility - there are as many as 25 swim lanes, they open at 5:30am, the spinning classes are convenient and well directed, the workout facilities are state of the art, clean and lots of Trainers available, the staff is professional and very friendly, the outdoor water facility is incredible, and the overall value is superb. Cant ask for more.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They have the worst customer service.DONT SIGN A CONTRACT because there is no getting out of it.The staff is rude and unhelpful, the facilities are dirty and my daughter got hand, foot and mouth disease from one of the changing tables at the pool.My wife was turned away from child care with our 12 week old because she didnt pre register, but she was never told she was expected to. Then they told her that she had to schedule child care a month in advance. Im sorry, but who knows their gym schedule 30 days out. RIDICULOUS!THIS IS THE WORST GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT JOIN HERE.

Great Fitness Staff!

Member there for a year i have had 6 guest passes and my daighter had friends from out of town and we couldnt get them in because it was a weekend! What a joke. This place has deplorable customer relations!

Plenty of equipment, relatively clean (for a gym), plenty of hours to fit all schedules, and courteous staff. Its not the cheapest one around, but very convenient for us so its worth it.

We have benefited from so many services over the years... from Funastics, Indoor Waterpark, Group Exercise classes, Kids Quest, Gym, Swim Lessons, and most of all the Outdoor Waterpark. No matter if its winter or summer, there is something for our family to do, have fun and stay active.
