I just want to say Amber did an amazing job with me, she got the exact color I wanted and the the cut perfect to what I asked for and the style at the end was great! The wait time wasn’t long and she was very nice and inexpensive, I was very excited and pleased when I left! I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends to go there! Thank you Amber!

I will be visiting this location in the future. Very professional and they cut my hair the way I wanted it cut. Most places put their own spin on your haircut.. The Stylists at this location listen to you and make sure you leave with the haircut you wanted and asked for!!!... Highly recommended.. and besides either before or after your haircut there is a Skyline next door and how could you pass that up ;)...

I called at 4:45 to ask if they offer eyebrow waxing and was told yes so I followed up with asking if they had an opening. The answer was We only do walk-insI got there at 5:10 (they were closing at 6). I walk in and the woman asked if I checked in online (didnt know that was an option) so I said no and she doesnt have time for me today, that she is doing a haircut and has someone else coming in at 5:30.I am fully aware of how scheduling works when you are offering a service but dont tell someone that you only offer walk-ins when that is not true.

Once again Tina knocked it outta the park! Was waited on and seated in the chair as soon as I walked in... Friendly conversation and attentive to my needs. Been looking for a good haircut for years and finally found someone. Second time here and plan on future visits.

Worst hair cut Ive ever gotten from a super cuts, great clips etc. Honestly, I could have jacked up my own hair for free. I have curly hair so I know its difficult to cut evenly but my cut took less than 15 minutes and when straight it looks like a partial mullet on the right and chopped up on the left.The blonde picture is what I asked for.

I went in to get a trim. Just the dead ends, the stylist and I were talking and I had told her I was trying to get my hair a little longer. So I was keeping up with routine trims. Another stylist walked up to the desk to check out a customer and I pointed at that stylists hair and said I want that length. The stylist I had said oh shes small thats why shes a tiny thing. I was so dumbfounded, I still gave her a tip even though I was in shock and couldnt believe what I had just heard. Im not sure what size has to do with hair length but it was a complete insult that wasnt needed.

The stylists here always take good care of me, helping me achieve the look I want. Guys, highly recommend the tea tree shampoo afterwards. It invigorates you and the little massage deal they do while washing is amazing. These ladies kick a$$ over the great clips across the road

Was floored that I had two of my childrens hair cut at this place. I got charged twice for the 4 sanitation fee. Im lucky I didnt bring my third child that would of been 12 extra bucks!!!

The wait isnt usually bad and the staff are nice and polite, probably my favorite SC location. Its right next to skyline, so you dont even have to have an excuse to have that for lunch or dinner if you go here! Ha! 😂 Seriously, though, this is a good place, but if you are looking for them to style your hair after a cut, make SURE you schedule that time in!!!! If you dont, do not be surprised when you walk out with damp, unstyled even a little bit hair. Fair warning. They have a fast turnover and no time for extras. But they are nice about it, and I understand. They are busy!

Amazing staff! Never feels overcrowded or like they are in a hurry. My stylist always recommends the best products for my hair health and is super knowledgeable. I love their honesty and how they truly care for their customers. Amber and Morgan are the best!

Great service and very dedicated to meeting customer needs. I use the app to schedule my appointments, so I never really had to wait long at all. Prices are also reasonable. Ive only had my hair cut here by one person, so I cant speak for the other stylists, but people tend to leave happy from what Ive seen. Id highly recommend Angela, shes great!

Clean and neat location. Ruth did a great job.When I called the person answered the phone quickly and politely and professionally. They set an appointment for me that was 45 minutes out, which was perfect.Ruth did my haircut and eyebrow waxing and was quick and efficient with the wax and did good work on my hair. I get nervous for waxing and was chatty but she was nice and talked with me. The experience was very good, I will go back and would completely recommend.

I loved my experience. This was my first time (Im 26) ever getting my hair done without the help of my mother. Angela was my hair dresser and I couldnt have asked for anything better. I decided to go bold and have my hair dyed violet after 5 years of virgin hair so I was pretty nervous. She helped me feel confident, comfortable and did a killer job! I highly recommend this place. The ladies are wonderful and know what theyre doing. I will definitely see myself a regular at this place.

I come here to get my brows waxed on a regular basis. The girls are always friendly, nice to talk to, and the price is only $8. I also have the club card so every wax brings me closer to getting a freebie.

I almost never go anywhere else. They get you in and get you out really quickly. Unlike some dives, they dont lay against you while they cut your hair. I respect that. Ask for Amber, she is the best.

I just left Supercuts with my daughter. She was getting her eyebrows waxed and I got my hair cut. The lady doing her eyebrows was too busy talking to another associate and messed her eyebrows up! They are uneven and she took off the end of one. She has been crying since we left. The lady who cut my hair did an amazing job. We will not be back!!! I am very disappointed!!!

Morgan is fantastic! Wonderful job cutting my hair and my sons and also gave good suggestions about donating to wigs for kids!

Always go here. Love the ladies. The management could treat her workers with a little more respect in front of clients. Demoralizing and rolling her eyes...muttering under her breath to the clients shes working on leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be returning. The first time it happened I just figured bad day but third times a charm.

Horrible haircut. Didnt know how to do a bald fade apparently and was in such a hurry with clippers Im lucky to have any hair left. Different employees everytime I go. This was the last time.

I went there for an all over color and cut. The lady was nice enough and friendly, however I left very unsatisfied. I got there hours before they closed to allow enough time for a cut, color & style. After 2 hours (and the cut and color) were complete, I asked if she could please straighten my hair, as it was a new style for me and I wasnt exactly sure how it should look. She told me oh honey I dont have time for that. Three people just walked in and we close at 8. I was a little taken back, seeing as I had already been there for hours and it was not my fault these people walked in right at closing time. But, I decided to let it go. She said she would blow dry it real quick. After a half ass blow dry (still completely wet) she sent me out the door. I paid and to my own mistake didnt even look at the bill until later, only to find she had charged me for a blow dry /style!! Haha, seriously? The next morning I shower and straighten my hair to see that she was so rushed to get me out that she hadnt even completed the haircut. It was straight across in the back and then BAM! long on the sides. It is hard to give a visual with words, but I can say that it was NOTHING like how it was supposed to look nor was it complete. Now Im out $100 and and happy its winter and I can wear a hat. I will not return. Guess you get what you pay for.

I have been going to this salon since I was 11 years old.I’ve had nothing but great experience every time I go in. Through the years I’ve had a few different stylists and they’ve all been amazing, they alsways listen to what I have to say and educate me on what’s best for my hair. Recently I’ve been seeing their newest stylist Morgan and she has by far been the best stylist I could ever have imagined.A few months ago I mentioned that I wanted to go blonde but I had never really died my hair so goin from a very dark brown to blonde would be a huge transition and I was quite sure that was something I couldn’t handle. But Morgan told me it’s worth the risk to try something different. The whole time I was nervous and freaking out she keep reassuring me that I would love it and that’s it’s good to try new things. I’ve never been more happy with my hair. This new change has given me so much confidence I can’t thank Morgan enough!

This Damn woman straight up BUTCHERED my hair! I asked for a 1 on the bottom of the back and sides and fade up. What did she do? Practically SHAVED MY DAMN HEAD! Do you know what fade means?? When I complained, the other genious working there said well, sometimes hair is thinner on one side... Um, no. Never had that issue before. Just making things up to cover up the ineptitude of her fellow hair butcher. DONT go to the Erlanger location and DONT let some girl named Morgan anywhere near your hair! Im so mad I might just call the corporate office if I can find the number! Never again!
